Vishwas is great host. Myself and my mom had a wonderful stay and amazing time at his place. Never felt away from home. Walking distance beach and metro station was nearby.. i would recommend everyone for this stay as it is very convenient to travel from versova to all siteseeing places around mumbai.. Vishwa is very helpful and responsive.. Tulasi didi is very friendly and sweet lady.. she had prepared chapatis for us and did all the cleaning dusting etc everyday on time.. overall amazing stay..

We booked this place as a spur of a moment thing to arrange a space for meeting few old friends after many years. The place was nice and spacious, with all the ACs keeping the rooms chill. Kitchen is well equipped with a fridge , microwave, water purifier etc. There were really nice restaurants around the apart frWrom the tawa pulao, pav bhaji and chats around. Highly recommended.

Nice Place, located at the centre of Powai

Wonderful location and a very ‘feel-at-home’ experience. Kimaya was very proactive in her instructions to find the property and check in, and constantly checked with us if we had all we needed. The house help was also very swift and effective in her daily routine that hardly disrupted our stay. Extremely conveniently located close to the airport and Juhu beach, including a 5 minute walk to Prithvi theatre/cafe. There are a lot of stores for everyday essentials within a few minutes walking distance from the property. A wholesome stay with no regrets.

Host Vicky is responsive and flexible check in timings helps me a lot. Also , kudos to Sunita Aunty , the caretaker for maintaining the aprtment spotless clean and being so courteous and helpful in explaining all the amenities in the apartment to make the stay peaceful and hassle free. Shall definitely stay there only whenever I visit the city again

I had a wonderful stay in unaiza apartment.I came for my mothers treatment in TMH which was close to hospital,and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional hosting. The Unaiza was very proactive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure that I had everything I needed. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment.I am looking forward to book again and experience the same level of quality and service.

Ashok is an amazing host yet seen in an Airbnb from my end. Proactively responsove on every problem you have- related or not relatable to the stay. Has fullfilled all requests asked for the amminities and the best part is the cleaning service is provided daily sharp at 11 Am. Location is just 20 mins inside from Goregaon E main road. House is comfact and comfortable enough for 2 people. Balcony was one of my best place with good view and breeze as well as decorated with lights as well. Washroom being an essential part is maintained well also provided with the essestials for it and clothes washing like shampoo surf etc. Ac fridge washing machine iron chimney TV and alexa everything works well. If anything is wrong as well just elt Ashok know he will get it fixed asap for you. kitchen is equipped with good amount of utensils to cook and eat for 2 people. The lock system of the house is as well easy and safe with Camera as well on the entarance Thank you Ashokji for giving us a good time

Karan's place is great. There's a nice view of the sea from the bedroom and the location is in the heart of Bandra (cool neighborhood a bit north of the CBD and pretty near the airport). Would definitely recommend it.

Vinay's place was clean, organized and had pretty much everything you could possibly need. The two master bedrooms were massive, by Bombay standards. The third room was a little cramped, but perfect for someone would be staying alone. If you like cats, there are a lot of cats on the road in front of his house.

literally felt like home trust me people would recommend this place to each and everyone who are willing to get the right place and Roy will make sure everything is right it doesn't matter if you contact him 24/7 he is there for us and the beautiful views for the 20th floor are breathtaking

Very good stay, very nice host.

Great location for our purposes. Lots of space for our family get together - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is a rare find in Mumbai. The host is very proactive and responsive and the services of the caretaker Babli were much appreciated. The TV, sound system and WiFi were great! The building is on a busy road, so expect small amount of traffic noise. The apartment is in an older building - it does pose some accessibility issues but there is an elevator once you get into the building.
