Great view from the kitchen window and lovely comfortable bedrooms

The apartment was so cozy, we were grateful for the little local treats that were left for us it was such a nice touch. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful view of the river from the bedroom windows. The small town was quaint and we enjoyed immensely walking around trying all the amazing restaurants and enjoying the beach. My family and I can’t wait to visit this amazing place again soon!!! Thank you for an amazing little getaway!!

Me and my husband wanted a little break away and came across this gem! All the reviews we read prior to booking were absolutely correct! If I’m honest I don’t think the photos do this place justice, it’s a lovely apartment with fantastic views, right on the beach front. We felt right at home! The Bronze seafood restaurant just a short walk down on the beach has the best cappuccino in the world! The food was awesome and fresh too. The beach has a lovely boardwalk either side, with breathtaking views. Das Apartment von Anabela ist einfach nur toll. Es ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders toll ist die Aussicht des Wintergartens, in dem man auch an verregneten Tage eine tolle Zeit verbringen kann. Zudem war Anabela eine großartige Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns bei all unseren Fragen tatkräftig unterstützt und war sehr entgegenkommend bei Extra-Wünschen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Anabelas Airbnb und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Beautiful apartment with an incredible view of the ocean. While we were there in October, it rained most of our stay and was very chilly. You could hear the gust of strong winds. The upside was while indoors, we could see the huge waves and the beautiful sunsets. There were not that many people in the area and I was able to get free street parking outside the bldg. Nice restaurants in the area. The only drawback is that if you have a lot of luggage, you'll be climbing 3 flights of stairs. Also the outside building glass entrance door is tricky to open and requires some patience and skill. Thankfully the apt door key lock was easy to open without any effort.

Elsa war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage direkt am Strand sehr genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diese Unterkunft fahren! Vielen Dank, Elsa!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dieser sehr hellen, liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung in einem ruhigen Fischerdorf direkt hinter den Dünen – in erster Reihe zum Meer. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, das Bett und die Kopfkissen extrem bequem und die Küche bestens ausgestattet – perfekt, um sich auch selbst zu versorgen. Besonders praktisch: ein eigener Garagenplatz und Strandutensilien, die uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Im Ort gibt es Surfschulen, Restaurants, zwei Cafés, MiniSupermarkt und eine richtig gute Bäckerei. In der Nähe lohnen sich Ausflüge nach Aveiro, Costa Nova oder zum Wandern rund um Quiaios. Wir hatten drei abwechslungsreiche Tage: von Sonne und 28 Grad am Strand über stürmischen Regen bis zu perfektem Wetter für lange Spaziergänge am Meer – diese Wohnung ist wirklich für jedes Wetter geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit Simone war schnell und sehr hilfsbereit- inklusive Bildern zur Orientierung. Wir würden immer wiederkommen-sehr empfehlenswert.

Great location, gorgeous apartment! We were two adults and one child, and had plenty of space. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have a car - the parking spot is not near the apartment and it isn't very convenient. But if you are using public transport and walking, this location is perfect.

Wonderful place to stay. Felt relaxed immediately. Very friendly & welcoming with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Will definitely return.

Hele mooie locatie, waar we helaas door de bosbranden maar 1 nacht konden blijven. we willen daarom graag een andere terug komen om de gehele omgeving te verkennen. Het huisje is erg mooi en heeft alles. Ook heerlijke zitjes rondom het huis met een mooi uitzicht op de rivier. Aanrader!

Casa confortável, cozinha bem equipada, salão de jogos ótimo para adultos (também para crianças). Apenas a água para o banho no caso de 9 pessoas não aqueceu o suficiente para as últimas que se banharam. No geral foi uma excelente estadia.

We had a wonderful stay in Marta’s home! It was beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home! Marta was available and happy to answer any questions we had. She was proactive and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. The area is gorgeous. Walkable and easy to explore. We hope to be able to come back one day!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home with our two children and small dog. The house is just a minute away from a beautiful beach and several great restaurants, making it the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the Costa Nova houses, adding a special touch to our mornings and evenings. The interior is well-equipped with everything you might need, and the house is decorated with so many thoughtful details that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

Took Christine's property as our base from which to attend a wedding and explore near by Aveiro and further. Five kids and adults where in our party who absolutely loved the large heated pool. Highly recommend and I would happily return. Love from Greg and the family. Obrigado!

Excelente! Um sitio muito bom para passar férias. A casa está lindíssima , com tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas semanas de férias . A vista que temos do Oceano é maravilhosa. O senhor António é muito atencioso . Super recomendo.

Un apartamento de 10! Todo prácticamente a estrenar, las terrazas inmejorables con tumbonas y sillas cómodas, y la vivienda con todo detalle. Sandra es una anfitriona cariñosa y atenta, pendiente de que nuestra estancia sea perfecta.. Las tardes de bruma las hemos podido suplir con disfrutar del maravilloso sofá y terraza. Muito obrigado por tudo!

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

appartement très propre calme, bien équipé et a 2 pas de la plage. tout est proche, boulangerie , petits supermarchés . Marina est très agréable. je recommande.

Es war alles super. Die Lage ist Nah vom Zentrum und am Fluss. Das einchecken wie das auscheggen liefen Reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich.

Gospodarz był bardzo przyjazny, pomimo bardzo późnego zameldowania czekał na nas . Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy kosz powitalny gdzie pomyślał o ważnych produktach na pierwszy dzień pobytu. Otrzymaliśmy linki z instrukcjami dotyczącymi Internetu, kodów itd. Niesamowite było jak poprosiliśmy gospodarza o zarezerwowanie stolika w restauracji, pomimo iż nie mógł się dodzwonić w pierwszy dzień to pamiętał I następnego dnia zarezerwował nam stolik na kolację . Okolica była przepiękna, widok na ocean, basen , spokój , dwa tarasy . Bardzo polecam wszystkim to miejsce . Dziękujemy raz jeszcze Joao za wszystko na pewno jeszcze odwiedzimy Ciebie .

Wir habe noch nie eine so gepflegte, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Es gibt einen großen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Vermieter Manuel hat sich proaktiv gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Lage ist direkt am Hauptstrand von Esmoriz, nur durch die Uferstrasse getrennt. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass Ende August direkt vor dem Haus ein Jahrmarkt mit entsprechender Lautstärke am Nachmittag und Abend stattfindet.
