the apartment was really nice and well equipped, everything you need was there (never seen before in other apartment), directly on the pool and relaxarea, the communication was quick and super friendly and thans so much for the late checkout because my husband didn't feel well. nothing to walk, you (we) need a car cause it's steep up on the mountain with an amazing view I recommend both the host and the accommodation

Host was excellent from the beginning to the end. Was always in constant communication…. Gave us a list of eateries in the area. Apartment was spacious, clean, beautiful scenery from the balcony… views of cruise port …. Unfortunately we were only there one night, but if we were to come back I’d definitely stay here! Thank you so much!!!!

This was a second visit to Bruno’s great little beach house. It’s a perfect location to use as a base for exploring the main island. Love sitting on his cool patio, where the waves break right in front of you. Highly recommended.

Maire and her family were the perfect hosts. Their house is probably the best Air BnB our family has ever visited, and we’ve used Air BnB all over the world. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all of the amenities. Maire and her family had made us yogurt, cookies, and banana bread. Our favorite part was relaxing on the patio. Don’t hesitate to book a stay at Marie’s place!

Philippe’s place is absolutely stunning. It is very nice, roomy, well equipped and we loved having kayaks and standup paddle to use at will! The place is literally on the water (not much of sandy beach but there’s sand just 200 yards down at the public beach). The corals by the house are amazing, it’s like staying near a real life aquarium! They also provided snorkeling stuff. There are markets, eateries and fruit stands at or less than 10 min drive. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay, and highly highly recommend the place!

Fantastic grounds and garden. A superb swimming pool. The apartment is perfect, right next to the pool, away from the road and quiet. Great for snorkeling. What more could you want? Simply wonderful.

Memorable stay on the mountain! The view is as wonderful as all the other visitors say. The other outstanding part of our stay was the responsiveness and kindness of our hosts. I wanted to experience snorkeling to celebrate my 70th birthday so my husband and I took the boat tour with Karine’s son Hugo. Their kindness and patience was so appreciated and I now want to do more snorkeling! We also enjoyed two lovely meals prepared by Karine. If you’re looking for the perfect place to ‘get away from it all’ this is it.

Our stay at this Airbnb was exactly what we hoped for. The Paea location was perfect—close enough to explore beyond Papeete while offering a peaceful retreat. The beach was safe and easily accessible, making it ideal for swimming. Evenings on the deck, watching the sunset over Moorea, were unforgettable. The host’s pets were a wonderful bonus, especially for our children, who loved having them around. A comfortable, well-situated stay that made our trip even more enjoyable!
