Has scenic views and provision store in-front of the house. Main market just 5 mins away. Overall it’s a best place to stay with your family and pets. We loved and enjoyed every moment of our stay and found our go ti stop for future visits to Dehradun . Much Much LOVE to the hosts🥰

Exceptional Stay in Dehradun - Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Anjali's place in Dehradun was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, communication was clear and prompt, and Anjali was incredibly helpful with answering our questions. The space itself was even better than the photos! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the hills, river the well-equipped kitchen, the peaceful garden. The location was perfect for exploring Dehradun.

The staff rajendra and ashu were so good they helped us a lot and followed our each and every command . They were like friends to us.

The place was very clean and nicely maintained. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood which made our stay better. The place is also very beautifully decorated and the host was pretty responsive. He also helped us with local recommendations. All in all, worth the price we paid.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The hospitality was outstanding — the host made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place had a lovely ambiance, perfect for working from home, with lots of space and a peaceful atmosphere. The Marigold Nursery was beautiful, and I’ll miss enjoying tea on the veranda, which was calm and beautifully decorated. We initially missed the parking, but for future guests, it’s conveniently right in front of the property. A special mention to Mahesh uncle, whose hospitality was truly exceptional — better than any 5-star hotel. This level of service should be the standard! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and welcoming stay in a tranquil lap of nature.

I was travelling alone, and ravinder ji assured it will be safe, and it was. He was also checking upon me during traveling and made sure I reached safe. I wanted to spend a peaceful day in the mountains, and this was the perfect place to. I spend hours watching the sunrise and sunset and meditating from the room. The kitchen was well enough for me to cook my dinner and breakfast. I had not booked a scooty because I mainly wanted a space to write, but dewan ji lend me His scooty and visited the beautiful Kasar devi temple. I would definitely try to come again, with my family next time. The kindness of the host touched me immensely.

Our family had an absolutely fantastic getaway at The Sparrows Nest Villa! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beautiful decor – it felt really chic yet welcoming. We especially loved the fun private pool; it was so much fun splashing around and having our own private space to swim. A big thank you to Prem, the caretaker, who was always ready to help with a smile and made our stay even more comfortable. But perhaps the highlight was the stunning view from the balcony. We could see the entire valley and even the lights of Haldwani city in the distance – it was the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. We left feeling refreshed and with wonderful memories. One of the best Airbnb’s if you’re planning to visit Rishikesh or Dehradun. Host is really helpful and has great energy. The caretaker was really sweet and was always there whenever we needed him, he also gave us a tour of the property properly. Overall would totally recommend and visit this place again!!

We stayed at Mr. Gunjan's place for a weekend in June '24. The property is really nice, especially the front lawn with flowers. It is well maintained and spacious. There is not much to do around the property but the city and the ghats are easily approachable. The location is close to the highway. Mr. Gunjan is a great host, warm and friendly. The property has a mechanized gate and Gunjan was willing to stay awake till late to open it for us. He shared local recommendations and was proactive to check with us regarding meals or directions. The common areas like dining area or the living room were being shared with other guests while the property description mentions that this only happens if you book a room or two, whereas we had booked all 3 rooms on the ground floor. We also found the housekeeping to be a miss, dirty towels and bedsheets were not replaced even after asking the staff to do it. The food was good and simple. Overall we had fun and recommend staying here in Rishikesh.

We had taken a 3bhk apartment on airbnb for 2 days. Its a newly built apartments and the ambience inaide the campus is peacefula nd calm. The apartment was very spacious with beautiful interiors, comfortable beds and room heaters. Spacious living and dinning room. It is walkable distance from Triveni Ghat . Restaurants are available right on the main road. Swiggy, blinkit options are also available. Everything was very clean and we had a memorable stay. Thank you very much.

It’s a beautiful home with squeaky clean furniture and bathrooms. Every single corner is extremely clean and well organised. The house has every single thing that’s mentioned in the description. We loved the place and special thanks to Reena the caretaker who is extremely sweet to help us with anything we needed. The place is absolutely value for money or even more it’s got very peaceful surroundings. We will always want to visit here and not anywhere else when in Doon.

siddharth's place is one of those rare ones where you'd always want to come back..he has made a nest in the middle of a beautiful valley where you can simply relax away your days.. we were left wanting for more and shall definitely be visiting again !! kudos to the entire family including lucky,simba,Madan & suresh !! :)

I must say caretaker Meetika did an outstanding job . It felt like home . I must say its all about your service experience & Meetika is an outstanding cook and great human being with a smile on her face . I would love to come back and the reason is the way caretaker manages the property . She took all the instructions very well and prepared awesome food for us . All in all a great experience.
