Séjour très agréable. Emplacement idéal, calme, proche du centre-ville et très facilement accessible. Le parking souterrain à proximité est un vrai plus. Hôte très sympathique, ponctuelle et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement !

The flat is extremely close to a grocery store, great pizza take out (Bambina), Tram line 2 and very walkable to the old city. The view is outstanding and worth the stay. Both Susana and Marcella were very friendly and very helpful.

Communication was great, before check in, during stay for our questions and after check out. The apartment was perfect for our family stay. We traveled with small children and they slept well on the sleeper sofa and enjoyed the huge TV. My wife said she had the best nights sleep on the mattress in the bedroom, which also had a TV and ceiling fan. The Air conditioner works GREAT! The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook at home. The balcony was lovely, with an amazing view of the rue de Anglais and the ocean. There are multiple grocery stores close by, and one across the street for all your needs. The Gelato on the corner is amazing, and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Very walk able area, less then a block to the beach. Thank you so much for having us.

Nous sommes arrivés en retard à cause de notre avion, Grégory a du modifié ce qui été prévu et sa compagne nous a accueillie avec le sourire malgré l’heure tardive. L’appartement est à 5 mn à pied du tram du port, ce qui rend l’accès à l’aéroport ou ville hyper facile. En cette fin septembre l’appartement était au calme et la température idéale .

Super Lage, Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Strand sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gemütliches kleines Zimmer mit tollem Balkon. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

First time in Nice, Nico and Liza’s place is in the heart of the city with walkable routes to both the promenade, old town and the train station. The apartment was spacious and in pristine condition, with the hosts being responsive to any questions we had. If you’re looking for a trip to Nice or Monaco, I would highly recommend staying here.

d'abord merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et à sa disponibilité. Le plus: un parking est disponible en sous sol ce qui, pour un appartement en centre ville, est très précieux. la situation du bien est exceptionnelle avec une grande terrasse face à la mer ou l on peut prendre les repas. Le centre ville est à 5mn à pied et le vieux Menton à 15mn toujours a pied. L appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Impeccably styled with so much character, making for a very special stay. The kind of house that feels like it tells a story. The house is extremely spacious, with comfortable beds (cozy pillows and duvets), a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful dining room overlooking the Alpes-Maritimes, which would easily be at home on the pages of a design magazine. Tasteful decoration, lots of space and very much a home. Thank you for a beautiful week. We’re looking forward to renting this again with some friends.

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jérôme. C'est très bien situé (on peut aller à pied au village) tout en étant calme et spacieux. La maison était impeccable et accueillante.

Un bon séjour de trois jours pour le Nouvel An afin de changer d'air. Annie était réactive aux messages et a donné les bonnes informations. Logement propre et décoré avec goût et qui accepte les chiens ! Les petits conseils : Un rideau occultant pour la porte d'entrée serait certainement appréciable, Peut être une poêle et une casserole en plus si vous recevez des familles. Merci en tout cas ! Si nous revenons dans le coin nous conservons votre adresse.

Nous souhaitions un séjour en famille dans un environnement calme et bien situé pour visiter Eze et Monaco, le logement proposé par Corinne a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Une vue magnifique, un logement d une propreté impeccable et rénové avec goût, nous n avons manqué de rien et avons été très bien accueillis ! Nous recommandons !

‘one’ is a beautiful place. There were 7 of us and the place was perfect and comfortable. Each room had its own shower. We rented a van, however, this isn’t necessary as you can Uber everywhere. We went wine tasting at local wineries. We went to the market almost daily and cooked fresh and wonderful meals. We basically lived in the outdoor space and made ourselves completely at home. I cannot say enough about Simon’s and the rest of the ‘One’ team. Always responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house 💕

Logement parfait pour 4/5 personnes (nous étions 2 adultes + 3 enfants), facile d'accès, proche pistes, bien emménagé, merci à Julien et Katia pour l'accueil et leur disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement ! (pas trop non plus car on aimerait bien y revenir et donc qu'il reste un peu de dispo :))

We had a great weekend in Mylene's apartment. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was easy to relax there. The location is perfect with walking distance to everything in Nice. Super lovely to stay so close to the sea. Mylene was nice and easy to communicate with and we were given access to the accommodation earlier which we really appreciated. Thanks Mylene!

This is the perfect to stay when visiting Nice. It is right in the heart of the Old Town. Beware it is a walk up hill to reach the apartment and then another 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us and actually felt good after all the wonderful wine, bread, cheese, pastries and the list goes on. The view was unbelievable. I spent all of my time on the balcony with a glass of wine or a cuppa! I could not get enough. The apartment was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was so comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Our hosts were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and other information about the city. Excellent hosts. 5 minutes walk to coffee, pastries and restaurants. The seafront is 10 minutes. It is a 5 minute walk up the hill (directly from the apartment) to the Colline du Chateau (Castle Hill) with stunning views of Nice and even the snow covered Alps. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

un appartement charmant, décoré avec gout , une chambre , une salle de bain et un joli séjour, idéalement situé à Beausoleil à la frontière de Monaco, près des marchés et une petite terrasse où le café au soleil prend une autre dimension.

Le logement était très pratique avec sa place de parking et le supermarché Lidle juste en bas. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour et l'apartement est très bien équipé: volets roulants éléctriques, équipements pour la cuisine dont Airfryer, machine à laver/sèche linge etc. Idéal pour une famille. Le logement est spacieux et très propre. Nous avons pu cuisiner, faire nos lessives etc et la TV du salon est grande et il y a les comptes Netflix deja paramétrés pour les voyageurs dans plusieurs langues. La décoration est moderne et les éclairages LED rendent l'apartement encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartamento in zona super tranquilla e che permette di spostarsi a piedi ovunque. Pulitissimo e attrezzato in modo impeccabile. La gentilezza e l’accoglienza dei padroni di casa hanno contribuito in modo fondamentale a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Spero di poter tornare presto.

Très bel emplacement : proximité promenade des Anglais , bus et tram + boulangerie et petit magasin Carrefour . Une fois la voiture garée , nous avons tous fait à pied. Proximité gare SNCF ( en Tram ) Vraiment très bel appartement avec super emplacement
