Um apartamento acolhefor, extremamente agradável e limpo. A repetir, sem dúvida. Adorei!

This is a spacious, light, extremely well-equipped and spotlessly clean duplex with lovely views of the sea from 2 of the terraces, and morning sun on the other terrace which overlooks the street. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Nerieda was very fluid, and check-in and out were very easy, in fact she was there to meet us and show us around when we arrived. Definitely recommended.

Hemos estado muy agusto en el apartamento, está muy bien situado para visitar Aveiro y alrededores, con un parking gratuito justo en la puerta en el q tuvimos suerte de encontrar sitio siempre. La cocina está súper completa, hay un radiador eléctrico en el salón y luego un aparato de frío/calor portátil q íbamos poniendo un rato en cada habitación xq la verdad la casa se quedaba fría, eso sí los edredones gorditos venían muy bien. La comunicación con Ely y Fátima q nos recibió en la casa fue muy bien.

Perfecta estancia. Muy limpio, buen ubicado y muy bonito. Excelente para pasar unos días maravillosos. Pedro Felipe muy atento en todo momento.

Magnifique maison, décorée avec goût, vaste et très propre. Propriétaire très aimable. Située en zone rurale, au bord de la ria Aveiro. Agréable piste piéton et cycliste à 2 pas. Au bord de la lagune. La ville d'Aveiro et les plages océanes à 15 mn de voiture. Maison vraiment top.

Luis is a brilliant host and took great care of us as we planned our holiday. The house is absolutely stunning and the area has so much to see and do. Highly recommended.

Jaime and Mimi were great to work with. Their home in Aveiro was beautiful yet comfortable. A very relaxing holiday and great restaurants near by. The beach and several beach bars were within a few minutes walking from the house.

Appartement spacieux, joli, dans une résidence calme, en bord de mer, avec piscines, sauna, salle de sport. l'appartement est bien équipé, propre , avec un balcon vue piscine et mer ! en octobre c'est très calme. beaucoup de choses a voir autour de ovar et a 40 min de porto. a améliorer : les matelas qui manquent de confort selon nous ( celui de la suite parentale est très inconfortable ) , la literie est très propre cependant comme le reste de l appartement ! avons passé excellent séjour en famille Merci

Gute, ruhige Wohnung in der 3. Etage eines Wohnkomplexes, die mit mehreren Personen ausreichend Platz und Komfort bietet. Wir haben die Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon sehr genossen. Der Wohnkomplex ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber dennoch tolle Annehmlichkeiten wie das Hallenbad, Fitnessgeräte, Sauna. Gerade das Hallenbad im Spätherbst ist toll. Ausreichend gute Restaurant sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind vorhanden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Vom Nachbarort kann man alternativ mit dem Zug nach Porto fahren.

Loved our two weeks in Marta’s apartment. Marta and Costa are great hosts and even made it possible for is to arrive at 1 a.m. They also provided breakfast for the following day. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apparent was very clean and well equipped even with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The terrance is very big overlooking the huge pool with plenty of vacant chairs. The location is excellent only a few minutes walking from the beautiful beach and an area with lots of good small bars and restaurants.

Gospodarz był bardzo przyjazny, pomimo bardzo późnego zameldowania czekał na nas . Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy kosz powitalny gdzie pomyślał o ważnych produktach na pierwszy dzień pobytu. Otrzymaliśmy linki z instrukcjami dotyczącymi Internetu, kodów itd. Niesamowite było jak poprosiliśmy gospodarza o zarezerwowanie stolika w restauracji, pomimo iż nie mógł się dodzwonić w pierwszy dzień to pamiętał I następnego dnia zarezerwował nam stolik na kolację . Okolica była przepiękna, widok na ocean, basen , spokój , dwa tarasy . Bardzo polecam wszystkim to miejsce . Dziękujemy raz jeszcze Joao za wszystko na pewno jeszcze odwiedzimy Ciebie .

Wir habe noch nie eine so gepflegte, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Es gibt einen großen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Vermieter Manuel hat sich proaktiv gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Lage ist direkt am Hauptstrand von Esmoriz, nur durch die Uferstrasse getrennt. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass Ende August direkt vor dem Haus ein Jahrmarkt mit entsprechender Lautstärke am Nachmittag und Abend stattfindet.

First of all, I would like to thank Marta and Leonel for their hospitality. They provide exceptional attention to the comfort of their guests and anticipate their needs. In addition, the nature around the apartments is unique - a magical forest starts right around the corner, huge empty sandy beaches are a 5-minute walk away. Cortegaça is a really small village, but it has the most necessary things by foot: nice beach with showers and drinkable water, a local supermarket with basics and a bakery with good bread. Some disappointing moments also took place. It was mentioned many times in reviews - plz finally renew this furniture on the terrace! A couple of chairs and a table are in terrible condition, and it's better to remove them completely. Also, not our hosts fault, but it was annoying: barking dogs during the night and crazy parking by the locals. Train station is a bit far. All in all, we spent 4 weeks at Marta's place and it was a memorable and pleasant experience. Thanks, guys!

We were only in Aveiro/Gafanha da Nazaré area for 2 days, but the apartment was a great place to stay. I can see it being incredible in better weather - the outdoor area was well outfitted. Unfortunately the storms moving through meant we didn't sit outside because of the crazy wind. Otherwise it was nice, clean, and Carmen & Zita were very helpful and responsive. Thanks!

Très bel appartement avec vue, balcon-solarium très agréable en hiver avec vue sur les dunes et l'océan, proche des commerces de Costa Nova. Idéal pour se reposer et pour visiter les environs. Appartement grand et bien équipé, cuisine très bien équipée, literie très confortable. Excellente communication avec Ivo. Nous reviendrions volontiers.

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt bei Carolina! In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht, zudem ist die Umgebung unschlagbar. Direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer neben einem Leuchtturm, wir haben es sehr genossen. Es war sehr ruhig dort, nachts hat man lediglich das Meer gehört. Ein super Ort, um abzuschalten und das Meer zu genießen. Kulinarische Verpflegung + Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls nicht weit 🤗

Logement réservé en dernière minute pour 2 nuits, et c'était suffisant pour constater qu'il était très bien entretenu. On ne manquait de rien, et au-delà de ça, on s'y sentait très bien. Merci à l'hôte pour ça ainsi que pour sa réactivité par messages ! Je recommande fortement, prix accessible et environnement plus qu'agréable puisque juste à côté de la mer.

Tenía que ir a Aveiro por trabajo y me alojé en esta vivienda desde septiembre a diciembre. ¡No podría haber elegido mejor! Es una vivienda amplia, cómoda y equipada con todo lo necesario. La localización es perfecta para quienes busquen concentrarse y trabajar con tranquilidad. También es ideal para quienes prefieran vivir algo apartados del núcleo urbano o para quienes disfrutan de hacer deporte o ir a la playa. Por otro lado, João, el anfitrión, ha sido muy amable y atento, y siempre ha estado disponible para cualquier necesidad. Espero volver a ir pronto.

Elsa war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage direkt am Strand sehr genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diese Unterkunft fahren! Vielen Dank, Elsa!
