We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful rooftop apartment. Franck made us feel very welcome and was extremely accommodating. The apartment is well-equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We particularly liked the outdoor terrace area. Would recommend to anyone looking for good quality, spacious accommodation that is convenient to everything needed for a holiday in Paris

I've stayed in Paris many times, both AirBnB and hotel. This was my favorite! Obviously the canal view is very pleasant. But when the sun shines and is moving up low in the horizon, it streams into the apartment making everything bright and warm! I would love to stay there in spring or summer and have the windows wide open while having breakfast. The host was very sweet and I felt this was the true promised AirBnB experience. We loved staying here and would definitely come back! The only downside is having to walk up to the 5th floor with all your luggage. The place overall was very comfortable and homey, and we LOVED the room with the bunkbeds. We felt very safe and the location is just a short walk from the metro and train station. Super friendly and responsive host as well, highly recommend!

Un studio superbe dans un quartier où tt se trouve à proximité (commerces restos métro, une personne à vos petits soins et extrêmement sympathique ..je recommande vivement !!!!!

petits studio très intimiste, idéal pour une petite escapade à deux très confortables et cosy une épicerie à 200 mètres proche de la gare quartier très calme je recommande vivement pour un moment de détente ou pour une petite halte amoureuse 😊🤗 photo conforme à la description et un hôte très reactif.

Meine Schwester und ich waren zu Olympia in Paris und wollten eine gut gelegene, kleine aber feine Wohnung für diese Zeit. Bei Fabrocio hat es uns super gefallen. Die Gegend ist Hipp, man hat eine Supermarkt, ein paar tolle Restaurants und eine Mega Bäckerei direkt vor der Tür. Die Anbindung zu der öffentlichen Metro ist ebenfalls sofort ums Eck! Die Wohnung hat ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente und spiegelt absolut den Paris Vibe wieder. Ich werde sehr gerne noch einmal dort nächtigen!

Gerard est super sympathique et réactif. L'appart est très fonctionnel et agencé avec goût. Le quartier est très animé mais sitôt à l'intérieur plus de bruit. Nous avons donc passé un séjour agréable et reviendrons volontiers.

We had a great stay at Alexandre’s lovely house in Dampmart. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Alexandre was friendly and responsive, making communication easy and check-in smooth. The area is peaceful and a nice escape from the city’s hustle. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place near Paris.

Brigitte est une hôte très réactive et accueillante. Sa maison est magnifique spacieuse, propre et bien rangée. Une véritable bout de campagne à deux pas de Paris. On s’y sens bien. Je recommande vivement!!!

Excellent communication from host with prompt responses, even helped us by giving us transport options to get to his place. Lots of good places to eat. Supermarket close by. Close to river. Peaceful. Train station easy 1km for access to the city. Would recommend.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La vue sur la Tour Eiffel est juste incroyable. Les lits sont extrêmement comfortables. Boris était réactif quand on a eu beaucoup de lui. On voulait être proche de La Défense et la gare de Puteaux située à 1min du logement de Boris nous y amenait à seulement très rapidement ou parfois on marchait. Le seul hic, c’est l’escalier à l’entrée de l’immeuble quand on a beaucoup de bagages. Mais en toute franchise, on tous a adoré rester ici pour quelques jours. Merci Boris pour cet accueil! On y retournera si l’occasion se présente.

Perfect location for the rowing venue. Host was flexible at check in and check out. Great communication made everything very easy.
