The flat was great. All amenities were available as described. The caretaker was also very friendly. We were out exploring the city till 10, so he even made sure to check up on us to see if we were alright.

We visited Rishikesh last week. We had a Wonderful stay with an awesome view. Thanks to Vinod ji for all the help and kind hospitality.

Varun's place is situated very close to the Mall Road, you can just stroll down. The 2BHK property was clean and the caretaker Bablu was helpful whenever needed. The rooms are situated right next to the busy street so there is substantial vehicle noice during the day, but it wasn't much of an issue. Overall the upkeep of the property was good.

We had a great time at Cristina’s place. I was a bit apprehensive at first when I read some of the negative reviews, but the place looked gorgeous so we went ahead and booked it anyway. In hindsight, I am happy we made this choice. The place is beautifully designed - all the three rooms have great furnishing. The balconies are lovely too! The location, being in a residential space, is peaceful while still very accessible to other places via your own vehicle. I would not recommend someone to stay here and go around Rishikesh on foot - it would be a fairly long walk every time and the streets are not very walkable. There was general lack of clarity on some aspects - for example, in one of the reviews we read someone mentioning the stay in on third floor, while ours was on first floor. Maybe several units in the apartment are let out, and this is not made clear at time of booking. But at least to our group, these were not matters of importance. We had a lovely time anyway!

visited this place for 3 nights with family. the property is setup on hills, a little above the rest of the city with stunning views. it feels exactly like home with all the amenities. Would definitely visit again

arjun is a great host. the place itself felt like home. and the view from arjun place is unmatchable.. the cold mountains, the cold breeze and the tress makes up the view.. and the sunset and sunrise is also awesome! And you must try his coffee it's awesome! 💕

La zona está en construcción con lo cual hay ruido en el día pero a partir de las 19 hs puedes estar en tranquilidad para descansar. La atención de Shubham muy amable y atento. Sin duda lo recomendamos!

This place was a really lovely respite! It's an easy walk to the Ganges, and there are lovely little cafes and restaurants around.

Amazing property and the location is great. Bhimtal lake is walkable. The view of the lake from the room is awesome. Homemade kind of delicious food is available at the property so one need not go out, we had all our meals at the property itself. Sonu the caretaker is very friendly and is always available for anything you require. Shantanu is a great host and made sure we had a very smooth and comfortable stay at the property.

Great stay. At a relatively quiet location away from the general hustle bustle. Great views from the balcony and the terrace. Just one issue. One of the bedrooms is technically just a bed in a hall. This creates a privacy issue since the other bedroom directly opens to the hall. This wasn’t clear from the photos. Thus, if you are travelling in a group of 4 - especially if you are two couples - this will strike up as a major concern. Other than that, the staff is very cordial. At the same time, there should be greater clarity as to the amenities like bonfires, barbecue, etc. Prior intimation is required to avail these facilities. Other than all this, great stay with great views. Extremely clean bathrooms with clean towels and toiletries. Would probably come again.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions for check-in, making the whole process seamless. The space itself was immaculate — spotlessly clean, beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was at night, ensuring a restful sleep. The host’s quick communication and helpful recommendations were the cherry on top. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough! Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this place is a gem. We will definitely be booking here again on our next trip!
