Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Vada

La maison de Monica est tout simplement originale, située proche du centre ville (dans un beau quartier de Livourne), spacieuse (nous étions 3), confortable; le jardin d'hiver est génial pour y déjeuner ! C'est une maison avec de beaux volumes et nous nous sommes vite sentis chez nous et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Marco. Cet appartement est spacieux, agréable, il y a les produits pour la lessive, vaisselle, salle de bain. Tout était très propre. Une petite cour sympathique que nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'utiliser. Marco est un excellent hôte. Nous sommes arrivées plus tard que prévu à cause de la circulation, soit vers 23 h et Marco et son épouse nous attendaient, ils sont charmants. Il est certain que si nous revenons à FLORENCE nous reviendrons sans cet appartement. La gare est à 5 mn à pied, la petite ville de Lastra a Signa est calme, pourvu de parkings gratuits. This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

Spędziliśmy cudowne wakacje we wspaniałym miejscu. Apartament był zgodny z opisem a z tarasu mielismy widok na przepiękny basen przy którym mogliśmy wypoczywać. Stefano i Cristian przez cały nasz pobyt byli gotowi nam pomóc gdybyśmy tylko czegoś potrzebowali. Stefano to najlepszy gospodarz i polecam wszystkim pobyt u niego.

Ho avuto modo di pernottare per tre notti presso l'appartamento di Caterina e Giacomo e l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. L’alloggio, nella sua essenzialità, è molto curato e impreziosito da oggetti di design che ho particolarmente apprezzato. La posizione è centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, perfetta per muoversi a piedi senza rinunciare al riposo. Pur essendo inizialmente preoccupato per il parcheggio, ho sempre trovato posto senza alcun problema. Caterina e Giacomo sono stati disponibili e flessibili negli orari di check-in e check-out,e ciò ci ha permesso di godere appieno anche dell’ultimo giorno di vacanza. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Posto molto bello, curato e pulito. Proprietari molto accoglienti e gentili. Il mio cagnolino è stato accolto e coccolato, la proprietaria ha avuto sempre cura di controllarlo ed avvisarmi che tutto fosse in ordine quando rimaneva a casa. Posto consigliatissimo

séjour très agréable...le logement était propre et confortable...Notre hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Petit bémol le lave vaisselle ne lave correctement et le frigo fait pas trop de froid..... Nous recommandons se logement car proche de pise et des commodités...

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

Ein „eigenes“ Haus mit einem tollen Garten. Sicher umzäunt für unseren Hund. Letizia ist eine tolle und liebe Gastgeberin, sie hat schnell reagiert und all unsere Problemchen schnell gelöst. Vielen Dank!

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Felt right at home. Chiara and her family were very helpful and considerate for us being available at midnight for a smooth checkin. Though it is little far from the station but the stay was definitely worth it. 100% recommended!!

Luogo tranquillo e vicino pure ai supermercati, pure a piedi si può raggiungere qualsiasi luogo con al massimo una mezz'ora di camminata, casa molto bella e ben arredata

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento con un gruppo di amici e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti della nostra scelta! La posizione è davvero perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro di Montecatini, il che ha reso comode le nostre esplorazioni della città. L’appartamento è spazioso, ben organizzato e dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e accogliente proprio come descritto nelle recensioni precedenti. Oksana è stata una padrona di casa eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attenta a rispondere prontamente alle nostre domande. L’atmosfera era tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi, ma allo stesso tempo comoda per visitare le principali attrazioni della Toscana, raggiungibili facilmente in treno. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, grazie anche ai servizi moderni e alle dettagliate istruzioni fornite per il check-in. Raccomando vivamente questo appartamento per chiunque desideri trascorrere del tempo in un ambiente piacevole e in una posizione comoda. Sicuramente torneremo!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral! Zum Bahnhof Pisa Centrale kommt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, wo wir nach Lucca und Florenz fuhren. Pauline war immer schnell erreichbar und gab uns unzählige tolle Tipps :) Leider haben uns nachts die Mücken sehr genervt, obwohl das Fenster immer verschlossen war. (fiese Dinger)

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Top Lage, sehr ruhig und nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Turm von Pisa entfernt. Sehr schönes, modernes Haus, sehr schön ausgestattete neue Wohnung.
