Die kleine Wohnung ist super schön und liegt sehr zentral in Utrecht. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen :)

Lovely and peaceful location, and easy to get into Amsterdam( 20mins by car). We were fortunate to have nice weather on the weekend and so enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Kim’s place was very clean, and would stay here again.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve been to. Fantastic nature, close to the major cities Utrecht and Amsterdam, cca 30 minutes by car to either one. The apartment is on the roof of the building, surrounded by succulents and flowers. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The nature park part of the lake is a must see. The staff is very helpful and friendly, we will be back for sure!

I stayed for 2 nights with my daughter. The place was close enough to Amsterdam but still in the countryside, which we enjoyed. It was peaceful place in a great location. We drove in the morning to the Metro station (There was plenty of free parking), and in 1/2 hour we were downtown Amsterdam. Happy with my choice. The place was spacious for 2, well equipped, warm, and welcoming.

We just returned from an 8 night stay at this amazing apartment in Utrecht. The location cannot be beat! Quick walk to train and all the amazing spots in Utrecht. An Albert Hein is right at the corner which was great for a quick pick up of snacks, breakfast or anything else you can possbly need. The location, although central to everything is quiet.The apartment is well laid out and spacious. It is suited with everything we needed. Each bedroom has a shower and sink which was very convenient. There is one toilet and sink in a separate area. It is a different layout then we are used to (toilet separate from showers) but it made getting ready so easy. Having an extra shower and sinks in our rooms was great! The apartment is very clean. We had a doorknob come loose during our stay and Justus was quick to respond to our issue and it was fixed quickly at a convenient time for us. We hope we have an opportunity to return to Utrecht and we will definately look to stay here again.

Ich habe mich auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt ein bequemes Bett und Ruhe zum Schlafen. Fußläufig ist das Centrum und eine größere Einkaufsstraße zu erreichen. Ein Restaurant mit einer großzügigen Terrasse, welche einen Blick zum Alten Hafen gewährt, liegt in Sichtweite. Unkomplizierter und kontaktloser Check in und Check out. Für mich war es perfekt!

The place is a dream, very open and yet the personal spaces feel very private. If you go with kids as a couple, this place is great for privacy. Many towels at our disposal which was great. I went with my friends and daughter. I didn’t use transportation. We had a private parking spot which was awesome. Thank you for everything. You can feel at home here. Very recommended!

loved Abcoude, it was exactly the kind of place you need when visiting a city, and you don't feel like staying within the city but you don't want to be too far away. very nice winter break and the town was very picturesque. would highly recommend

Great stay: the house felt really nice and well equipped. The amenities were amazing: the jacuzzi, bbq, tv and a nice kitchen. The host Richard was very chill and welcoming the entire time, recommended groceries delivery in advance and offered help on multiple occasions. Taxi coverage works great so the location was not too difficult to reach.

Notre séjour chez Anna fut incroyable Lors de notre arrivée la cuisine était déjà allumée ce qui a rendue la maison très confortable tout de suite. C'est une magnifique demeure avec plusieurs chambres et de plus chacune possède une salle de bain. Nous avons beaucoup profité du salon cookcooning ou de la grande salle . La maison se situe non loin Abcoude que nous avons visité à pied le long du canal Nous avons également privilégié le train pour nous déplacer à Amsterdam Un grand merci pour votre excellent yaourt. Nous nous sommes régalés Je recommande vivement cet endroit magnifique

Het verblijf in deze woning was ontzettend fijn! Het is een heel rustig en privé plekje. Je kan buiten zitten, er zijn fietsen tot je beschikking en binnen is het knus. We konden prachtig wandelen in de buurt. Het huis was schoon, de communicatie was goed en snel en het bed ligt echt heeel lekker!! Het is ook muisstil 's nachts. Aanrader!

Wunderbare Unterkunft - sehr ruhig und privat. Wunderbarer Garten und sogar Spielsachen für Kinder. Super für Familien wg Trampolin, Schaukel und Kinderstuhl.

We had the absolute best time staying at Nicolette’s beautiful home! She was so wonderful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is beautiful situated with the best river view and the town of Maarssen is just a few minutes down the road. We would highly recommend that anyone visiting this area should stay here! Nicolette is very kind and is a wonderful and attentive host!!!!

Wir hatten einen kurzen, sehr schönen Silvesteraufenthalt bei Gerard mit tollem Blick auf das Feuerwerk überm Wasser. Die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet und verfügt über einen großen Ess- und Wohnbereich. Insbesondere die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Gerard hat auf Rückfragen schnell und hilfreich reagiert. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

This is the perfect place to stay in Amersfoort because it's so close to the main street, with shopping, restaurants and sights right around the corner. The apartment is fantastic, with a comfy bed, a big TV, a great shower, and even a washing machine if you need to wash your clothes. The kitchen has everything you need to fix a great meal. The sofa is comfortable for watching TV or lounging with a book. Mandy is a great host. She always responded to my questions quickly and was very helpful. I would be happy to stay here again.

As a family of three, with a 2 year old, we had a really enjoyable stay. Communication was spot on and if something was missing, the owners came quickly to bring it to us. Really recommended, amazing place, full of walkable nature around it.

Wir hatten einen einen gemütlichen und schönen Aufenthalt in Chris Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit ihm ist gut gelaufen und insgesamt hat alles super funktioniert. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Utrecht.

Es hat uns sehr gut in Lindas Appartement gefallen. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter. Einziger Wermutstropfen; Man kann nicht mit dem Auto vorfahren, sondern muss den Weg von einer Parkgarage zu Fuß bewältigen (ca. 10 Minuten). Dies sollte man, wenn man länger bleibt und viel Gepäck hat, berücksichtigen. Wir hatten nur zwei Rollkoffer und Tüten und somit kein Problem. Ansonsten ein echtes Wohlfühlappartement in einer tollen Lage und eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin.

L'appartamento di Maxime e' molto bello ed attrezzato, in linea con le foto e molto confortevole. Maxime e' stata molto disponibile e ci ha dato molte informazioni su come raggiungere Amsterdam e quali giri fare. La casa e' in posizione molto bella, splendita sicuramente nel periodo estivo. Noi siamo stati nel periodo di Capodanno ed e' stata perfetta come punto di appoggio per poi visitare Amsterdam.l, raggiungibile comodamente in auto in meno di 30 minuti. Molto, molto consigliata.

Wir hatten zu sechst ein tolles Wochenende. Das Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich war ausreichend groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Uns hat die Lage und die Aussicht sehr gefallen. Allerdings sind die Treppen im Haus sehr steil. Für Erwachsene, die gut zu Fuß sind ist es aber kein Problem. Gerne wieder!

Michiel en Rosa zijn zulke lieve mensen. We voelden ons gelijk thuis in het appartement door een super Lief welkomst cadeau. Alles zag er verzorg en netjes uit. De communicatie was uitstekend en het was altijd fijn om even een praatje te maken met Michiel en Rosa. De ligging van het appartement is super en de omgeving lijkt wel een ansichtkaart. Gewoon een superfijne ervaring om hier te verblijven. Zelfs in de winter. We gaan ze missen maar zijn ontzettend blij dat ze een onderdeel van onze reis zijn geweest.
