Gareth est très accueillant et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans sa maison, l'endroit est très calme et offre de nombreuses balades aux alentours. Je recommande !

La casa estaba muy bien equipada (a nivel menaje de cocina nos sorprendió, siempre nos faltan cosas y en este caso había de todo!). Leña de sobra, todo lo necesario y la dueña incluso nos dejó un bizcocho enorme que dio para que desayunáramos los 20 que fuimos. Repetiremos sin duda :)

Paz, tranquilidad, un fin de semana perfecto. Solo por el exterior ya merece la pena. Nos hubiéramos quedado a vivir!!! Sin duda repetiremos. La anfitriona muy amable, responde a cualquier duda con rapidez. Gracias por acogernos en tu casa, espero vernos pronto

Unser 6-tägige Aufenthhalt in Emilios Orangenhain war fantistisch! Der Gastgeber stand uns bei Fragen oder Problemen immer zur Seite und war sehr engagiert uns einen bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Anbindung mit dem Auto war gut, weil die Autobahn in der Nähe war und man somit ca. 40min nach Valenica braucht. Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr sauber vor und vor allem die Aufteilung mit zwei seperaten, kleinen Häusern war für unsere Familie toll! Die Austattung mit Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank, Wäscheständer etc. war ebenfalls perfekt! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!!

We had a great time, despite the rain. It is very cozy inside and there is a beautiful view from the rooftop. During the night it is very quiet and the area is great for hiking.

¡100% recomendable! Nuestra estancia en la casa rural fue simplemente perfecta. Ana y su marido son unos anfitriones excepcionales: cercanos, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La casa es impresionante, amplia y con muchísimo encanto. Éramos un grupo de 13 amigos y tuvimos espacio de sobra. A pesar de ser invierno, la temperatura en el interior fue muy agradable en todo momento. Uno de los mayores placeres fue disfrutar de sus dos chimeneas en el enorme salón, creando un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Además, el entorno es una maravilla: en plena naturaleza, rodeado de una inmensa pinada ideal para rutas de senderismo. Si viajas con niños o mascotas, este lugar es perfecto. Sin duda, repetiremos cuando tengamos la oportunidad. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Gracias por todo! :)

Amazing property, exactly as pictured with endless views across the valley and the sea.

l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Merci.

Aunque hubo un malentendido porque por el anuncio pensamos que disponía de cuenta de Netflix y Amazon Prime, el resto todo perfecto. Recomendable 100%

El apartamento esta muy centrico, cerca de todo. pese a ello, no se oye ningun ruido y se puede dormir perfectamente. Está limpio y bien cuidado. La unica pega es que es no tiene ascensor y hay que subir 3 plantas.

Wonderfully situated and characterful apartment in Benimantell. Close to the fabulous Guadalest lake and castle. Ideal for a 2 or 3 night stay. Cosy butane real flame heater and great kitchen utilities with fridge, water, coffee and tea provided and kettle. Good idea to cook for yourself here off season as restaurants in the village are a bit limited. Ditto breakfast. Fantastic terrace views. Recommended.

This was a great place to stay. The 1930s building had character. It was quiet, safe and comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet though the living area has period windows so could get a little noisy at rush hour or when bins are emptied but it's not a problem. The neighbourhood is mostly appartments of around five stories high but there are many small shops, bars and restaurants . The area had a village vibe in my opinion, very friendly. Local people were very understanding when it came to our very poor attempts at speaking Spanish. Most establishments had a staff member who could help in English. Only a couple of times did we have to resort to Google Translate and even then we turned it into a comical, fun exchange. It was good to be about 1km away from the old town as we got more of a genuine Spanish experience rather than the typical tourist stuff you get in the old town. We visisted the old town several times and it took around twenty five minutes walking. We will return

Sam & Susanna's apartment is prefect for a visit to Valencia. Easy to find, great location within walking distance of all the sights, some great bars and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. In a quiet neighborhood and the bonus of a stunning rooftop terrace, where we had breakfast after a trip to the market. Susanna & Sam met us and let us drop our bags off when arriving early which was a great help. Would recommend to anyone visiting Valencia. We hope to visit Valencia again and would definitely stay here!

Nos alojamos en familia, dos bebés (2 años y 7 meses) y una mascota pequeña. El alojamiento era tal cual en la descripción, fue fácil llegar, el anfitrión era muy amable y tenía buena disposición. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, dormimos genial, estaba muy bien equipado. Hacía algo de calor pero con el ventilador de la habitación matrimonial estuvimos fresquitos y el aire acondicionado del salón/cocina. Nos pusieron una cuna con todo lo necesario para nuestro bebé, se agradece mucho.

Beautiful space right in Valencia. We fell in love with the city and its surroundings and this Airb&b was a gem in the heart of the city. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Magnífivo alojamiento. En nuestro caso fuimos 3 parejas con 2 perros. La parcela muy grande para poder dar una vuelta. Las camas muy cómodas y el salón muy amplio para poder pasar un buen rato con los amigos. El único pequeño "inconveniente" es la falta de luz en la zona de barbacoa, pero es algo que están solucionando.

Es un alojamiento precioso y el jardín espectacular. Es pequeñito pero tiene todo lo necesario. lo mejor: la anfitriona, es una mujer excepcional. Deseando volver

Wir waren zu sechst über ein verlängertes Wochenende dort und das Haus war perfekt für unsere Zwecke. Sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, unkomplizierter Vermieter und gute Anbindung an die Bahn, um in die Stadt zu fahren (ca 30 min). Alles in allem absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Pasamos los días de fin de año en familia. La casa es amplia, estaba limpia y con todo lo necesario de menaje de cocina. Lo único que destacaría como punto negativo serían los colchones y las almohadas, que eran un poco incómodos. La experiencia fue genial y la comunicación con la anfitriona muy rápida y eficiente. Wir haben in der Villa Maria einen wunderschönen Urlaub als Freundesgruppe verbracht. Der Außenbereich und der riesige Pool sind wirklich 1A. Das Haus bietet unglaublich viel Platz/Schlafmöglichkeiten und ist gut ausgestattet. Lediglich bei der Sauberkeit sehen wir ein wenig Verbesserungspotential, ist aber noch total im Rahmen.

Gabriel was always in touch and helped with everything.the house is very clean and cozy. Valencia can be reached by metro in 15 minutes. be sure to feed the cute cats.

What a beautiful stay soon arrival met by the cleaning staff who were very friendly and showed us around. The house was lovely and clean there was cleaning products and water provided they even had games for the children. The children jumped straight in the swimming pool and used the inflatables at the property. We loved our stay here and could only recommend as a perfect place for a family to stay thank you and we hope to return.
