Key Colony Beach is truly the gem of the Florida Keys. Staying at Cindy's apartment in the Continental was the perfect fit for my husband and I. The private beach was clean, easy to access, and just steps from the accommodation. The overall vibe here was quiet and peaceful, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed for a 5-day stay. Cindy's space is very clean and well-appointed. This location is perfect for morning walks around the immaculate and safe neighborhood, or short jaunts to Key Colony Inn or Havana Jack's for dinner/drinks. Honestly now, you're already here! What's your hurry? :)

Viel zu schnell sind die Tage bei Norma vergangen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Norma ist eine tolle, liebe Gastgeberin, die viele Tips hat. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Und alles ist so wie beschrieben. Wir sind in der Lagune geschwommen und haben Sonnenuntergänge bewundert. Es waren rundherum perfekte vier Tage, vielen Dank Norma!

We had a great time in Tavernier area. Tina’s place was the perfect setup and the amenities were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo.

Great communication, easy to get into. Clean apartment and comfortable beds. Loved the Hugh swimming pool and beach area. Lots to do in the area. “Theater of the sea,” was excellent. Many great restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Spacious and comfortable condo for a family of four! We enjoyed the pools, swimming lagoon, pickleball courts, and the sitting areas on the ocean. The kitchen is well-appointed and the attached private laundry room was a bonus. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. We regularly did the 5-minute drive to Pennekamp State Park for the sandy beach, rental kayaks and paddle boards through the mangroves, and snorkeling trips to the reefs and shipwrecks. We also enjoyed the local fish markets in the marina just a short walk from the unit. We will stay here again.

Danielle was an incredibly communicative & accommodating host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described—if not better. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful and even more impressive than the photos. Our kids had an amazing time spending their days outsid whether it was fishing off the dock, kayaking, lounging in the sun, playing with the games thoughtfully packed in the closet, or swimming in the pool. The location is perfect close to great restaurants, shops, and excursions. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in the Keys, I highly recommend booking this place. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back! 😎🌴

We loved our stay at Jeffery's house. It is spacious and very comfortable. My husband appreciated the proximity to the pickleball courts - we could see them from our bedroom windows- and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The upper suite was wonderful for privacy and quiet when the older kids stayed up later than the adults. Jeffery was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and very clean. It was nice to have a view of the water and a heated pool! The rooms were comfortable and accommodating for our family. Naomi was quick to respond when we had questions. I would stay here again! This spot was close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and right on bike paths!

Beautiful views and great spaces! We’ve stayed in Marathon several times in different canal houses with our family of 7, and this property is now our new favorite. We couldn’t get enough of all the beautiful views from sunrise to sunset whether it was on the porch, in the pool, or out by the Tiki Hut. Every bedroom has water views as well. Boat access was an easy out to snorkeling, diving, fishing, or whatever you like to do. There are two kayaks for use, which made for some nice outings to explore the immediate area. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and even had an extra under-the-counter ice machine. We had a great time here, and would stay again. Thank you to the owners for sharing your property.

We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the back patio was beautiful. We loved the back canal area and saw lots of very cool wildlife and enjoyed fishing right there. Having the kayaks to use was also great. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The house had everything we needed. We loved the key colony area. The cabana club was a great space and the house is in walking distance to Sunset Beach, which was beautiful. The whole area is super close to fun things to do and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying at Melissa’s Airbnb. The neighborhood was nice and very walkable. Loved being right on the canal. The Cabana Club was great for kids with the pool and beachfront area. Marathon was a great Key to stay on with lots to do. The duplex was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved sitting out on the back porch in the morning with coffee. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back someday.

We didn't know anything about Key Colony so based our reservation strictly on reviews and price. Well worth every penny that was spent. What a wonderful tropical getaway! Can't wait to visit the Keys again with my 4 children and husband. If you're looking for a great place to spread out and enjoy family this should be your rental.

Rachel has put a lot of care and thought into hosting! Her place was great, and Rachel was always very responsive! The location is wonderful — quiet, near Sombrero beach, and centrally located in Marathon. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Good guide book recommendations! Amenities were great! We would definitely stay again.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Keys, look no further. To start things off, Jenn is the best host you can ask for!! She was extremely responsive and incredibly sweet throughout the whole stay. She would always check in on us at the perfect times and really helped us feel right at home. Best experience I have ever had with a host!! As for the AirBnB itself, it was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It is tucked in a private family-friendly neighborhood that does a good job of drowning out any noise from the roads. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived and the amenities were fantastic. Really felt like a home away from home. The location was also very convenient and made our day trips to Miami and Key West a cinch. It is also near lots of amazing local beaches, snorkeling and kayaking spots, and restaurants. We will definitely be staying with Jenn again anytime we are in the area!!

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

The condo was well equipped and in a quiet spot. We loved the beach and didn’t have problems finding chairs. It’s not a huge beach so it wasn’t noisy or crowded. The pool is also very nice! There are beach towels, rafts and sand toys in the unit which was great. There is an area under the building with ping pong, a mini pool table and other games too. We have older kids but would’ve loved to have found this place when they were little. It’s perfect for young families with the pool and small beach. We definitely had a chance to unwind during our stay. Desy was super responsive to my questions and messages.

Sandra’s place was beautiful and she was a wonderful host. She was proactive in giving us all the information we needed to settle in AND also providing wonderful recommendations to restaurants around the area (three of which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed). Very responsive to any questions we had regarding locations of certain items or locations. The place itself was very cozy and homey. Felt very comfortable relaxing there in such a serene environment. Will gladly take an opportunity to stay here again.

Great place for a family. The pool and beach were ideal for kids and the little tiki bar was great for us. The surroundings were lush. We would stay here again.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Diane’s. The space was even better than the pictures. We enjoyed the activities at the yacht club, including fishing, kayaking and hanging out at the pool - but it was also a perfect spot for us to go out and explore other parts of Key Largo. The house itself was very comfortable for us - great beds, a well-stocked kitchen and appreciated all the extras like plenty of beach towels to use. Would love to return!

Javier’s place was as expected. The balcony over looking the canal was awesome. We saw lots a cool fish, a turtle and even a manatee swim right up. The property abuts dolphin plus, where you can swim with dolphins and there is a cute coffee trailer Cuppacobanna situated in the parking lot, has a great Churro latte. Right across the street is the Fish Market. A hidden gem for sure! Walk right over and you can order at the window and sit on the water or at their outside bar. We walked over to the dock at the market and saw tons of nursing sharks just hanging out. We were in town for a wedding at Dream Bag Resort which was only 3 minutes away. Great location, super convenient. Although beds and everything were super clean, I would suggest new comforters which someone previously stained. Also one back cushion missing from the outside patio chairs. We did not need to cook at all so hard to judge that aspect. Not an over abundance of kitchen supplies but the basics. Great stay!

Went to Cynthia's place 1/18-1/21. It was better than the pictures. The Kawama community, the lagoon and Key Largo are beautiful. First time visiting Key Largo and there's much to do.,,fishing, snorkeling, biking, and visit John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. I went with my three sons for a long weekend for fishing and went to Key West. The lagoon is few feet from the patio to enjoy a swim. My boys loved it. Cindy kept in touch with me to see if everything was good. I had a great time and her place is is neat, clean and meticulously maintained. Go and enjoy!
