Charming home with amazing pool and a great location Massimo was so helpful and always quick to respond offering restaurant reccos as well The ac was great and the bedrooms stay completely dark if you close the shutters which was nice to sleep a little later despite the morning light There were paper towels, salt oil even some coffee and filters, many basics provided We did not hear cars or highway sounds, just owls, roosters and quiet, it truly is a special place

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage war wunderschön. Die Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig, die Betten waren ausgezeichnet. Da wir leider sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, haben wir/ unsere Kinder sich sehr über den Whirpool gefreut. Gerade für Gäste mit Hund sehr geeignet. Der Kontakt mit Daniela war super und auch ihr Vater sehr hilfreich und sehr sympathisch. Danke für alles

We had a fabulous stay in this villa over Christmas. The beds/bedding was comfy and the home was lovely and warm. There was a cot for our toddler and the place was relatively child friendly. Kitchen was very usable. Floriana’s wine was available to purchase (which we did) and she also left us one as a treat. We booked the cook to come make dinner one night and it was fantastic. The property is idyllic and it was nice to walk around and enjoy the views. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice apartment that we used for a short Tuscany trip. With car you can easily reach Pisa, Firenze, Arezzo, Siena and more. Good restaurants can be reached in 15mins and supermarket in 10mins. Happy to be there.

L’alloggio “il Cottage“ è un delizioso appartamentino di due camere che si trova proprio accanto alla fortezza (che lo rende ancora più suggestivo). Francesca e Aliek ci hanno accolti con gentilezza e professionalità, facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. Tutta la loro famiglia è stata molto carina e disponibile, inclusi cani, gatti e asinelli che sono stati per noi una compagnia inaspettata e molto gradevole. La fortezza si trova in un’area molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicino alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche dell’Umbria facilmente raggiungibili in auto, al massimo in un paio d’ore. Assolutamente consigliato sia per coppie che per famiglie, o semplicemente per persone che amano la tranquillità e la bellezza .

The house is absolutely beautiful and feels really well-designed, modern but also nostalgic at the same time. But what makes it special is the beautiful view from the terrace. The big garden (with fence!) makes it very well-suited for people with dogs. The surrounding area is very beautiful and Luciano sent us a lot of recommendations for the house itself, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Thank you very much! We really enjoyed our stay 😊

It was a beautiful and complete house in a good location with nice views. The house is clean and richly equipped. Close to Fabriano, so all amenities nearby. Paolo is a very friendly and helpful host who is always ready to answer your questions. For the pizza oven and bbq, all necessities were present, so we used this several times. A lovely pool and beautiful garden, we enjoyed our stay.

Truly an amazing spot for a family vacation. An easy drive from FCO, the area is totally stunning. Gabriele was the most fantastic host, treating us like old friends. His recommendations, assistance in making reservations, and just general approach made this an enjoyable and hassle free experience. He even chopped wood for us for the evening. The house is secluded, with great nature walks starting from the property. Everything in the house was in fantastic shape, with everything we needed to enjoy it stay. A great small kitchen for cooking meals, nice bathrooms, comfy bedrooms and living room. It was exactly what we were looking for in our family getaway. I strongly recommend Gabrielle’s house for a fabulous Italian family trip.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Marios schönem Haus. Es ist gut und mit hochwertigen Dingen eingerichtet und gut unterhalten. Wir sind den Tipps von Mario gefolgt und haben viele schöne Orte entdeckt (u.a. Trattoria Rosa bei Elio). Der Film hilft bei der Ankunft, sich gut zurecht zu finden. Die Hauskatze ist hungrig und eigenwillig, hört aber auf klare Anweisungen.

We have stayed in dozens of AirBnBs throughout most of Europe. Francesca was by far the nicest, most welcoming host we have had. The house was amazing and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. It was only a short drive to Assisi (one of the most charming European towns we have visited). I can easily recommend this house to anyone who is staying in the area. No other AirBnB rental will live up to the standard set by Leonardo and Francesca.

We enjoyed a lovely week at Daniela’s country house. We were a family group of 3 couples and there was lots of space to spread out with many comfortable sitting areas. It was hot so the pool was used a lot. The town is walkable and we enjoyed going out for drinks and a meal a few times but equally enjoyed cooking at the house and eating on the terrace. A car is recommended as buses are tricky and the train station 22 mins drive away. There are lots of interesting places to visit in the area as well. Thank you Daniela for hosting us!

Our 4 day stay at Luca's house were what we were looking for, a very nice house, having all amenities, stove, fireplace, air condition, internet. He prepared some cakes, wine and other breakfast things in advance. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, and he was responsive to our requests. The house was spotless clean. It also included a small wine cellar, having wine categorised by region. The area is very peaceful in hilly Silvignano, surrounded by nature. I recommend the place and the Host. Thank you very much Luca and Forza Juve (non Empoli!! :) )

Quiet, tranquil place, clean apartment with everything working as intended. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Easy trip to town even with public transport, < 10 min walk for a train. The host was very accommodating both regarding arrival and departure. Very nice and helpful.

A very nice place, beautiful view. About 15 minutes away from Fabriano, convenient to things to see and do. Francesca was very helpful and attentive.

Maya is a responsive and gracious host. The house is beautiful and as seen in the photos (maybe better than the photos). The backdrop of the beautiful hills populated with olive trees and the occasional house are further enhanced with view of the communes nestle on the top of the hills. Maya suggested places to shop and eat. We enjoyed a trip into Salisano and its lovely deli and also our meal at Osteria del Corso. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life we would recommend a stay at Maya's house watching beautiful butterflies fluttering around the lavender, swallows dancing in the sky whilst floating in the wonderful pool! A car is a must and we would not recommend for those with mobility issues.

Chalet splendido, riservato, accogliente, curato in ogni dettaglio, pulizia eccellente, e accoglienza super. Il camino acceso, i travi a vista, gli alberi il giardino, danno la sensazione di vivere fuori dal tempo. Un'esperienza piacevole e molto rilassante ha reso meraviglioso il nostro weekend. A wonderful and relaxing week - the beautiful, mature and pristine gardens combined with a swimming pool and great views is what makes this place very special. Lots of different spaces to eat, drink and relax. 2 bars, a pizzeria, a mini market / deli and a good standard restaurant within 5 minutes and friendly locals. Cortona and Lake Trasimeno resorts in easy reach with driving very easy and quiet. Lots of places to see and explore within 30 minutes. The house itself has everything you need, good kitchen, UK TV channels, good wifi and Tuscan charm, downstairs bedrooms a good idea to keep temperatures down for sleeping. Ideal for a single family with children or two couples sharing.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr abgelegen (1km privater schotterweg zum Haus) und ruhig und komplett von der Natur umgeben. Der Pool ist riesig und sehr gut mit Dusche und Klo direkt am Pool ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat noch ein eigenes großes Badezimmer und es gibt sogar 2 Küchen. Die Terrasse und generell der ganze Außenbereich ist sehr schön und mit genug Bäumen hat man auch schönen natürlichen Schatten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, die Kommunikation mit Milagros war auch sehr einfach und schnell. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Gustavo hat uns mit Informationen zu Veranstaltungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten tolle Hinweise zur Gestaltung unseres Urlaubes gegeben. Wir haben unsere beiden Gastgeber als sehr hilfsbereite und unterstützend erlebt. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles so wie im Angebot beschrieben. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Das Podere liegt zauberhaft in die Hügellandschaft eingebettet, unsere Unterkunft war nur 10 Schritte vom sehr sauberen, täglich gereinigten Pool entfernt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden durch unsere Gastgeber mehrfach gewechselt. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr stilvoll und authentisch gestaltet. Die ruhige Alleinlage ist uns sehr in unserem Bedürfnis nach Erholung entgegen gekommen. Die Stadt Tolentino mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Region der Marken ist ein äußerst interessantes Urlaubsgebiet, das inbesondere durch seine reizvolle und abwechlungsreiche Landschaft, seine sehr freundlichen Bewohner und mit viel Kultur und Freizeitaktivitäten beeindrucken kann. Die traditionelle Küche der Marken konnten wir auf den vielen Festen in den umliegenden Dörfern und Städten genießen. Unser Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, da in 14 Tagen diese großartige Region nicht entdeckt werden konnte.
