One of the best place i have stayed, highly recommended

This house was just as advertised and perfect for our family of four (8 and 12 year old kids). It’s in a great location if you are planning on going to Bryce or Zion (1-1.5 hours away)and the local towns near by have great food, amenities, and friendly people. It was great waking up every morning to the views and the deer in the yard at night. The kitchen had all that we needed to cook dinner after a long day of hiking and the fire pit outside was used a number of nights to cook s’mores for desert. Michelle was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had along with providing us information about the area. Highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway.

Pamala was a great host - very responsive and very friendly. There were plenty of beds and space for our family of 5 + a baby. The yard amenities were perfect for the kids along with a few places to sit and hang out in the yard. Overall a good place to stay as a family and an amazing host! Here are a few details that might be helpful for those deciding to stay here: Location is right across from the university which is right in central St. George. Kitchen is stocked nicely and the grill works great as well. There's a small propane fire pit outside and a wood fire pit for cold nights. There are two bathrooms, with one as a suite to the secondary bedroom (not the primary bedroom). Those two bedrooms are along the back side of the house. The theater room has two beds and that room is on the front of the house which had a bit more road noise than the other rooms, but not enough that it affected sleep of our kids. Dishwasher, Laundry, and dryer worked well. Overall it was a great stay!

Casey's place was a great spot for our large group of friends to use as a home base while.we explored the areas mountain biking and climbing. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for all of us.

This is the second time we stayed here at Cash's place which shows how we love this place. Kanab is my favorite small town in America and this is a great place to stay. Cash is a great host, eager to provide information on the best places to visit. We visited Peek a Boo Canyon based on his recommendation and we weren't disappointed. This entire region is a must-see destination, and a week may not be enough. The house itself is two large bedrooms with an extra large living room. The house also includes a dining room and a kitchen with a refrigerator large enough to easily store your food. Yea, we'll be back.

super location and amenities. host was so responsive! within seconds of reporting a leak the plumbers showed up! what a view! walk and metro to everything. facilities were terrific, bed great, a/c and ceiling fans worked well except the room kept getting warm for some reason. one thing, not small for seniors -- the bath rim is extremely high and the porcelain typically slippery -- but no grab bars. same for other places we've stayed. not good. but we'd stay here again.

Great spot to stay that was accessible to the things we wanted to do. The space itself was warm and friendly and we loved all the animals that made the place feel comfortable. Tiffany and her husband were kind and let us know several times how much they wanted us to feel like the space was free for us to enjoy. The whole place had great energy.

There was the cutest rooster up in the fence in the morning crowing at us and he was just adorable and funny. Antlers in the tree was so cute. Grateful for the wood fireplace and the lighting outside. Lots of motion detection lights helped a ton. Very welcoming and quiet and comfortable. Definitely would come back again. Price was perfect for the space. Beds was so comfortable really wow. Furniture also. Bathroom is roomy and has a two doors I liked that tons. Shower was great. They had a birthday party while we was there and we still did not even know they was home. Very respectful and quiet. Thank you.

Sally is great to communicate with and very helpful. This is our second time staying here and we plan on staying again when we head back down to that area. It’s always very clean and there’s plenty of space to kick back after a long day. Thanks again Sally!

This exceeded our expectations. Cozy, comfortable, well-stocked, and plenty of amenities to keep everyone well entertained. My grandson was blessed with the skee ball machine and the men adored the theater room and cozy recliners.

This was a perfect location for a ski trip for 4 men. Location is fantastic close to ski areas and to town. Plenty of room and a super comfortable family for relaxing at the end of the day!

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

Cody’s place has plenty of space for our 5 year old and 8 month old! The location is about 8 minutes away from Canyons Village and is extremely close to establishments. On our next ski trip, we will definitely be planning our trip around Cody’s place availability. Thank you!

Our stay at Lisha's was absolutely wonderful. The views were beautiful and the quietness was so peaceful. The cabin was one of the cleanest Airbnb's we have ever stayed at. It was cozy, inviting and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely stay at Lisha's cabin next time we are in Kanab!

We had an increadilbe time. DeAnn was a superhost. She recommended walks and the directions were clear. The house was so cozy and comfortable. She had everything in the cupboards for making dinners or breakfast. DeAnn has put me in trust with Airbnb in America. In Australia i have stopped using Airbnb because the hosts dont do anything for you. They dont even leave tea or coffee - JUST Nothing (as bare as they can). Not even flexible and many places are not clean. But in America and Europe they treat you better than Hotels. I highly recommend DeAnn's place for a beautiful relaxing country escape. If your a Hiker this is the ultimate place.

Great place to stay. Cabin is definitely kid-friendly; we’re usually worried about their safety going up and down the stairs but the railings were solid and we had zero worries even letting them stay upstairs by themselves. Household items and decorations made us feel at home. We love that it has a real fireplace. The rooms were warm, provided us with comfortable sleep.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay and explore. The hosts were all very responsive and eager to help. Definitely recommend.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in these beautiful surroundings. Mike met us as we drove into the property to check in. He was so kind and helpful and gave us tips on what to do in the area. Although we didn't have time to check it out on this trip, he told us about a red slot canyon just a few miles away. (No guided tour needed) The house is beautiful, cozy and spacious, perfectly located near the east entrance of Zion (which is one of the most scenic roads I've ever driven on). The sunset on the property was just unbelievable, and the mountains as a backdrop made it a thousand times better. We would love to come back!

Such a beautiful, cozy cabin. The aesthetics are magic. We went on a walk and found a beautiful trail up the mountain. The fire stove was so fun! All of the cozy seating was perfect for late night conversations, games, and meals for all of the thirteen adults that stayed at the cabin. Our only recommendations would be: bring better pillows, a can opener, and more dishes/utensils. Such a memorable, lovely weekend.

Great location. House was very clean. The property is exactly as described. Similar to other reviews, there is road noise so if you are very sensitive to that, it may be an issue but it was not for us. The back yard is beautiful with the flowing creek. We were unable to utilize the back area for BBQ as it was snowing the majority of the time we were there but I could imagine in the summer months it would be outstanding. The kitchen was well suited for us with two adults and two teen children. It's a little tight for multiple people at one time if you have a larger group to prep/cook meals, but the kitchen table is a great size and could be used to create cooking space. It's a great location if you are visiting both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain.
