The house was just as described in a quiet street with a beautiful patio and sunny terrace. The house was so well equipped, especially the kitchen and we highly recommend shopping in the amazing indoor market and cooking at home for a change from eating out. Pilar was very friendly, responsive and helpful and I'm sure we'll be back. We had a wonderful time in Alicante.

What a fantastic apartment in the most perfect location , it’s not often you find a place that’s even better than the photos , super stylish with immaculate detail throughout . we met Carlos’s partner who was friendly and very helpful .we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend those who are lucky enough to visit Valencia with the perfect base for your stay

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

We were here on a weekend. Nice, clean apartment just steps away from a market, grocery store and little eateries. Very clean with comfortable bed (slept like a rock), and good water pressure in the shower. Easy metro access from the train station. We liked that this had more of a chill neighborhood vibe tucked a little away from the noise and crowds of tourists in town. The tourist scene is about a 10 min walk. (8 Min walk to the Central Market). Felt very safe all through Valencia. Would stay here again.

Super Lage, die Altstadt war schnell zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super und zuvorkommend. Alles perfekt!

What a perfect apartment for two! We had the best few days for our city break and can’t recommend highly enough! For us, the location worked perfectly, right in the middle of foodie heaven surrounded with a beautiful atmosphere. So close to everything and so easy to pop back if you need to without having to walk miles. Although it’s busy outside, if you close the two sets of balcony doors they give you a peaceful retreat or you can just sit with them open and enjoy the bustling energy listening to lots of happy people enjoying themselves. The check in was super easy and Maritza was the perfect host! I can’t fault this place and we’ll definitely be back! THANK YOU xx

Had a lovely stay at the flat! Great area to spend a few days in Valencia with lots to do but being a bit outside the big busy neighborhoods!

El piso de Patricia es muy limpio, está ubicado en zona tranquila, a unos 10 minutos del centro. Tiene todo lo necesario para preparar comida, se puede lavar ropa, es perfecto para parejas con niños. Hemos viajado con nuestra hija de un año y la experiencia fue extraordinaria, Patricia nos dio también una cuna para el bebé. Precio también muy asequible. Además Patricia responde muy rápido y es atentiva. Recomiendo mucho.

Sehr gute Unterkunft alles war wie beschrieben . Angel hat schnell geantwortet und immer wenn es Fragen hat geholfen . Ebenfalls konnten wir sogar früher als geplant einchecken . Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft man kann sie nur empfehlen

Valencia ist eine tolle Stadt mit vielen tollen, freundlichen Menschen und eine davon ist die Gastgeberin Mila. Mila empfing uns mit ihrer offenen und charmanten Art, so dass wir uns gleich Willkommen fühlten. Mila‘s Wohnung hat die perfekte Ausgangslage, um Valencia zu erkunden, ob zu Fuß oder zur nächsten Metrostation. Wir wurden von Mila mit vielen Anregungen und Informationen versorgt, sie war super hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Es war toll dich kennengelernt zu haben, liebe Mila, wir werden uns immer gerne an dich und Valencia erinnern. Anke & Ulf

Me and my partner have just had a great week in Valencia. Marcos' apartment is exactly like the pictures and description. The floor to ceiling windows let in so much natural light and offer great views, we especially loved seeing the mountains in the distance, like a painting! The only con we found was there's no saucepans and the frying pans could do with updating (obviously not a problem if you're not eating in). Metro, bus stops and underground stations are all within a 10 minute walk which take you into the centre of Valencia within 30mins. We would recommend and visit again 😊

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung! Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer – jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und den weiten Blick zu genießen, war einfach herrlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, und das Badezimmer sehr gepflegt und großzügig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: ruhig und dennoch in der Nähe von Restaurants, Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, und der Gastgeber war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Loft muy bonito y acogedor, perfecto para una pareja, bastante amplio y completo, todo funcionaba a la perfección, zona muy tranquila y a 5 min a pie del centro comercial Gran Turia, la cocina contaba con todo tipo de menaje, los baños estaban impolutos y completos, Carmen la anfitrióna super amable y super atenta, contesta muy rápido y nos indico a la perfección como llegar, el garaje es amplio para dejar el coche sin problema, un gesto que nos gustó mucho es que tiene una guía sobre las cosas más importantes para ver y sitios para comer en Valencia en definitiva super recomendable.

Recomiendo mucho este loft. Hemos estado muy cómodos y relación calidad-precio perfecto. Es bastante espacioso y está bien comunicado con los buses a solo un par de calles. Manuela estuvo atenta.

Ha ido todo muy bien, volvería a repetir sin duda. Alejandro ha sido muy amable y muy atento. Lo recomiendo 100%.

This apartment is in a perfect location in new town around the corner from the indoor market. The apartment itself was easy to get to and Amadeo had someone to meet you and show you around the apartment and how to use the cooking hob. The place was spotless. There was tea coffee and a bottle of Red wine on arrival. The Internet has good speed and the tv is a good size and adjustable on the wall bracket. The bathroom has a walk in shower toilet and sink. The bed is a good size and really comfy. This place is perfectly located you have several bars restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner. Lidls is a short walk away. Amadeo responds very quickly when messaged but you do have a reliable person that you can contact who is on hand if you need anything. I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for self catering apartment near the main area for entertainment shopping and of course the beach which is a few minutes away. I'm definitely booking again.

Victor fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de que tenga todo, muy atento en todo momento tienes una habitación y servicios por no tan alto precio. ideal para pasar unos días visitando lugares y tener un lugar para descansar.

Sonia ist eine sehr hilfbereite Gastgeberin. Ich war 4 Tage mit meinem 4 jährigen Sohn in ihrer Unterkunft. Es ist alles sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Alles ist durchdacht und war blitzsauber. Die Lage ist fantastisch mit vielen Busen und Verbindungen rundherum, man kann aber auch gemütlich in 15min zur Promenade spazieren. Wir mussten recht früh am Flughafen sein und Sonia war so nett und hat uns ein Taxi mit Kindersitz vorbestellt, sodass wir die Rückreise entspannt antreten konnten. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!
