Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

Un lieu assez exceptionnel pour la côte d'azur : calme, accueillant avec un environnement sans vis-à-vis, très vert et plein ciel. Cela permet de se mettre à distance de la frénésie de la côte d'azur en ces périodes estivales. La communication avec Joyce est facile et en confiance ce qui est facilitant pour se sentir bien. Et plein de petites attentions nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez des amis. De même la maison est très joliment décorée avec goût et simplicité (différente des photos et encore plus jolie) et elle est très bien équipée. Et, en tant qu'habitués de la Colle sur Loup depuis plus de 30 ans, nous recommandons assurément Maison Joa Terra !

Un séjour parfait dans une petite maison chaleureuse, idéalement située entre mer et montagne. Le calme des lieux est apaisant, et Sylvie est une hôte remarquable : gentille, discrète et attentive aux moindres détails. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation pour une escapade reposante !

Great stay. The pool was absolutely lovely. All the outside areas were beautiful, with lots of choice where to sit. The bathroom was also very nice. The bed was huge, but a little on the hard side for me. The main room was big and well decorated in a French style. The kitchenette was a nice place to sit and had lots of equipment for making basic meals. No oven and only one hob was more of a challenge than I had anticipated - probably fine in the summer when eating mostly cold food. The owners were very friendly, but not overwhelming - we had our privacy respected. We felt safe and secure in the accommodation and grounds. Only 2 small niggles. The bedding was inadequate - I was cold most nights. I did ask for a duvet, but we only got a thin blanket. Probably fine in the summer, but September can be quite chilly and I resorted to wearing some clothing in the end. This second point is no fault of the owner, but we were woken up in the early hours of every morning by local barking dogs.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. Dominique was very friendly and responsive. The house is at the top of a hill, so not very walkable to shops or restaurants, but very private with beautiful views. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table.

We had an amazing week at MJ’s incredibly beautiful villa. Being four adults and four kids ranging from 5-15 yo, we had everything anyone could possibly need. It was truly a home away from home. Sending lots of love to MJ for making this a memorable week for everyone in our family. We will be back for sure!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement d’Hélène, qui est propre, spacieux, bien équipé et offre une vue dégagée sur Nice. Hélène a été très accueillante et nous a partagé de précieuses recommandations. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Super Ausblick über die Bucht. Viel Sonne beim Kaffee trinken am Morgen. Geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Gastgeberin sehr nett.

We loved staying at the Terrace Of Light apartment. It was perfect for us (mother and daughter.) Great location near easy transportation. The Terrace was a wonderful respite after a busy day exploring the Côte d’Azur. Lee was very easy to correspond with. Although our cooking was limited, the kitchen was well stocked to prepare an entire meal. I completely recommend staying here, and hope to make it back again one day soon.

Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit in Pascals Apartement. Wie in vielen Kommentaren angegeben, muss man Treppen steigen (unser Kind hat 104 gezählt), aber auch mein Vater hat sie mit 88 Jahren mehrmals am Tag genommen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist sensationell, die Lage zentral und doch ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Pascal war wie man's sich wünscht, insofern...

La communication avec Arnaud et la personne sur place était facile, rapide et proactif. L'endroit correspond parfaitement aux images, tout était impeccable et je peux que recommander Arnaud en tant que hôte.

A very heartfelt thank you to Jane and Antonella for welcoming us to their beautiful apartment in Nice. This space was very cozy and clean, making it feel like home. We appreciated the balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and central location to explore the beautiful La Côte d'Azur. As well, our hosts were very easy to communicate with, which was helpful before and during our trip. We had a great time and highly recommend to other guests looking for a place to stay in Nice. This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Alloggio in posizione perfette per raggiungere i country club di montecarlo! In soli 2 minuti a piedi siamo arrivati in stazione e da li solo 2 fermate. Cathrine è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nel venirci incontro per il nostro orario di check in. Consigliamo assolutamente l alloggio!!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Nos hôtes ont été particulièrement attentionnés en nous recommandant de bonnes adresses de restaurants et boulangeries à proximité. Le parking est un véritable plus qui facilite le séjour. Nous repartons conquis et ne pouvons que recommander cette location !

Le logement proposé est parfait, très confortable, très bien organisé et décoré. La vue sur la mer est magnifique et il est très bien situé pour rayonner dans Menton. Delphine est une hôte parfaite qui nous a très bien acceuillie.
