Jump on this Bnb before it’s too late. By far one of the nicest, cleanest, and coziest places I’ve stayed since using Air Bnb. Peaceful area butted up against beautiful mountain landscapes and close to Zion National Park. I will definitely stay here again when coming back to southern Utah. It has everything you need for an extended stay or a short weekend.

Great place to stay! Before we came we were wondering if it would be too far from Bryce Canyon but it is not too far away! The thing that stood out to me the most was the cleanliness of the house - I have extremely high standards and rarely give a perfect review for cleanliness. However, this house was VERY clean! It appears it’s a well-cared for home. Thanks for the stay!

Great place to stay. Super clean and lots of supplies, videos and games. Didn't have to contact the owner as there were no issues that needed addressing. Queen bed was extremely comfy though the frame is quite high. The bed came up to my belly button which made getting in and out a bit awkward (at age 65). I used the step stool from the kitchen which helped. Overall, very happy with the place.

Nice and cozy, well equipped kitchen and everything as described. We had a nice and quiet stay, with the futon 4 sleep without a problem. Recommended

Helena Hotel is the reason my fiance and I will begin to support small business owner inspired hotel stays, rather than the usual mainstream, cookie cutter lodging places such as Hyatt or The Hamptons. Helena Hotel provided and ambiance and comfort, helping give my fiance from Texas and assurance that Utah is where we belong. We are now in the works to become Ogden, UT locals mid-January thanks to this wonderful experience which this amazing loft helped in providing as the foundation. A foundation that shows how people-oriented Utah business owners are. The owner of this lodge is a strong example of care, service and passion for what he does. When you choose to stay at this lodge, you will not be disappointed.

This has everything you need in a small but super clean and efficient space. Great location - easy walk to downtown and access to buses and greenbike as well. Wifi was fast for remote work. There were some other tenants who were a bit noisy and quite some loud construction across the street and next door - both of these are likely temporary, but worth noting if you are booking in the near future. Otherwise really perfect for what I needed!

Solid stay. Great location. I did not mind the noise from the restaurants and bars but be aware there’s lots in Friday night. Tons to do and added bonus Saturday morning: farmers market right outside the building. So nice. Simple loft with old building character. Enjoyable.

Chanel's place is the best AIRBNB I ever stayed,it is only 10 mins walk to the gondola,very private,big space for bigger parties even we only have 4,you can find everything you need in the condo,strongly recommened!

The stay was amazing! It's a great place for a get away and is affordable. It definitely didn't disappoint.

A beautiful large private studio with easy access to local ski resorts like Snowbasin, Powder Mountain. also a quick drive to SLC airport. Very responsive hosts and very accommodating. Highly recommend and will keep on my short list when visiting again. Thanks again Maria and Dave!

Great place to stay! Andrew and Sally were very responsive and helpful. Incredibly nice loft with views of the mountains. Well insulated, we couldn't hear any outside noises even with club music playing outside.

We had a great time, the place is very close to the lifts. Clean and had everything we need, the hot tub wasn't working so if you are planing to use it please let them know to make sure it has been fixed

Very cool place! Really interesting and eclectic renovation within a beautiful old building. Loved the neighborhood! Rose Establishment around the corner a special breakfast/brunch spot.

The Powderbird was an adorable space and perfect location across from the conference center. Loved the garage door for fresh air and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet at night. Timothy was super responsive and helpful.

Adorable, clean, and comfortable. There were extra linens stocked for our stay, when I had a last minute additional person, and the immediate response for everything was great. I will definitely book again, if I find myself in Provo. I walked around the neighborhood and on Saturday night there were shops, restaurants, and cafes to try. Easy for delivery too, if you don’t want to go out. Central to a lot of what Provo has going on.

Stayed with husband and two small children. It was easily walkable to ski school and all that park city mountain had to offer. Communication was fantastic and the condo was just as expected. Thank you for a great stay!
