Our multigenerational family of six enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Oceanside home, and we will definitely stay here again. If you value privacy, safety, and comfort, you will love Dan’s place for you and your family. We are a no pet, no smoking, no alcohol drinking, no shoes indoors, environmentally conscious family and Dan’s clean, comfortable, safe, and relaxing home was the perfect find. If you enjoy cooking like we do, the kitchen is well equipped with excellent quality cookware and appliances. The house does not have central AC but there are ceiling fans, which we used, and portable fans (which we didn’t need to use) as the house gets a nice breeze throughout. If you are sensitive to sound, you can definitely hear some minimal noise from nearby highway and trains, but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. Hot tub operation is remotely controlled and requires contact with Dan to be heated. House manual with information/rules to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay, is respectful of property

Very nice home with plenty of amenities from the amazing pool, putting green, and game room our 4 and 6 yr old had a fun time. The 9pm noise and backyard curfew is a little quirky, as is the use of outdoor cameras by the pool and jacuzzi but it's clearly stated in the listing, so not a surprise and it is well enforced. Would be nice to see the outdoor gas and kitchen fully functional. Otherwise, a perfect stay...highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely perfect for our group—spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a great trip. The thoughtful details made it feel like a home away from home, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. It was the perfect spot for our spring break, and we hope to stay here again in the future. We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

Vero was great, he accommodated us on every aspect from wanting to check in a little earlier to extending our reservation several times due to contractor delays. Any questions we had were answered and resolved in minutes.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house! It was very private, gorgeous setting, and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable! We would love to come back here when it's warmer to use the pool. The pool was heated - a plus! We met the groundskeeper, Roberto. He was very helpful amd even gifted is some mandarins from their grove. A great stay overall!

Great location near beach and restaurants. Kids loved the pool. Wonderful place to come back to after long days at Sea World and Legoland. Would stay again!

This Airbnb was great! Awesome for our family of 6, plenty of space - we didn’t even use one of the bedrooms, it had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the wild peacocks! We highly recommend Jennifer’s place!

Paul was a great host. He was friendly, responsive, and flexible. The place was exactly as advertised. The resort is very secure with friendly staff. It had everything… pool, 2 hot tubs, gym, laundry, games, and golf. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. The place was very clean with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

Nick & Amy's place in Oceanside was wonderful! You can see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I booked the place an hour before check-in but the hosts were super quick to accept, and proactively send me welcome messages with instructions to enter the property. I appreciated the clear instructions for parking as well. The beach is just a few steps away and I felt safe waking at night in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend picking this place if you're in Oceanside! Thanks for a great stay, Nick & Amy!

Had a nice at Oceanside for my Ironman weekend. The apartment is a walking distance from the pier and the harbor, and the beach.

We loved our stay here! The place was well stocked, especially with items for the beach for the kids. We appreciated the clean rooms and clean sheets, as well as quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again next time we are in town.

This was our second time staying at this condo. Very nice setup, so nice to being out dog and so close to the dog beach! Will stay again.

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

La Costa is a beautiful place to stay. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Lovely well equipped apartment.

This was the perfect place, a roomy and well stocked home for our family! It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of both indoor and outdoor games. We appreciated that all bedrooms were connected to a bathroom. The backyard was another wonderful living space, I only wish we would have had time to utilize the pool! The holiday dog with lights in the entry way was adorable and a fun welcome when we walked in. The owner was proactive in contacting me prior to check in and provided the code and any home instructions to me via text. We would definitely stay in this home again if we are in the area.

We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

This is one the most incredible property that I've ever been to. We had a wonderful stay — the view was breathtaking, and every detail showed real care and thought. Communication was excellent, and the space was both comfortable and welcoming. A definite 5/5 — highly recommended!
