This was a great family friendly place for us to stay. The full kitchen and laundry was exactly what we needed. The location was unexpected, yet a great spot. It was walkable to everything. Brewery, museum, docks and a little further but the grocery store. For an in town location it was fantastic. This apartment had plenty of room for us, and was comfortable. 3 big bedrooms! I had issues opening the door, Brielle responded promptly. We figured it out and had no further issues. While to Valdez, this is a great spot to stay.

Tabatha had a maintenance issue with the unit that we were supposed to stay in , but she accommodated us any way in another unit at last minute. what a great host, she went above and beyond and we appreciate it.

We really enjoyed our time here as it’s close to everything in a quiet neighborhood that offered great views! We loved seeing and reading all the Alaskan books provided. It was a perfect space to spend time with family while not enjoying the outdoors.

Stayed with the family for a kids event. Clean, as described, conveniently located, and plenty of space for everyone. Clear instructions for everything. Great stay. Will definitely look for it again next time I am heading to Valdez.

Lorraine was a great host for our trip to Valdez. She was incredibly responsive and the location was perfect for us to ski at Thompsons pass and visit Valdez. Would absolutely stay again!

Best place that we stayed during our two week trip in Alaska. Amazing property with epic views. Incredible hospitality. Immaculate accommodations. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. An authentic Alaskan homestead that is off the beaten path. Loved it! Thank you Hannah and Jan!!

We lucked out! Everything else was booked in Valdez for the weekend. We stayed in the Denali Suite and it was lovely—clean and had everything we needed. Location is just blocks from the harbor, so we walked back and forth with ease. Nice playground right nearby too if you have kids. Dan had coffee and pastries in the mornings. Saw other guests in the main area. You could socialize as much or as little as you wanted too. We were met with friendliness and Dan was very accommodating to anything we needed. We’d definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Alegre's place is nice and I would consider staying again. I might look for other places first as the bedrooms were sparsely furnished. In the grand scheme of things it was nice, clean, spacious, well stocked, and it's really just a few small but major things that make me hesitate to stay again. The bathrooms had paper towels instead of hand towels and the bedrooms didn't have night stands or lamps, just the overhead light. Downstairs bathroom had a bulb out, and the heat lamp was also out in the downstairs bathroom and it was cold. 3/4 bedrooms are in the basement. Also the front door was hard to open. The hot tub was a nice with some reservations - it had been chemically cleaned but still had a slight green hue and smelled funky. It was in need of a deeper drain-and-clean treatment. It was also in the garage which was odd, but understandable from a property management and energy efficiency standpoint. So overall not bad and it would be AMAZING with a couple upgrades.

Beautifully furnished 4br/3bath place, with garage. Loved the kitchen.!!! I cooked thankgiving dinner for 6 and had everything i needed. Very comforable bedrooms! Great quality towels and sheets. Nice big washer dryer. My kids loved the fold out couch in front of the tv downstairs. There was also a nice quality highchair and packnplay that was perfect for the baby. Highly recomment! 100% would stay here again. Excellent Value!
