Merci pour ce séjour! Le chalet est excellent pour une famille et nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir d’y séjourner. Il est très confortable avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer des moments cosy. Et nous avons été aussi accueilli avec une très bonne confiture et une tomme. De plus, il y a des condiments ou autres produits à disposition, ce qui est parfait quand on vient d’arriver et pour cuisiner. On s’y sent donc bien de suite. Le soir c’est aussi très agréable avec toutes les lumières d’ambiance que nous pouvons arranger à notre guise! Et le coin salon à manger a une vue magnifique! Enfin, il y a de nombreuses balades à faire et plusieurs épiceries ouverte dans le coin. Et les gens sont très sympa. Au plaisir d’y revenir !

Una casetta in mezzo ad un bosco,pulita,accogliente,con un giardino incredibile e una vista mozzafiato..ci svegliavamo con il rumore delle campanelle dei vitellini e lo stesso rumore cullava il nostro sonno prima di andare a dormire..sono stati giorni di pace con la mia famiglia,dove abbiamo girato i luoghi vicini e abbiamo anche sfruttato lo spazio esterno della casa per grigliare, godersi il silenzio e i suoni della natura sulle sdraio o giocare semplicemente a palla..e’ stata una vacanza meravigliosa. Ci manca tanto quella casetta e Marta e il suo papà sono due persone molto disponibili,gentili e hanno cura dei loro ospiti. E’ stata un’esperienza incredibilmente positiva!! E poi non ho mai trovato una casa così attrezzata! C’era tutto..e non parlo solo delle pentole,piatti ecc ecc ,abbiamo trovato,olio,sale,caffè,pepe,aceto balsamico,svelto,bagnoschiuma,e prodotti per pulire..complimenti per il servizio e la vs gentilezza.

I would like to highlight that the owner of the house, Fabrizia, is also our dear and beloved friend, the best host you could ever meet. She fills the house with warmth and love, she is always improving it, and is capable of giving you the best memories related to your stay in Italy, in Piedmont! Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

Die Unterkunft von Chiara war super! Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, es ist super sauber und die Kommunikation war super einfach. Wen wir in der Gegend sind würden wir immer wieder hier her kommen.

Alles tip top, wir haben gut geschlafen.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, perfekt sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht und von der Terrasse aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den See und die drei Inseln. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Wir haben hier ein paar wundervolle, entspannende Tage verbracht und konnten die Seele richtig baumeln lassen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Elena war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Sie waren stets hilfsbereit und haben uns mit wertvollen Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung versorgt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, um noch einmal diese entspannte Atmosphäre zu geniessen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt. Für eine grössere Gruppe ist die Wohnung toll, weil zwei Badezimmer und ein grosses Wohnzimmer vorhanden sind. Die Bushaltestelle, der Coop und das Parkhaus sind nur ein paar Fussminuten entfernt. Auch eine Bäckerei befindet sich in der Nähe. Die Küche ist weniger grosszügig aber gut ausgestattet mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit unglaublichem Blick aufs Matterhorn 😍 Die Kommunikation mit Nicole und Beat war super freundlich und hilfreich, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen ☺️

Again it was a pleasure staying at Toms place - the place is perfectly situated close to car parc north (bus to lifts) and nice to see quality materials as well as a quality equipped kitchen. Second time renting from Tom will not be the last time.

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Trotzdem innen sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist modern und wohl ziemlich neu. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und hat sehr bequeme Betten. Es gibt rundherum einen grossen, sonnigen Balkon mit einer super Sicht auf die Berge. Angela ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Es erwartet dich eine super freundliche Gastgeberin. In der Wohnung ist mehr vorhanden als wir erwartet haben. Ausser einer blitzsauberen Wohnung mit bequemen Betten, einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche ( ohne Spülmaschine welche für uns auch nicht nötig ist), 2 Badezimmer jeweils mit Toilette, eine schöne überdachte Terasse und schnelles Internet gibt es auch noch Alles zum Frühstück und das ohne Mehrkosten. Im Kühlschrank auch noch verschiedene Säfte und Wasser. Hier passt einfach Alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder sobald wir in der Gegend sind.

Marco and Oliver’s place is in a really stunning location - it really took our breath away. The apartment is very clean, warm and cosy. There’s a coffee machine which we really appreciated. Access to the apartment is via a snowy path in winter - we didn’t have too much luggage so it was fine and actually very magical. There is a trolley at the apartment which would be helpful if you had lots of luggage. We took a taxi from the station and the drivers all seemed to know the property so it was easy to find. Marco and Oliver were really responsive with our queries. Thanks very much for a lovely stay.

Sensationelle Lage, sehr grosses Grundstück, toller Pool. Wir haben es bei Andrea sehr genossen und sind rundum zufrieden!

Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Auch unsere Hunde waren willkommen. Eine Oase inmitten der Natur mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Lago d‘Orta. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles ist gepflegt und blitzsauber. Der Kontakt zu Sanne war top und wir wurden vor Ort von Giacomo empfangen, der jederzeit ansprechbar war und sich sofort kümmerte, als ein Problem mit der Heizung auftrat

Unser Aufenthalt bei Paul war total toll. Die dachterasse ist ein Traum, der Blick unbezahlbar. Einzig die Zimmersituation war etwas komplizierter als erwartet. Wir waren mit 10 Leuten da. Allerdings sind 2 der 7 angegebenen Zimmer Durchgangszimmer mit einzelbetten und ein Zimmer ist lediglich ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Ansonsten hat uns die Villa Breda sehr gut gefallen und die Kommunikation mit Paul und Antonia waren auch sehr leicht und zuverlässig! Vielen Dank :)

This place is a dream come true. The view of the lake and the little islands from two floors of the house and the terrace is absolutely spectacular. We did not want to leave to explore the area - it seemed sufficient to just sit and watch the lake for hours. The house is also furnished with a lot of taste and the surroundings are very quiet - which added to the overall well-being and relaxation. The only thing that might top the place is Simon, the host. Very friendly, easy going and always ready to help. We were welcomed by a set table with bread, cheese and a bottle of wine. We definitely want to come again!

Um es gleich vorweg zu nehmen, die letzten Meter zu Ericas Haus sind aufgrund einer sehr schmalen Serpentinenstraße eine Herausforderung (zumindest am Anfang). Angekommen, entschädigt der atemberaubende Ausblick über den See und die einzigartige Lage. Als ehemaliger Pest- Rückzugsort, gibt es nur wenige Nachbarn und wer seine Ruhe sucht, ist hier definitiv am richtigen Platz angekommen. Der Check-In konnte nicht besser sein. Ericas Mutter (Emma) hatte alles tip-top gereinigt und hat mit ihrer warmherzigen Art uns alles gezeigt und sogar Lebensmittel, wie Obst, Nudeln, Soße, Wein und sogar Joghurt und Kekse bereit gestellt. Die Bäder sind im Top-Zustand, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet und die Möbel funktionell. Durch die Höhe, ging immer ein kleiner Wind und so war es auch bei hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Der kleine Ort hat alles zu bieten, was im Urlaub nötig ist und der Badeplatz, mit viel Schattenplätzen und Restaurant perfekt. Ein perfekter Urlaub mit Wiederholungsgefahr!

We were a group of 10 staying during winter. Everything was wonderful. The house is set in beautiful surroundings overlooking the castle with mountains in the background. The old historic centre of Ivrea is a short walk from the house and a beautiful lake just a little further in the other direction (although anyone with mobility issues or poor fitness might need to drive up and down the little hill(less than 5mins) that leads up to the house). And lots of beautiful trips into the mountains around (some of our group skied) The house itself is beautiful very well equipped with lots of space inside and out. We dined in most nights and cooking and dining facilities were easily sufficient for our large group . Silvia was our main contact during our stay as Beatrice was on holiday and she was lovely and helpful responding quickly to any queries and there to welcome us as well as sending us away with little homemade gifts. Perfect stay. Would highly recommend

Alberto war ein super Gastgeber. Bei allen Fragen oder Anliegen hat er sofort reagiert und war immer hilfsbereit!

Luca's house is exactly as described. It is very spacious with enough room for a family of 4 plus grandma. The terrace with the hammock is great. The center of Armeno is in walking distance with a nice supermarket and bakery. We appreciated the welcome basket very much. You have everything you can wish for in the kitchen (Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, etc). The garden is even larger then expected from the pictures. You have a nice view on the surrounding mountains from the garden as well as from the balcony. Really the only downside (as mentioned by other reviews already) are the mosquitos. There are very many of them and you need to come prepared. If we could have one wish it would be to install mosquito protection at the windows of the sleeping rooms so that you can have them open at night. We would love to come again thank Luca and Paola for their hospitality.
