What a beautiful apartment! Pros: - The place looked exactly like the photos - Amazing location near tons of restaurants in the heart of Paris - Beautiful view from the balcony - Elevator - Peaceful at night, despite being near restaurants - Huge kitchen and bathroom Cons: - Hard/firm bed - Difficult to access wifi (information was hidden behind the tv) - No fan provided during summer months (can get very hot without AC) It's a high price to pay, but then again, you get what you pay for and the location was excellent. I would recommend.

Yama’s place was in the perfect location in Paris! Couldn’t ask for anything better. He was also a very responsive host and was flexible with our check in when our flight got delayed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Le logement d'Alessandro correspond à la description qu'il en a faite. Alessandro est très disponible. L'appartement d'Alessandro est très bien situé, il y a plusieurs commerces et restaurants à proximité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nathalie.

This place was such a great find. Amazing location. Apartment was super clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the amenities. Martin was a great host and very responsive. There are so many great restaurants, stores, and attractions nearby. Easy walk to the Louvre, St. Chapelle, Notre Dame, Pantheon, and Musee D'Orsay, just to list a few. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

You couldn't ask for much more out of an AirBnB unit. The location was perfect. Very walkable neighborhood. Plenty of good restaurants and bars. Lively scene, but still dead-quite in the unit when you go to bed. Easy access to the metro and Ubers. Short walk to Louvre and Notre-Dame. Management was TOP-NOTCH. We had a few minor issues while staying, and they helped out ASAP. They provided multiple recommendations for restaurant and activities. And they even made us a reservation at a great restaurant that didn't have online service. Always promptly responsive. The unit has a nice layout, with four comfortable bedrooms. The outside patio was nice. Dining room / kitchen / living room flow was perfect for our family. The hot tub and sauna is an awesome touch that you won't often find elsewhere. Dryer here wasn't quite American-style fast, but it was way better than I've ever had before in a European AirBnB.

Pierre’s place was exactly as described. We begun to discover exciting places in Montrouge and the areas surrounding it at the end of our trip that we wished we could have seens. In the beginning. After going to a women’s Paris FC match, we realized there was a part of the area we should have explored. With this in mind, we would book Pierre’s place again as it’s so close to our now favorite pizza place (Mangia) and a couple of lovely Brasserie’s near the M4 Mairie De Montrouge station. We met some really amazing waiters at the establishments.

Cet appartement est magnifique et a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Situé dans un quartier calme et typiquement parisien, il offre un cadre idéal pour découvrir la ville. La ligne 1 du métro, juste en bas, rend les déplacements très faciles. Proximité de supermarché, boulangerie et restaurants.L'appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le salon est spacieux et lumineux, la chambre est chaleureuse et confortable, et la cuisine est entièrement équipée. La terrasse est un véritable joyau, avec les rayons du soleil matinal qui créent une atmosphère magique. L'ascenseur est très pratique, surtout pour les bagages. Les hôtes, Françoise, Léa et Sacha, sont adorables, attentionnés et compréhensifs. Grâce à leur gentillesse, nous avons pu arriver plus tôt dans l'appartement en raison d'une situation particulière, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. C'est le plus bel appartement où j'ai séjourné à Paris. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience inoubliable.

I can’t believe how lucky we were to find Dorothee’s apartment. This was a family trip with various family members that had mobility issues as well as sight impairment so we had very specific needs. It had to be close to Notre Dame, with a lift, 4 bedrooms and no step shower access. Not only did this apartment have all of that, but it was spacious, close to everything we could possibly need (restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, train station) and we were even given a welcome bottle of champagne. The communication was excellent and both check in and check out times were flexible. Dorothee and Didler’s hospitality was outstanding. It’s a true family home in the heart of Paris, a real old school AirB&B experience rather than a soulless property being managed by a company. We loved this place.

Nous avons passé un week-end avec mes parents chez Jérôme pendant les Jeux Olympiques et tout s'est très bien passé. L'hébergement est vraiment unique et possède un charme particulier qui vaut chaque centime. La communication était bonne et tout était comme décrit. Avec plaisir encore

Great location. Safe neighborhood with lots of good food options and delicious bakery’s. Less than a 10 minute walk to the metro station. The apartment is small, but offered everything we needed (we are a family of 4 with 2 teens). One thing to note is that the first floor in Paris is actually the 2nd floor, so you do have to go up a set of stairs to get to the apt. The host was incredibly helpful and even stopped by to show me how to use the washing machine.

The apartment is located in a really nice neighborhood, we can really feel the local vibes and safe. Julie and Stèphane are extremely kind and helpful.

appartamento ok consiglierei di sistemare il soffione grosso della doccia che perde dall'alto e sostituire il televisore del salotto con uno moderno visto che il wifi funziona benissimo (in questo si vedevano ben pochi canali).L'appartamento si trova appena sopra al bar/tabacchino ma non ci sono stati problemi di rumore unico problema avendo fatto la ciclabile non si trova parcheggio neanche per scendere a prendere le chiavi all'hotel di fronte (ottima la soluzione del parcheggio a pagamento dell'hotel propio sotto casa), in definitiva ottima esperienza lo consiglio vivamente a tutti

We had a great stay and Nathalie sent me great instructions to get to and from disney which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a go in the hot tub when we had chance. Very friendly hosts and always responded with any questions we had thank you for having us.

A casa de Elodie é super confortavel. Para quem quer estar em uma casa, com lazer e a apenas 30 min de carro de Paris ou 50 min com trem/metro trata-se de uma otima opcao. Tambem aconselhado para quem viaja com criancas no verao.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Gif sur Yvette est environ une heure de Paris porte à porte, donc prévoir ce temps de transit. L’appartement est situer dans un cadre verdoyant et paisiblev, les matins ont été tranquille et on favorisé notre repos. Le village a tout à porter de main boulangerie, fromagerie, caviste, marché, café et bistro. L’hôte est réactive a pris souvent de nos nouvelle pour savoir que tout allait bien. L’endroit et très sécuritaire.

Our family of 4 from the UK stayed with Francoise for 4 nights. We booked here so we were close to euro Disney and it really is only the 8 minutes away as advertised which was just perfect 👌🏻 We took an Uber there and back both days which cost between 12-15 euros each way which I think is around the same as parking charges and so much easier and they are always only minutes away 😊 The property is absolutely beautiful especially the garden area 😍 It was big enough for the 4 of us with everything we needed, WiFi for the teenager lol and access to Netflix and YouTube on the tv which was great for us to relax on a night . The kids loved the pool and it is kept so clean 💗 Francoise made us feel so welcome, we felt like we were staying with a family friend 💗 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- would definitely recommend
