Sergio and his wife were great hosts; very friendly, proactive at communicating and really helpful. The flat was spotless, always warm and really comfortable with plenty of fresh bedding and towels for everyone. There was washing up stuff and oil for cooking in the kitchen too. The location is stunning with great views of the mountains. There's a convenient shop and a fantastic restaurant at a hotel in the village and you're only a few mins drive away from Cogne for more options too. The location was really convenient for ice climbing and skiing throughout the valley. We'll definitely be trying to book Sergio's flat again next time we visit the area.

Super séjour dans un lieu très bien situé y compris pour la foire de l'Ours et toutes les visites de châteaux et de forts alentours. Nous reviendrons pour d'autres occasions et nous adressons un grand merci à Renato aux petits soins pour nous !

Casa impeccabile. Spazi ampi e ben arredati ed accessoriati. La pulizia delle camere e della cucina era ottima. Nel complesso super soddisfatto, casa calda con un riscaldamento top, 3 belle camere matrimoniali con 3 bagni, più 4 posti letto singoli e un altro bagno di servizio, il camino a legna è un plus per passare le serate sul divano con l'atmosfera giusta, Qualche nota di attenzione: i divani, che non sono super comodi; manca il forno e soprattutto un microonde (ma c'è un fornetto elettrico abbastanza grande) e considerando la bellezza della cucina e la quantità di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici forniti è veramente strano.

Luca ci ha accolti col sorriso, una persona super cordiale! La casa stupenda, davvero attrezzata in tutto! Le lenzuola, gli asciugamani e accappatoi sempre disponibili negli armadi,la cucina aveva di tutto e di più, meglio di un hotel! Le prese davvero comode erano dappertutto. Punto extra obbligatorio: fumetti di zerocalcare e libri di fotografia! 🤣 anche l’angolino dei libri “gratuiti” da portar via tantissimo apprezzato. Che dire, davvero fortunata di aver trovato questo alloggio e probabilmente se ci ricapiterà torneremo!

Een mooi, groot familiehuis met een grote en compleet ingerichte woonkeuken. Nauwelijks een woonkamer (ca. 3×3 meter, naast de voordeur), dus beperkt zitcomfort. 7 slaapkamers waarvan 4 met een 2-persoonsbed (140 cm breed) en 3 met 2x 1- persoonsbed. Terrasje naast de voordeur en een groot terras naast het huis, beide zonnig. Geen tuin (mocht je je hond meenemen, goed opletten). Op de begane grond en op zolder een badkamer, wc's op alle verdiepingen. Het huis staat op enige afstand aan een doorgaande weg (geeft wat geluid), vlakbij het centrum van Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe; je kunt lopend brood gaan kopen of uit eten in één van de restaurants. Prachtige omgeving met bergen (Mont Charvin en bij meerdere wandelingen uitzicht op de Mont Blanc), zwemmeertje in Flumet, variatie aan liften die geopend zijn. 1.15 uur rijden naar Annecy treinstation, ca. 45 minuten rijden naar Albertville. Wifi aanwezig. Geen wasmachine (wasserette vlakbij), geen tv. Zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame gastvrouw!

Très beau chalet avec vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc. Le chalet est très bien équipé, avec salle de bains confortable et tout ce qu'il faut à la cuisine. Nous avons apprécié rentrer au calme après le ski , toujours avec l'option de profiter des activités en ville avec une petite marche de 10 minutes. Train et skibus pour rejoindre les stations à 2 minutes. Merci beaucoup de votre accueil.

Logement très sympa, idéal pour 3/4 personnes, ski in/ski out, la résidence dispose d’une petite galerie marchande, galerie de la Croisette accessible facilement. David toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande !

L'appartamento è accogliente con letti e divano letto molto comodi, doccia e servizi di qualità. Comodissimo l'accesso a negozio alimentare, buoni ristoranti e piste da sci. La funivia è facilmente raggiungibile con la funicolare situata a soli 500 m dall'immobile. Ci tornerei con piacere.

We had an amazing stay in Chamonix! The location was perfect—just a 7-8 minute walk to the city center, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The views from the property were undoubtedly the best in the city, even better than we expected. The place itself is beautifully done and actually looks even better in person than in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals. Our host was incredibly nice and proactive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Stayed for 6 nights, absolutely perfect apartment. Host always responded to my questions! Bumped into numerous times outside and always welcoming and happy to chat! Absolutely would love to stay here again! 100% recommend! Not too far from the slopes or morzine town centre. Idealic location and amazing views of the mountains right on your doorstep! Nighttime’s are silent. Would be lovely in the summer sitting outside looking at the stars.

This is a comfortable, super clean and well equipped apartment. It has all we needed for a weeks skiing for a family of four (two adults and two teenagers). It was a very short walk to the ski lift which was great. Thank you Alison.

Had a great stay, was easy to find and check in. For us the location was perfect, with an amazing view. For us as hikers we loved the area.

The location of the hotel is ultimately the best. Very close to the train station and tge city center. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Sehr grosszügige und äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt eine ganz tolles Angebot. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen zum Skifahren (Skibus ganz in der Nähe). Einzig das austrocknen der Skischuhe im komplett kalten Keller war etwas schwierig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location and superb host. The property worked for us but very steep stairs up to the bedroom with little head clearance. The shower door was also broken but overall a good stay and would still recommend.

Sehr zu empfehlen, liegt perfekt oberhalb der Lift und es kann ganz einfach mit dem Skiern am Ende von der skitag hingefahren werden. Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, was fehlt ist Skiraum bzw. Skischuhheizung aber da Platz genug war hat es nicht gestört. Warmwasserboilerthema war uns bekannt, daher hat es fast immer geklappt, dass jeder warm duschen konnte:-) Kommunikation mit Kristina war super.

Jess was a wonderful and responsive host. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her place. It is well located for all of the areas activities and the space was great for a family of 4.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Hugues. Il s'agit d'un très bel appartement à 5 minutes à pied du téléphérique, en plein cœur du village de Champagny avec commerces, restaurants et cafés à quelques minutes à pied. Le téléphérique permet de rejoindre les pistes facilement, et une navette gratuite nous a permis de profiter également du site de ski nordique à Champagny le haut avec de très nombreuses activités (chien traineau, ski de fond, raquettes). L'appartement est très bien équipé, notamment la cuisine, avec appareil à raclette, à fondue, gaufrier. La vue est magnifique depuis le balcon. Nous étions 7 adultes et on a pu se loger confortablement et profiter du salon salle à manger très cosy. Hugues a été très réactif, nous a donné pleins de conseils, et a été très disponible en cas de questions de notre part. Une adresse que nous retiendront sans aucun doute ! Au plaisir d'y séjourner à nouveau prochainement !

Appartamento nuovo , ben arredato e organizzato e pulitissimo sembrava di essere a casa propria. Il paese è piccolissimo, ma fuori casa c'è un negozio con tutto il necessario. Un ringraziamento ai proprietari che abitano di fronte e sono molto disponibili. Bellissima vacanza
