L'appartamento si trova in un bel complesso residenziale situato nei pressi del quartiere Isola, non distante dalle fermate Zara M3/M5, Sondrio M3, Gioia M2, dal Palazzo della Regione e dalla Stazione Centrale. E' ben arredato e ci si sente subito a casa. Pulizia ottima, letto comodo, Wi-Fi veloce. Gli host Salvatore e Alberto sono stati molto reattivi e gentili nel risolvere qualche piccola difficoltà iniziale e nel venirci incontro per un late check-out. Segnalo che l'apertura delle porte è elettronica, quindi è necessaria una minima dimestichezza con gli smartphone. Nel complesso, un soggiorno soddisfacente!

The most perfect stay in Menaggio! Large apartment was perfect for our Lake Como pit stop on our honeymoon. It had everything we needed and it was in the most convenient spot. Jenny and Lorenzo were so wonderful and kind. Highly recommend booking their car service as well!

When I say this is the most incredible Airbnb experience I’ve ever had it is not an exaggeration. The accommodation, the view, and most importantly the kindness and hospitality of Lucia, Roberto, and Andrea were out of this world. We truly felt at home during our stay in this apartment and felt empowered to discover and enjoy the surrounding area in a truly relaxing, rejuvenating , and awe inspiring experience. This vacation was readily enhanced by the comfort and amenities which were present in the house and the kind spirit of our host. We would recommend this accommodation 10 times over and would love to be back to relive such a special getaway. We don’t have words to describe our stay here. This was everything we needed and more. The apartment was pristine with everything you need. The host was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. She left us a welcome gift which we enjoyed! She even called us taxis when we were less confident talking on the phone. The instructions to find the apartment, check in and out were so clear in some videos. Everything was so easy and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The views of the lake are out of this world and we spent one of our days just sitting on the terrace! We had some problems with flights and asked if we could arrive early. We were lucky as there was availability but again nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be coming back and staying here again. It was simply fabulous. Thank you - what a host!! ♥️

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located just north of the main city center, about a 10 minute walk away. Federico was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions as well.

Gostámos muito da casa e da sua envolvente. Perfeita para quem quer descobrir a zona do Lago di Como. Muito próxima de Varenna e com uma vista incrível para as montanhas. Um lugar a voltar!

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

This place was very beautiful. The place is much better than you would imagine from the pictures. You have the view of lake como from living room as well as both bedrooms. A perfect place for 4 persons. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The welcome Wine was quite thoughtful. The rear garden is quite beautiful. Loved the place. Lieu idyllique qui domine le lac de Côme. Maison super confort et parfaitement équipée. Calme, tranquillité, bain de soleil en toute intimité, terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Une maison aménagée avec amour et bcp de goût. Maria est une personne disponible, sympathique et son empathie avec ses locataires en fait une parfaite hôtesse. Georgia’s place is a very nice place. The studio has a very beautiful panorama and it was very clean. Georgia is very nice and responsive. She also gave us some recommendations regarding places to eat and they were great. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy place that has very beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

Notre séjour dans le logement d’Enzo et Maddie a été parfait! L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans les différents endroits à visiter du lac de Côme. La proximité de Bellagio est un gros plus. L’appartement est cosy et très propre avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Enzo et Maddie sont des hôtes très réactifs et la communication a été très rapide et facile à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Nous recommandons!

A villa é extraordinária e a vista sobre o lago Como é imperdível é fantástica. Os pôr de sol visto da villa são mágicos. A Villa corresponde à 100% as fotografias apresentadas. As acomodações impecáveis e muito bem guarnecidas. Recomendo a villa Giovannina à 200% ☺️❤️

The space was small but very comfortable and functional. It is across the street from the Central Station which makes it ideal if you plan on taking metro to explore the city attractions or trains to explore nearby cities. It is a bit of a walk to local attractions. The area around the building is busy, loud and a little chaotic with tourist, locals and street vendors as it is so close to the central station but the apartment itself is actually pretty quiet.

In dieser Wohnung haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Sie ist wunderbar und hochwertig dekoriert. Alle Möbel und Lampen sind speziell und von sehr guter Qualität. Das Badezimmer ist hell, freundlich und hat eine grosszügige Dusche. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Sie hat eine Glastüre auf den gleichen Balkon, auf den man von der Glasfront vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt. Von diesem aus sieht man auf den Park und in Richtung See. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und sehr einladend. Alle Storen können elektronisch einzeln oder gemeinsam gesteuert werden, es kann zu jeder Tageszeit nachdunkel gemacht werden. Zur Wohnung gehört ein grosszüger Garagenplatz. Cecile ist eine wunderbare, unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns vor der Wohnung empfangen, Alles erklärt, gezeigt, die Schlüssel übergeben und war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet grossen Komfort und Privatsphäre. Wir kommen sicher wieder einmal und empfehlen die Wohnung von Cecile sehr.
