Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con balcón en Val Taleggio

Een heel fijn en groot appartement, in een buitenwijk van Milaan. Tien minuutjes lopen vanaf de metro. Giordano reageerde snel en had allerlei leuke tips. Verder kon ik tegen betaling later uitchecken, wat ook heel fijn was! Top appartement, ik zou het aanraden.

The place was great! It is located right next to a ton of transportation options making it incredibly easy to access the city. There are also a lot of food options within walking distance including restaurants and grocery stores. The host was also super responsive and kind, answering questions, letting us check-in early, and providing instructions for everything in the apartment.

Amazing apartment in Bellano, only 5 minutes walk from the train station. It has a stunning view and the furniture is really nice. I also enjoyed the kitchen. It is a bit annoying getting to Varenna, but the train is nearby and the ferry too. Bellano is just a way smaller and quieter town without the tourists so keep this in mind when booking. Prices were cheaper in Bellano compared to other places on the lake which was nice. And there are supermarkets nearby too. It can just be a bit difficult to travel to Varenna, but if you’re organised it will be no problem, as the train only takes 5 minutes. Would definitely stay here again :))

Nous avons été bien accueillis et avons passé quatre jours très agréables dans l’appartement ! Les + : > une situation parfaite pour visiter Milan ! Accès facile à pied et aux transports en commun. De bonnes adresses à proximité > l’appartement est joli et très bien équipé, il y a tout le nécessaire ! > l’immeuble est propre et sécurisé Les - : > il faut bien laisser la ventilation dans la salle de bain sinon cela peut vite sentir l’humidité (linge de toilette)

Bel appartement spacieux avec terrasse et vue sur le lac bien situé pour les visites, proche de l arrêt de bus et de l embarcadère. La literie est particulièrement confortable et le poële à granulés dans la cuisine à été fort apprécié au mois d octobre.

This was the perfect flat for our first stay in Milan. The location is very close to the Metro and streetcar stops. Filippo is a very responsive host and easy to communicate with. The flat was a perfect accommodation for my husband and teenage son. Bonus was the lift in this building (albeit tiny). No need to carry luggage up flights of stairs!

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf den Comer See. Ideal um von hier aus den See zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da in Sala Comacina selbst nur eine eingeschränkte Anzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stränden und Restaurants besteht. In der Umgebung befinden sich jedoch viele kleinere und größere Ortschaften, die zum erkunden einladen. Wenn man Langschläfer ist, sollte man jedoch den Glockenturm beachten, der bereits früh morgens ca. 7 Uhr mit seinem Glockenspiel startet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Sala Comacina und haben es sehr genossen von der Wohnung aus den See zu erkunden!

The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

Die Unterkunft ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch, allerdings sind die letzten Kilometer zur Unterkunft sehr schmal, steil und kurvig. Es braucht also geübte Fahrer und einigermaßen leistungsstarke Autos ;) ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln - Anna ist eine sehr nette und gut erreichbare Gastgeberin für jegliche Fragen.

We found the property to be well situated and lovely. Sara was a very responsive host and we loved our stay on the lake.

Fantastic place if you want to stay secluded from the hustle bustle. The only way to get around is by a rental bike or car. We had a car and we like staying a little off the grid so it was apt for us. A 4m drive down to the Caddenabia pier to take the boats to other spots on the lake and a 6m drive up north to Mennagio. There is a grocery store down by the lake as well. From the house, you have superb views of Bellagio and Verrana. The kitchen is more than equipped. Just get your groceries and you’re all set. 1 room has an attached bathroom and the other is just outside the room. The pool and the deck were amazing as well. 2 big cars can be parked on the property. The host was fantastic. Always available, even on a Sunday and always with clear instructions. Will definitely want to visit again.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Von einem der zwei Balkone hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Comer See. Genial ist die Garage, welche zum Ferienhaus gehört. Von dieser gelangt man direkt ins Haus. Im Keller befindet sich ein drittes Bad mit Waschmaschine, Toilette und großer Dusche. Der Garten ist hübsch und war für uns und unsere zwei Kinder ideal. Das Kinderzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und zwei kleine Kleiderschränke. Rausfallschutz ist vorhanden. In 5min Laufdistanz befindet sich eine Art kleiner „Tante Emma Laden“ sowie eine Apotheke. Auch den See erreicht man in 5min. Es gibt vor dem Haus keinen Fußweg, da haben wir die Kinder an die Hand oder auf den Arm genommen, bis wir unten waren. 10min mit dem Auto entfernt, findet man einen großen Supermarkt und ein Krankenhaus. Kleines Manko: keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Aber es gibt elektrische Rolläden. Mit dem Bus oder der Fähre gelangt man in andere größere Städte.

My husband and I had a great 2 night stay! The property is perched on top of a hill with a great view and grassy lawn to enjoy the view from! It is about a 20 minute walk to the city center, but it gives you a more local feel as you are staying in a neighborhood. There’s a few local restaurants nearby. As the property is gated and would be hard to get to with luggage by foot, Enrica picked us up in her car. There were thoughtful touches including a binder with recommendations/tips and light breakfast items in the room. We hope to return for a longer stay!

Thank you, Helena, for giving me a perfect Milan holiday experience. From the moment I stepped through the door, I could feel the warmth and sincerity everywhere. The room was not only clean and tidy but also exuded a homely atmosphere that made me feel completely relaxed. I must especially mention the host's warm hospitality—whether it was the thoughtful greetings or the detailed introductions to local attractions, we truly felt well taken care of. And the nearby restaurant… the pasta was absolutely delicious and flavorful. I hope we meet again in Milan someday!

Bardzo polecam, mieszkanie było czyste, gospodarz bardzo miły i komunikatywny szybko odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania. Ładna spokojna okolica, łatwo dostać się do centrum miasta. Można spacerem kanałem lub tramwajem. Parkowanie auta pod domem bez problemu, dużo miejsc :)

We loved this place! Traveling with two kids under 3 - the toy room was amazing, so many cool toys! Play pen and highchair provided along with kids plates/ cups. Plenty of books and movies to choose from. Large and clean apartment. Kitchen very well equipped to cook meals Very close to train station - it was easy for us to walk there. Very easy to get to public transit. Cheap all you can eat sushi right outside bedroom window. Large park right across the street. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Really great hosts that are so responsive and kind. such a spacious apartment that has easy access to anything. If anything this place is undersold, highly recommend and will use this place anytime we are in Milan.

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.

Tolle Lage, stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Alles Wichtige (U-Bahn) ist fußläufig erreichbar, und der Gastgeber war super Hilfsbereit. Auf jeden fall empfehlenswert!

Mario and Katha were great hosts. Fast at responding, clear with instructions, and made check in flexible for us! Thin walls but not much you can do about that, and there’s a night club around the corner so at night you can hear music and commotion.
