This is a beautiful house. You feel like a guest in their family home. The garden is a lovely bonus when staying in Paris. Cool and restful. There was loads of room for our family of 5 and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The RER is just a few minutes walk away. Great place to stay.

Nicolas’ place is spacious, in an ideal location and is complete with al amenities you would need for a stay! I stayed here with my family during the summer and the living space was a nice area to relax and enjoy the weather on the terrace. You are a short walk from the metro station which gets to into the centre within 30 mins which is ideal. The neighbourhood is nice and complete with bakeries, restaurants and shops - everything you would need!

Wahiba was an amazing host, with a lovely apartment that we had a wonderful time in. The kitchen was fully stocked for travellers and generally the apartment had everything we could ever need. Wahiba was super responsive and very clear with all check-in and check-out instructions. Great experience!!!

Beautiful apartment and surrounds. Felt like home and was very close to metro and bus routes and close to all things to see and do in Paris. The only negative for me was the lack of lift but being an old building in paris that's to be expected. We were travelling all over Europe from Australia in cold weather so had very heavy luggage. Doable but not easy. That said everything was on points d we had a comfortable and peaceful place to call home for our time in Paris. Would love to return in the warmer weather and with less luggage 😄

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria's. The flat is very charming and located in a great area, about 5 minutes from the Metro and a great boulangerie. Victoria was on hand for every question and was very accommodating with our check-in and check-out. Highly recommend Victoria's place for a weekend or longer in Paris

Nathalie’s place was perfectly located, in the 5th Arr., for exploring Paris. Her decor was eclectic and tasteful. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and just as described. Wi-Fi is lightening fast. Above all, Nathalie is a delightful, responsive, and an empathic hostess. We loved her and her place. We would for sure stay there another time.

Staying at Vincent's has been great. So great that I am a bit hesitant to write a review, would rather keep it to myself. This apartment is smack near the action, yet just enough removed so it's quiet. One can see the Marche St Germain from one of the windows. So one can walk everywhere in Central Paris from this place, and if not, the Odeon (4) and Mabillon (4 and 10) are like 3 min away. 5 min away there is the RER B which comes straight from the airport (CDG) at the Luxembourg stop. Of course, entering the apartment requires going upstairs for 4-5 floors worth of climbing, but the climb is worth it. This must be one of the best-organized apartments I've ever stayed in (more than 15 years on Airbnb) and also one of the cleanest. It's also a little gallery in its own right as it's been really tastefully decorated, and you can sit in a Starck chair if you like or a Bauhaus chair. The wifi works very well indeed, and the bed is comfortable (on the upper floor). Will love to stay again.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Logement très bien placé et fonctionnel. Le tarif était très élevé (150€ la nuit) et je trouve regrettable de constater que aujourd’hui il est proposé à 82€/la nuit. Le logement étant situé au 5eme étage, quand l’ascenseur est en panne, il perds en valeur. (Ce qui a été le cas pendant mon sejour). Un autre bémol également sur les assiettes fortement usées ce qui leur donne un aspect sale. Un dernier bemol sur l’absence de douche (mais d’une baignoire), pas indiqué clairement dans l’annonce. (Ca ne m’a pas trop dérangé mais pour une personne ayant quelques soucis ce pourrait etre un problème) Communication excellente. Appartement très propre. Je recommande mais pas au prix facturé.

Sylvie and Maxime were absolutely fantastic hosts. My girlfriend and I stayed at the apartment for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is perfect with great views of the hotel de ville, notre dame and the eiffel tower. Sylvie met us at the property and was so friendly and welcoming. Nicolas's place was very cheerful and bright and was a great place to come home to after touring Paris each day. He was very helpful and flexible about our arrival time and had a map to help us get oriented to the neighborhood. Lots of bistros and shopping nearby. A lovely neighborhood to be based in for our visit.

I had such a pleasant stay at Alain’s! He is the sweetest and most helpful person you could find. While I was there my birthday came up and I woke up to the nicest breakfast with strawberry cake. I can 100% recommend staying at Alain’s and I will definitely rebook for my next stay in Paris. Thank you so much for letting me stay, Alain.

Sylvia and Maël were lovely, very helpful, respodning very quickly to messages in the whole process of booking, pre-arrival, during my stay. They put a lot of effort for their guest to feel like home and be well informed - they sent me pdf guided book they made with all the tips, recommendations about Paris and their neighberhood which is amazing! They are such a friendly people! the location is wonderful - in the heart of Paris, perfect for sightseeing. I would definetly consider to coming back on my next trip to Paris

Je viens régulièrement chez Margareth et c’est toujours un plaisir d’échanger sur l’actualité culturelle et la gastronomie. Je recommande ce séjour qui offre une très belle qualité d’accueil et un emplacement permettant un accès facile aux activités .

Het was voor mij de tweede keer dat ik logeerde in deze B&B, eerder met mijn dochter, nu met mijn man en weer is het uitermate goed bevallen. Uiterst vriendelijke mensen, mooie schone kamer met heerlijke douche, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt! Super flexibele mensen! We konden eerder inchecken en mochten onze tassen de laatste dag laten staan om ze op te halen voor vertrek. Echt heel fijn! Met de metro zit je binnen een half uur bij alle bezienswaardigheden in Parijs en Notre-Dame is met een kilometer of 4 zelfs aan te lopen (40 minuutjes). Vlakbij de B&B is het grote winkelcentrum Italie Deux op Place d’Italie. En er zijn fijne boulangeries in de buurt en op vrijdag en zondag is er een grote versmarkt om de hoek. Fue una agradable estancia. Me sentí como en familia. Fueron muy atentos y me gustó mucho el hecho de compartir los alimentos y un poco de nuestras vidas. Sentí dejar el lugar.

Rien à redire sur la qualité de ce petit appartement tellement charmant dans un quartier des plus agréables de Paris. C’était vraiment parfait ! Beaucoup de goût, de simplicité et de confort. Des équipements très fonctionnels. Un environnement enchanteur dans cette ruelle paisible aux allures de village. Et surtout un sens de l’accueil et de l’hospitalité qui déborde de petites attentions et de générosité. J’avoue que cet hébergement correspond parfaitement et en tout point à ce que j’attends. Un seul mot : GRAND MERCI à Martine et Karim. Je reviendrai ! 🥰

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

I booked the single room but there were roadworks during daytime so Corinne changed my room. I stayed at the townhouse instead. I was very grateful about her thoughtfulness. I didn't have the opportunity to meet her but she was very helpful and friendly. Her house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, very close to the metro station n° 9, very convenient to get into Paris within a couple of minutes.
