We spent a getaway weekend as a group of moms with their kids and it was the perfect spot. Easy enough to child proof, the furniture was very comfortable, and the house was spotless. The outside amenities and forested area were fun and well-maintained. The host was the most proactive, communicative, and helpful that I’ve had. Fantastic stay, and would absolutely stay again!

The only regret we have for this booking is our short stay . We booked for a quick 24 hour girls trip while we hopped around in Warwick for a wine tour ! The house was very cutesy and just so perfect for our group of 5 . The hot tub was a fan fav to put the icing on the cake at the end of the night . Back yard was nicely lit and the house was labeled for easy access and findings as to where’s what . The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and I can’t wait to book again in the near future! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Danny and Travis’ place was perfect! Exceptionally clean. So many thoughtful touches throughout that really made this place feel like home. The way the yard and deck are situated on the lot make for a perfectly private and peaceful experience. Great location, far out enough to feel secluded and close enough to phenomenal food and drink (15-20 min drive) where you’re never really out of the way. Loved our stay. Will be back next year 👌🏼

I had a lovely solo retreat at Chateau René, and was immediately blown away by the welcoming environment that was curated. As I walked in, I was greeted by serene jazz music and a spotless kitchen/living room, with clear evidence that the minute details were well considered. René was also proactive and kind enough to check in multiple times throughout my stay without being intrusive, and was always there if I had a question (I had few because things were set up so well). Lastly, the view was breathtaking and you are surrounded by nature, which makes for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended.

Perfect Lakehouse Getaway for Our Anniversary Weekend! Our anniversary weekend at this lakehouse was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings and stunning lake views. The house itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We brought our dog, Faith, along, and she absolutely loved exploring the outdoor space. It was great to have a pet-friendly rental that didn’t compromise on cleanliness or amenities. The hosts were thoughtful, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had. Spending the weekend with my wife and friends made the experience even more special. Whether we were relaxing by the water, cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, or just enjoying the cozy ambiance, it was the perfect place to create lasting memories. If you’re looking for a serene, I highly this house. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay! Wylda was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. My boyfriend and I spent the weekend here for his birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Breathtaking Views, Cozy Cabin - A Perfect Getaway. From the moment we arrived at lazy river , we were blown away. The views were absolutely incredible! Waking up to the Delaware river and the winter views, the sunrise over the mountains, was truly magical. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a comfortable bed. We especially loved the deck views of the river, with driving distance to beautiful views like high point and surrounding hills only minutes away, the fire pit outside and the fire place inside, can't forget the good collection of record players. David was a fantastic host. They were very responsive, helpful with local tips, and ensured we had everything we needed. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery.

We really enjoyed our time at Mike & Meryl’s place! The cottage was exactly as described and seemed from photos, our dogs enjoyed roaming their large yard as well. It had everything we needed. Mike and Meryl were great hosts and very kind to us. Thanks again!

Nice little getaway during the cold season. The hot tub was excellent and about 100 degrees so perfect even with the cold temperature. It was still possible to put together a meal with the propane grill and warm things up in the microwave or store them away in the fridge. The heat was excellent in the space. Seems like it would be a great place to stay in the summer as well!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Even with snow and ice on the ground it was perfect for my family and our dog. Our dog was the main reason we chose this place- the fenced in backyard and close proximity to the Rail Trail (3 houses down!!!) CANNOT be beat. Wonderful and quiet neighborhood but so close by to everything- especially the Minnewaska State Park. The house was perfect- so cozy and modern throughout with the kitchen surprising us with the abundance of cookware and appliances provided! Cannot wait to come again when it is a little warmer and get to enjoy the beautiful porch and backyard. We absolutely will be back!!

Great place to stay in Livingston manor and super close to Roscoe. Loved how cozy the cabin was, and definitely will be staying here again.

We had a perfect long weekend at Steven's cottage. It is bigger than it looks in the photos and was immaculately clean when we arrived. Steven was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. The place is incredibly peaceful, a 2 min walk from the lake, on a private road where Steven owns all three houses. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating to spend time at this oasis with my partner and our best friends. There's a lot to love, but the best part is that the house comes with a private deck and dock, and unlimited access to various boats, to make your lake weekend whatever you want it to be. We loved that we could take our dogs to play fetch off the dock and not worry about getting in anyone's way or having to share any space. It was a great stay and we hope to go back!

Monica’s cottage was very peaceful and relaxing. Upon arriving getting in was very easy and linear. 2-3 dead stink bugs were found but I understand if the place hasn’t been touched in a while. A few dust bunnies here and there but no more than you’d find in your own home. The cottage was accurately described and pictured. Definitely met its standards, all of the decor and even the layout was beautiful and extremely cozy/comforting. This was the perfect get away me and my partner needed. Hope you enjoy as much as we did

We loved the view out to the lake, which was different every day and throughout the day. The open layout of the house is great to enjoy the views, and if the weather is nice, there are great sitting areas outside as well. The house is well-stocked and cozy. The hosts are friendly and always responsive. There are also great parks to visit nearby. We had a great winter weekend and would love to stay again.

The house was even better in person. A lovely home with some beautiful wood work that made it feel cozy for a great weekend stay. The host, Brian, is very personable, helpful, and responsive. It was a great experience and we'd definitely do it again!

The cottage is exceptional in every way. It’s stylish, cozy, efficient, and well thought out. The hosts that rent it are the icing on the cake though! We took advantage of all the opportunities for fun; canoe, fire pit, long walks, coffee on the patio, incredible nature watching, yoga, and meditation! You’ll want to move in as soon as you see it. The views from the main window are top notch! T and Karen really made the experience memorable and were more than accommodating, friendly, and all around good humans. Thank you!!!!
