Rosa est une personne très aimable, soucieuse de votre bien-être et toujours prête à rendre services. Il est vrai que le jardin est très agréable pour ceux qui viennent accompagné de leur animal de compagnie. La rue est néanmoins quelque peu bruyante et fréquentée par des chauffards ! Dans l'ensemble, séjour exceptionnel rapport Qualité/Prix. Nous y reviendrons, MERCI à Rosa !

Somos una familia de 5 personas que viajamos a Oporto por primera vez. El apartamento es precioso y está súper limpio y bien ubicado, tal cual las fotos. La zona es súper tranquila, lo que hace que tengas mucha intimidad y cero ruido. Para llegar a Oporto, apenas tardas 10 minutos en coche para estar en el centro de la Ciudad. Además los taxis, son baratos y también hay un bus. Agradecemos a Mike toda su atención, fue impecable desde el minuto uno, además nos recomendó restaurantes y puntos de interés por la zona. Volveríamos a repetir sin ninguna duda.

Appartamento molto curato dotato di tutti i confort. 3 ampie camere, 2 delle quali con bagno in suite, ampio soggiorno con balcone riparato e meravigliosa vista sul fiume. Garage al piano terra facilmente accessibile dall’appartamento.

Muy agradable la casa , nos sentimos muy cómodos y la comunicación con el dueño fue genial , siempre estaba pendiente de nosotros , y además de todo el barrio era muy tranquilo y fácil para aparcar , muy recomendado 🙌🏻

El piso fue espectacular, el anfitrión muy agradable, nos cruzamos con el cuando fuimos de turismo por Oporto y fue muy simpático. La zona es bastante tranquila y no hay muchas cosas cerca pero el piso merece la pena. Las vistas espectaculares. Sin duda volvería

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. We are 3 couples and it was helpful to have 3 bedrooms with 3 separate bathrooms. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in was a little tricky because the address is a little ambiguous. We arrived in 2 separate taxis and although we both provided the same address, we were brought to 2 different locations. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful with dinner and transportation recommendations. We were out of dishwashing pods and he delivered some to us within half an hour. There were minor things that needed repairs but they didn’t affect our stay. Another bonus is that there is a beautiful running route about half a km away and you can run all the way along the river up to Matosinhos.

Agradável surpresa, desde a varanda com uma vista desafogada sobre o rio Douro, como as restantes divisões da casa muito confortáveis e acolhedoras. Tudo muito bem limpo e arrumado. Têm também uma garagem espaçosa que facilita o estacionamento. Dado o calor dos dias da reserva, só faltou mesmo o ar condicionado, para tornar a experiência perfeita. No entanto, para dias mais frios, há opções de aquecimento.

The flat is very comfortable. It has everything you may need. The communication was very useful. The parking is convenient, as you will need a car to move around. Amazing views of the River Duero.

Margarida foi muito gentil, bem como a senhora que nos atendeu no chek in. O local estava equipado e extremamente limpo. O metro fica a 2min do apartamento e há um pequeno centro comercial próximo. O melhor é o mercado que fica cerca de 200m de distancia. É fácil ir a parte turistica de Porto utilizando o metro (15 min). Recomendo seguramente!

Die Wohnung war TOP Ausgestattet und alles war da was benötigt wird. leider war die Halterung von Fernseher abgerissen von den Vorgänger, dafür kann aber kein Gastgeber was. Hausbewohner sehr nett und hilfsbereit. übrigens ja, man muss auf der Straße bezahlen aber die Beträge sind doch übersichtlich und wir haben immer ein Platz gefunden. alles in allem TOP und die Metro ist gleich um die Ecke!

AMAZING!! the place was spotless and had most of the things we needed, (we just wished for more toilet roll and bin bags and maybe some coffee pods) the house has amazingly big windows that let in a lot of light but are tinted in a way that you can't see in from the outside- the kitchen had everything, but could do with a tray for the oven, and a washing machine but no dryer- maybe some washing machine pods would be nice as we only stayed a short time so we didn't want to buy a lot of washing powder...the shower is super spacious , hot and the water pressure is AMAZING!! the bed large and comfortable and dark but a little on the cooler side- the space is beautifully decorated and super cozy! my boyfriend and I talked alot and imagined living there it was so perfect for us! it's an amazing location with a couple of shops nearby and a park outside for children! the hosts were always there if we had any problems and the neighbors were lovely! it's a short drive to the city centre 10/10

My family had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed exploring Gaia and loved the view of Porto! Isa and Hugo were very quick to respond to our questions and helped with any problems we had. They were easy to communicate with and very kind. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We will remember our stay fondly!

This was the perfect spot for us in Porto! The building is very secure - and quiet! Jessica made it very easy to check in - get in the building and apartment. The apartment was a great amount of space for the 2 of us - especially having 2 bathrooms :). The balconies were wonderful to enjoy in the morning and evening - there's one on each side of the apartment. The neighborhood is mostly quiet - minus some local birds. I also utilized the laundry machines which was very straightforward. Overall, it was a great stay and we would rebook! Thanks!

This location is not only unique for this area - easy access to everything, Port Cellars, Resto’s, bridge, river sightseeing but provides one of the most stunning and picturesque views of Porto - right from the front room with floor to ceiling windows. It’s a spectacular view, especially in the evening yet provides a peaceful and restful location to recoup after a day out. Great zone for day or evening walks right along the Douro with a dedicated river walkway. You won’t be disappointed!!

We had a great stay in Porto. Very nice flat with beautiful views. Large rooms and two bathrooms. Unfortunately we weren't lucky with the weather so spent our days in the centre, easy and cheap access by taxi. Food shop is 15 minutes walk from the flat, there is large selection of everything including fresh fish. I definitely recommend this flat and hope to be back.

We had a fabulous stay at Judite's place. The room was gorgeous and we loved the jacuzzi and outdoor space. Everything was spotless and plenty of towels. Fantastic communication and great recommendations and information about Porto. Responsive host and nothing was ever a trouble. We loved staying here and would highly recommend!

Walking distance to everything we needed and closer than we thought we would be. Very clean, private and staff were welcoming. We frequently used the games room and the pool. Also there’s an elevator for brining luggage upstairs which is great. Overall, great place and would stay again.

We did an extended stay at Joaquim's Luxury apartment -- and we extended that stay from 9 to 12 months, and again for 4 more. It is very spacious w/ plenty of closets. The hot water is on demand, so there's always plenty for showers. Beds are comfortable and nighttime is restful. There is a lovely and extensive park out front and the apartment is conveniently located to supermarkets, a major shopping mall, the metro and a soccer stadium if you're game. Downtown is just a few stops away and the train station one stop away. Joaquim is always responsive and friendly.
