Well equipped, extremely well looked after and clean apartment in an excellent location on the beach and adjacent to the tram stop. Cecilia couldn’t have been more helpful.

We booked this one last minute, and everything was perfect! The hosts are very responsive and checked in multiple times during our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and is walkable to lots of good bars and restaurants. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the plaza del ayuntamiento as well.

Bel appartement, bien équipé et spacieux. La terrasse est parfaite avec une belle vue sur mer et montagne. La piscine était propre. Facile à trouver et accès facile, place de parking à l’intérieur. Super séjour, je n’hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci pour l’hôte qui a été très sympathique et flexible pour l’arrivée et le départ.

El apartamento está totalmente nuevo, com una terraza espectacular y vistas a la montaña. Está muy bien ubicado, a 10 min andando del centro de Denia. Lo recomiendo al resto de huéspedes.

El piso es muy bonito y completo, a la cocina no le faltaba nada. Lo recomiendo. La ubicación es la mejor, hay plaza de parking en el edificio y también por los alrededores.

This apartment was perfectly located for my friends and I. it was far enough from the really busy nightlife not to be disturbed but close enough to walk into the centre when we wanted to. Lovely rooms and a fantastic view over the beach and sea.

Quartier paisible malgré la proximité des logements voisins. Belle vue, piscine très agréable, de même que le coin barbecue Intérieur fonctionnel.

Un super appartement confortable et bien placé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et Nino-interphone Group a toujours été au top. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous avons hâte d’y revenir. Appartement à conseiller vivement.

What a delightful home! The hospitality is wonderful, and the house is beautifully furnished, truly making you feel at home rather than in a typical rental. It’s fully equipped with all the comforts you could need. The spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night. There’s ample space throughout the house, and with the lovely weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning garden. The pool is fantastic, and the garden is a beautiful oasis filled with flowers and plants, providing plenty of privacy. A car is essential for exploring the charming spots nearby, as the neighborhood is quite tranquil. We loved the various outdoor seating areas, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, and baking dishes, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Plus, the views of the mountains are gorgeous, and the heating/air conditioning worked perfectly. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Ha estat una estada fantàstica en una zona molt tranquila però fàcil d’accedir. La casa és molt acollidora, les estàncies molt agradables, totes les habitacions tenien ventilador i mosquiteres, a la cuina hi havia tots els estris necessaris i la piscina és molt gran. Erem 9 persones i en cap moment ens ha faltat espai, sens dubte repetiriem!

We had a great time with kids.we didn't need car for go to the beach and to the village also. we are looking forward to go again😀

Great villa which is really well looked after and fantastically appointed.

Wir waren über Weihnachten in Peters sehr schönem und modernem Haus. Für uns als Familie war das Haus sehr gut geeignet, da vor allem die grosse Küche und auch das grosse Wohnzimmer sehr viel Platz für alle Familienmitglieder bieten. Hervorzuheben ist auch die sensationelle Küchenausstattung. Leider hatten wir in der Winterzeit etwas Pech mit der Haustechnik/Heizung, aber Peter war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht alle Probleme umgehend zu beheben. Sogar am 24.12. hat er noch einen neuen Geschirrspüler geliefert. Preisleistung ist noch ok. Sicherlich sind die Preise über die Feiertage höher, aber man muss sich auch bewusst sein, dass das Haus kein freistehendes Haus mit grossem Garten ist, sondern ein Reihenhaus, und es im Aussenbereich lediglich kleinere, gekachelte Terrassen gibt. Die Nähe zum Strand (mit dem Auto ein paar Minuten), zu Supermärkten, zu Alicante und zum Flughafen waren hervorragend. Wir würden dieses Haus für einen Familienanlass jederzeit wieder buchen.
