This place is amazing! The resort is beautiful - we used the pool and the playground. We were able to take our 4 yo granddaughter sledding right out our back patio.

The perfect downtown location! We have been visiting Durango for years and this is hands down one of our favorite Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Great downtown location, easy designated parking, for being downtown it was still quiet and felt private. The space was well decorated, had everything we needed and more, comfy bed and linens! And the place was so clean! We will definitely be staying here again!

Place was good for 2 people! Great location out of town but close enough if town is needed! Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Brooke’s. Beautiful home and surroundings. Esthetically pleasing however it came at a minor inconvenience not having a microwave.

Just a beautiful location! Truly did not want to leave. The house was stunning and the view was even better. Just a short drive to down town Durango and to Purgatory ski resort. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! The host was very sweet and the home was very inviting. The place was well decorated with very modern decor. Hopefully will come again!

Arriving late at night Maps (in CarPlay) did not take us to the correct building so we had to drive around for a bit to figure out where our unit was. There was never anyone in the office when we went there (needed a light bulb).

Very awesome place to stay. Had a blast and couldn’t ask for better.

We loved Sandra’s place! We stay in Pagosa almost every year and this is one of my favorites so far! It’s a fantastic location and the home feels like “home.”

Our family had a lovely stay at Caleb's home. The house was as expected from the pictures. It was clean, well organized, well supplied, the briefing documents were very helpful and Caleb responded quickly anytime we had a question. The area surrounding the house was quiet and lovely. Although shopping and access to both downtown Durango and to the road to the Purgatory Ski Resort and the Durango Hot Springs (both great!) was closeby, the area surrounding the house was lovely open space. We saw lots of birds, and deer frequently came by. The rock formations along the road were lovely.

Pa Trisha was a great host and we loved this place! It was clean, nicely furnished and a great location. We will stay here again when in Pagosa Springs!

Holly's farm is wonderful. I absolutely love it here. Holly was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when I had to extend my stay to bring my sick dog to the vet in town. I love the peaceful area and the adorable farm animals, all while being convenient to downtown!! I absolutely love it here, 10/10 would recommend!

We loved our getaway to Pagosa Springs and Irene’s home made it so special. The home was spacious and airy and filled with light but also felt warm and cot with the fireplace and Mountain View’s. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay with our golden retriever at this Pagosa Springs Airbnb for our annual ski trip. House was stocked with necessities and primary bedroom was relaxing with a good mattress. Fenced back yard for our dog to run around and a nice neighborhood to take him on walks. Close to downtown, view of mountains from front yard. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Great location for access to mountain! Owners were very helpful and had fast communication. Arrival and departure instructions clear and easy. Definitely will be back for our yearly ski trip

We had a family of five and it was perfect for our snowboarding trip. We cooked every meal but 2 and it was very comfortable and clean. Kristina was available for any question we had.

Unit was just like pictured. Short walk to hot tub & pool. Easy access, did not have to walk too far from parking lot to unit. Just a minute from fort Lewis college.

Rachel’s place was absolutely perfect for our family’s ski weekend!Easy check-in, well-stocked kitchen, very clean, super comfy king bed! Couch converts nicely into another double bed. You can’t beat the location without paying 3 times as much to stay at Purgatory. Highly recommend and hope to return.

This is a wonderful location. Crazy close to Purgatory and not terribly far from silverton. My only gripe was the people who actually work at Cascade Village are not helpful at all. the roads to cascade village where plowed with a little ice which was no issue for our front wheel drive rental, at the resort plowing was not a priority as there were stuck vehicles everywhere of all sorts. (cars with chains,four-wheel drive and of course us in our rental.) This is not Leslie's fault, but more a PSA. As you will be on your own with no help from the resort other than them saying here is some numbers for a snow plow company. Again this is not criticism on Leslie, it is a warning for future winter time visitors. at the very least buy chains for your rental before you head up as a safety measure for the resort. Or you can call David at rivertrippers in town and rent a bada$$ jeep gladiator and look like a local. He was a lifesaver.

Wonderful place to stay close to Purgatory. Quite literally a 2 minute walk to the base of the resort, and I'm sure with more snow it would even be ski in/ski out! Had some concern about parking a second vehicle but was quickly handed a parking pass for the main purg lot when I went to pick up the parking pass for the condo, couldn't have been easier!

Great place and stay would definitely go back again in the future.

This home was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a ski weekend at Purgatory. The spot is a quick walk to the lifts and includes access to the on mountain pool. We had a lovely visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Purgatory Resort.
