The place was great with all you need at a very honest price. The host was very helpful and kind. Gandria is a lovely picturesque place very close to Lugano. Great experience!

Our stay at Villa Nila was simply amazing. Nicola welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The property itself is so well-designed and functional, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful views of the lake and garden from the private terrace and from inside the property. There is a full kitchen with an espresso machine, stove, fridge/freezer, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary espresso and beverages that Nicola provided. And the rain showers in both bathrooms are a nice touch! The location of the property was perfect for our group (5 adults) — everything was just a short walk away. It was easy to take the ferry to other towns on the lake from Torno, and we especially enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice daily) coffee from Bar Italia near the ferry stop. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to return the next time we are in the Lake Como area.

Wir haben 6 tolle Tage in der Wohnung von Matteo verbracht! Die Lage erlaubt es, sowohl Ausflüge mach Mailand, als auch an den Lago Maggiore (oder andere) zu unternehmen. Beides ist mit dem Zug direkt von hier zu erreichen. Hinter dem Haus erstreckt sich auch ein schöner Wald mit netten Wanderwegen. In der Küche haben wir ein paar Sachen vermisst, aber die Mutter (wohnt oben drüber, spricht nur italienisch) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie leiht gern Sachen aus. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden!

Excellent spot with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped to cook home cooked meal and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Check in was smooth and Gian welcomed us and showed us around. Highly recommended!

Sara is a very friendly and responsive host, and the place is absolutely lovely. It was nice staying in a true Walser house, it was charming and spotless. The walk up was fine for us, but just beware if you have any mobility issues at all. We are both 1.83 (6ft), and only needed to duck slightly in the bathroom, we didn’t mind it at all, the place is very cosy! We would (and probably will) stay here again :)

Sehr schöne Wohnung, hochwertig eingerichtet, super ausgestattete Küche, alles da, was man braucht. Carlos und Ana waren sehr schnell erreichbar und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die wunderschöne Aussicht auf Berg, Tal und Fluss trägt viel zur Entspannung bei. Gut zu wissen: - Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus führt ein Stück (ca. 100 m) relativ steil und nicht befestigt nach oben. Schlau packen! Die Aussicht ist es auf alle Fälle wert! - Vorher die Fotos der Check-in-Infos screenshotten. Wir hatten vor Ort keinen Mobil-Empfang. Ein grosses Merci an Ana und Carlos für die Möglichkeit einer schönen Auszeit! <3

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons chez Chloë et Philippe. L'appartement est très comfortable et est idéalement situé au pied du finiculaire. Il est très bien équipé on est comme à la maison. La literie est très bonne Philippe et Chloë sont des hôtes très réactifs et très sympatiques. Bref nous reviendrons

Es ist ein sehr gemütliches Landhaus mitten in den Bergen auf einem kleinen Weingut. Wir haben uns sofort verliebt in diese Location. Der Blick auf die Berge, den hinter Palmen und Pampasgras versteckten Lago Maggiore und den Verzasca Staudamm ist sensationell. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein bisschen schwierig zu finden, doch Dank Albertos telefonischer Erreichbarkeit ging es dann sehr gut. Eine Parkmöglichkeit gibt es auch. Man hat tolle Wandermöglichkeiten, die uns Alberto als Empfehlung geschickt hat. Im nahen Gordola findet man auch alles was man braucht. Wir planen sehr gerne wieder zu kommen.
