One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

Our stay at the villa was fantastic! The location was excellent, with general stores nearby for convenience, yet the surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation was comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms and washrooms. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely welcoming and provided us with great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to others!

We had an amazing stay for 6 days... both Bharath and Manoj were very helpful and responsive. Location: The Villa is located at the perfect spot. Very close to beach and also to all other amenities. 2 great restaurants and general store at the community gate, 2 super markets within walking distance, and all the shopping and more restaurants you want on the same street. Food deliveries were very quick due to the location. Villa: Beautiful community, peaceful and quiet. Villa was spotless clean, no clutter, better than the photos, very comfortable stay. Kitchen had all necessary utensils, and basic groceries for cooking were already arranged by the hosts. Hosts: Superb Hosts. I was traveling with a small kid and 3 elders. Very responsive and helpful with contacts for cab, self drive cars, and recommendations. They made sure to check in with us daily will definitely make it a go-to option for our next visit. We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

I had the pleasure of staying here recently for three nights. If I had to describe it in three words I would say Cozy, Clean and Comfortable but I’ll write a little more 😉The place is lovely. We were a group of ten and we didn’t have to fight for a bed, there were plenty as the place is super spacious . Extra points for no wait time for hot water, if you’re one of those people that likes a warm shower even if its boiling outside (like me). The beach is really close by and its one of those quiet ones, perfect for a sunset stroll. All the good restaurants are also within ~10kms . Kurt was an amazing host and was very responsive and friendly with every query we had even before we reached the property and also after. Kudos to Kurt. Once we reached the place, Kurt’s mum helped us with the check-in and suggested us some places we could go visit . What truly stood out was that she was always just a message away and helped us with everything we needed :) Highly recommend!!

This is a villa inside a gated community. the place was quaint, clean and spacious. there was a fully functional kitchen, clean washrooms and useful amenities. the linen was clean, towels and toiletries were available. the checkin was easy. we didn't get to use the pool as time was short. there is a very good restaurant (The cargo) nearby within the locality where they seve nice breakfast. there's also a bar (sogo), which we didn't try out. the host suggested a place to rent a self drive car which made our entire trip easy. if you have a car or two wheeler exploring south goa easy. overall would definitely recommend the place to anyone who want to explore south goa.

I booked this stay for our family trip and my 2 year old nephew. The place looked exactly like in the photos which was surprising. The decor was great and the furniture was classic. The surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The beach is just 700 mtr from the place and is more like a private beach which was great. There was an Indian Veg restaurant nearby which had great option for food. The host was responsive and proactive from time to time. Great deal.

The property is located in Canacona, South Goa just 10 minutes from the nearest police station. it's 2kms from Cotigao and 30 kms from Netravali wildlife sanctuary. It's a beautiful home with a garden yard. Get your morning tea andsit on the porch, you would find exotic birds sitting sng chirping on the trees and beautiful butterflies sipping on the flower nectars. There are insects around but that's the very beauty of this place. Just let them free and give them their space. The neighborhood is peaceful, calm and serene and shops and markets are at accessible distances. The Cancacone town is 6kms drive away and you get everything there. And if you're someone who prefers cooking your own meal, don't forget to visit the Chaudi Market that sets up every Saturday. You'd find fresh fruits, vegetables exotic, organic of all kinds. The best part would be the foreigners reaching out to you to ask you the price of each item and helping them to bargain on their behalf. Falling short of words.

Shoba and Thomas were great hosts. felt like home and as if with family. Had a great stay and the place is peaceful whilst being on the main road. Can go anywhere if you are druving. The kitchen, bedroom, balcony, amenities and all else were perfect for the stay. Enjoyed our favourite joints, beaches, food and were treated to amazing home made local cuisine. Had an amazing and relaxing time in South Goa. Different experience from the usual hotels or resorts. Our first time...and will be back. Highly recommended if you are not fussy and not after frills. NOSTO - run by the couple adds to the experience and convenience.

Short Review: 10/10 exceeds expectations - One of the best airbnb experiences I've ever had overall. Fantastic deal at this price point. The location, the property, the host, the apartment itself - I highly recommend it all. Longer Review: The Unit is: - Ideal for solo travellers, couples, or 2 friends. - Clean, homely and had everything I needed. - Close to Majorda and Utorda beach, a cool museum/coffee shop and a several great restaurants. - In a larger beautiful property owned by Astrid and her fam that's well maintained and really green (they live separately in the adjacent house). The place is quiet, private and idyllic. Astrid and her mum Melba are wonderful hosts - the perfect mix of "respectful of your privacy" and "super warm/helpful/doing everything to make sure you have a great stay". I interacted more with Melba and she is a truly gem of a human being. Super friendly and positive and welcoming. (She fed me a bunch of delicious local goan dishes!)

wijit and her husband are very warm and friendly people. wijit was very caring and hospitable towards us. The apartment was very clean and had all the essential amenities that would be required to live happily in Goa and go places. she had a regular clean up staff who helped clean the apartment as well. we will visit her Airbnb again.

Best place to stay, extremely helpful and friendly hosts with their paw friend Simba. Room was decent and had a pristine bathroom. We had a pleasant stay. Such places are hard to find in this locality!!

Tanvi and Dipanshu's place is absolutely amazing!! We had a fantastic stay in the traditional cottage which is set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The location is perfect and there are lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance, also the beautiful beach of Patnem is only a scenic 10 minute walk away. The AC works great as does the WiFi. The cottage itself is very spacious and extremely comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need including a big fridge/freezer and the large bathroom has a lovely shower which seems to have endless hot water! What really makes this place special is the big outside balcony area where you can relax on the comfortable furniture and listen to all the different wildlife. The hosts were always available and helpful.. I would definitely recommend this beautiful traditional Goan cottage to future guests 🙂

We had the pleasure of staying at Daniel's stunning 4BHK villa in Colva, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Location: The villa is perfectly situated in an upmarket area of Colva, just a stone's throw (1.5 km) away from the beach(10 to15 minutes walk)The neighborhood is quiet, yet conveniently close to local amenities. Villa: The 4BHK villa itself is a masterpiece, with beautifully appointed rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (especially clean and hygienic) The contemporary furniture, reminiscent of yesteryears, adds a touch of elegance and sophistication.The photographs do not do justice, The Villa is far more beautiful then portrayed . Pool: The semi-private pool, shared with only one other villa, was a highlight of our stay. We spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere. *Amenities & Staff:* The villa is equipped with top-notch amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were incredible

It is a great place to have a nice peaceful time in south goa. Beaches are at walkable distance. The host was very helfpul and accomodative. They were reachable throughout and helped us with everything including checking, to recommending places, rentals and lots more. A must recommend place for all planning to visit Majorda and looking for cozy clean stay.

Our stay at Julie's place was absolutely wonderful. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, providing all the amenities exactly as described. Narayan prepared delicious breakfasts for us on both days, and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. The neighborhood is serene and peaceful, with essential services conveniently accessible. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.🌟

Our stay at Vishal’s house was absolutely enjoyable. Private location and peaceful surrounding offered us great relaxing time. House looked exactly as shown on the photos, rooms felt even more spacious. House was clean and tidy, even brand new towels were provided. And Diljit, our everyday house caretaker- he was truly amazing! He was quick to respond, sometimes arrived to house just few minutes after his comment. He helped us with every possible request we had- either ATM, pharmacy, trip to Netravali park or even a wish to grill prawns at home. Nothing was impossible for him. We would surely choose this house next time again and strongly recommend it! It’s a lovely pearl in a quiet neighbourhood close to Patnem beach!

This is a fantastic place to stay in if you want an authentic Goan vibe. Take this from a fellow Goenkar from Australia who had been to Goa 7 times. The house in Navelim away from the busy streets but a short 10 minute walk to the main municpality area where the shop/ groceries / sweets are. Ideal for Goa Supershow ICN bodybuilding stay (which was the reason for my visit). Has microwave, induction cooker, gas stove, fridge and more to get you through. Desiree (Host) and Mrs Rebello (house local contact) were very attentive to my messages and my requests which was greatly appreciated. Lots of bottled water and extra treats were a nice touch. Please ensure you are specific with guest numbers as no bedding provided for additional room if only 1-2 guests (We were two). Highly recommended for a true Goan / Portugese feel in a modern built house with AC.

I stayed here with my partner, toddler, mom and sister and were happy and comfortable! The area is set back from the road, full of beautiful trees and plants and feels safe and relaxed. The hosts are in a house next door and were helpful and responsive. There’s a little path down to palolem that takes 5 minutes, or patnem is a 15 min walk/3 min tuk tuk ride away. Thank you for having us!

j'ai passé un séjour formidable dans cette petite maison en face la mer. Amoureux des animaux, j'étais en plus entouré des chats et des chiens du quartiers. je n'ai qu'une envie, y revenir l'an prochain !
