Beautiful place, would definitely stay again. And the host communicated well the expectations. With the recent rain Brownwood had, they let us know the boat dock was still usable, but some of the path to the dock had standing water to walk through. They were more than willing to reschedule our stay if it wasn't going to meet our expectations.

This place is so cute! we came for the peaceful fishing and that's what we got. The dock is great & lots of fish around. Hot tub was a plus, kids loved it and the backyard set up was awesome! Tiffany was fabulous and so very helpful! Certainly worth the money beautiful place.

Great home that was centrally located in Coleman. Everything was very cozy and comfortable in the home and the host was a wonderful help.

Perfect Romantic Getaway at Ricky's Lavender Farm Our stay at Ricky's Lavender Farm was absolutely amazing! It was the perfect couples' getaway, exceeding all our expectations. The listing was spot-on, with everything we needed and accurate photos. The farm was the cleanest place we've ever stayed—absolutely spotless. Ricky's communication was excellent; he met us upon arrival, gave a thorough tour, and showed us everything. The lavender farm offered a peaceful and quiet escape from the city, with awesome views and a much-needed break from reality. Our room was perfect, boasting a very comfortable bed, cozy fireplace, relaxing recliners, and a well-appointed bathroom. We especially loved the robes! The hot tub was fantastic, so refreshing and relaxing. The value was exceptional; the experience far surpassed the price. Check-in was smooth and easy thanks to Ricky's warm welcome and tour. Ricky was the best part of our stay! He was incredibly generous, genuine, and hospitable.
