Super saubere kleine Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wer eine Unterkunft abseits vom Touristen Trubel sucht, wird bei Laura fündig.

Wir wurden von Morris sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Wir haben uns dort in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns optimal ist vom Gardasee Trubel zumindest Mitte Oktober nichts zu spüren. Wenn die Wohnung bei unserem nächsten Gardasee Besuch verfügbar ist kommen wir gerne wieder.

Es war sehr schön bei Pasqualina,sie hat uns sogar 2 Babybetten zur Verfügung gestellt, hat uns mit allem geholfen. Der Blick ,die Unterkunft und die Sauberkeit, 5 Sterne.

Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön! Gianangelo und sein Sohn Lucio haben uns freundlich empfangen und sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für die tolle Zeit!

Le logement ce trouve dans un magnifique cadre, la terrasse avec vue Lac est parfaite et il est facile d'accéder au lac depuis le bâtiment, c'est assez calme en cette période (Mars 2025), les hôtes sont très réactifs et serviable. Je recommande vivement.

l'appartamento è facile da trovare grazie anche alle indicazioni di Orazio Fabio precise. gli spazi sono giusti per una coppia, l'alloggio è pulito e ordinato e la zona tranquillissima ma vicino al centro e comoda per raggiungere ogni meta d'interesse.

This was a really lovely flat at a beautiful location. The flat is a good size and a very short walk from the Lakeside and the local village. There are great restaurants to go to within walking distance and lovely walks along the lake.

Stefano ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und hat bei unserer Ankunft bereits auf uns gewartet. Die Wohnung ist wertig eingerichtet, alles Top Möbel und sehr sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Потрясающий вид, отличные апартаменты, шикарная территория. Единственное нужно выбрать правильную дорогу для заезда, потому что много маленьких и очень узких дорог. Мой совет заезд на виллу должен осуществляться ТОЛЬКО сверху внизу, а выезд, даже если нужно спустится к Гарде по прямой, только снизу вверх, а потом по нормальной дороге снова вниз к Гарде. Да, будет маленький крюк, но поверьте оно того стоит. В остальном 10 из 10 !!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sowohl drinnen als auch am Pool. Es ist super gelegen zum Einkaufen, Brötchen holen und zum Wasser/Zentrum ist es auch nicht weit. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus mit kleinem Garten dahinter. Eine zum Wandern einladende Umgebung. Die Hunde konnten sich austoben. Keiner fühlte sich gestört. Wir würden gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank für alles.

What an incredible find. Clean and modern with views that wow! Absolutely a great get away. We walked into town for dinner and coffee in the am. The trail around the lake is in fantastic condition and the lake is breathtaking taking. We will be back.

Appartamento delizioso e pulito in una posizione strategica di Riva del Garda, ottima per girare i dintorni a piedi. una cosa utilissima é sicuramente il parcheggio riservato, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. ci siamo trovati molto bene!

We had a great stay! During our five days in San Felice del Benaco the daytime temperature average 30 C and it was sunny non stop, so having the pool and outdoor shower to cool of was of immense value. The house is big and the bathrooms and kitchens are good, we cooked a lot at home and had dinner on the patio so the spaciousness was very helpful. The only issue we had was with mosquitos (a few, not insane numbers, but a few is enough to annoy and bite). There were no mosquito webbing for the patio doors in the bedrooms or windows in the adjacent hallway, so whe had to sleep with these closed, which resulted in quite sweaty nights. With webbing on these (or mosquito nets for each bed à la tropical countries) it would be possible to get a nice draft through the bedrooms at night, which would be a great improvement, Gaspare seems very service minded so I am sure that will be taken care of somehow!

I don’t have words to say how we loved this home. This place is adorable and has everything that you need , we have felt as we were at our home. Everything is perfect, decorated, clean and comfortable. It is with great satisfaction that we rate this paradise with a score of 10. Paolo and Marianna are adorable , friendly , responsive , super attentive and a kind guys. We got a new exceptional italian fiends. Thank you so much Paolo and Marianna for the opportunity in staying in that wonderful and unforgettable place.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sehr sauber. Die Kulisse und Außenanlage sind wunderschön, man hat einen großen Pool mit genügend Liegeplätzen, einen Whirlpool & Sauna zur alleinigen Nutzung. Fabio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Riva del Garda, wodurch man die Stadt- und Seenähe hat aber trotzdem in der Natur und im Ruhigen lebt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, auch für ihn war es toll! Große Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder! ☀️

Wir haben uns bei Loretta von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Sie hat uns persönlich begrüßt und das wichtigtigste gezeigt. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt etwas abseits von der Altstadt von Sirmione, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Dafür ist die Gegend ruhig und Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte oder eine Gelateria sind trotzdem gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Kinder gibt es tolle Spielplätze in der Nähe. Von der Wohnung aus kann man gut Ausflüge in andere Städte unternehmen (z.B. Garda, Bardolino, Lazise, Verona, Venedig). Loretta war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Fragen beantwortet. Sie hat uns tolle Tips für Unternehmungen, Restaurants, Cafés, Parkplätze etc. gegeben. Für unsere kleine Tochter wurde ein Reisebett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt.

We and our dog enjoyed this accommodation very much. There are a lot of good restaurants around, a lot of supermarkets and a shopping mall within walking distance. It is about 15 minutes walk to the train station, which is also very convenient. Denis was very friendly, told us about the neighborhood and gave us good recommendations.

Lovely stay. Very good location with a 10 minute ish walk to the lake and 10min into padenghe. Check in was fairly easy with some YouTube videos to show you where the lockbox is and how to get in. The outdoor space is great and the pool fantastic! Thank you

Alice super disponibile e gentile, prima del nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare dell'acqua in frigorifero, il riscaldamento già attivo in casa e ci ha pure chiesto come volevamo i cuscini. Ci ha accolto la mamma e anche lei super genitile e ci ha spiegato il tutto ed era nolto chiaro. Consigliamo veramente la permanenza qui, si è praticamente in centro ma la strada è tranquilla e non si sente nessun rumore. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo anche perché i miei due cani sono stati tranquillissimi come se fossimo a casa.

Great apartment for family and good location. Beautiful garden with pool and bbq area. I'm sure this is an ideal place for spring / summer time. Recommend this place both short term and long term
