We loved staying at this AirBnb! The beds were comfortable and big. The space was wonderful for 4 people. The kitchen was very well-stocked (good can opener, hand mixer, slow cooker, pots, pans, measuring cups, and all sorts of cooking utensils). The resort had pretty areas to walk. We walked our dog, but we also walked ourselves by the marina, to a little kayak dock, and even to the small beach. Our favorite part was the view from the decks. We were able to see manatees every day--which was such a treat for us. The fishing pier was damaged during a recent hurricane, but we ended up having a nice day fishing and exploring at E.G. Simmons Regional Park. Julie was a thoughtful host who communicated well. We hope we can return to this one!

The host was very accommodating. The space was perfect for my family and being pet friendly is definitely a plus. more than enough room to accommodate everybody’s needs. If I come to this area again, I would definitely stay here.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is so cozy and clean as described. Would have loved to use the bikes but didn’t have access to garage. Would stay again if in area.

The home is spacious, very clean and wonderfully appointed and comfortable. The complimentary food items and refreshments made us feel very welcomed upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were clean and a nicely sized. The kitchen included everything one would need to make meals and bedrooms and porches were very clean and comfortable. The surrounding yard and pond was well maintained and provided privacy to the house and pool. We could not have been happier with

My colleague and I had a last minute hotel issue when we arrived for a conference. Trey & Erin replied immediately to my request for a reservation and were able to accommodate us. Their place was lovely and in a perfect location for our conference work and entertainment. We loved our stay and plan to stay again when we come back for the conference next year!

Wonderful Stay in Tampa! I recently had the pleasure of staying in Ryan’s fantastic 4-level home in Tampa, and I can't say enough good things about it! The neighborhood was vibrant and welcoming, with plenty of nearby parks and local shops to explore. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a clean and spacious home that exceeded our expectations. Each level offered ample room for relaxation and socializing, making it perfect for our group. The decor was modern and inviting, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tampa. I can't wait to return!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at this location. The house was very spacious and the pool/spa kept our kids entertained. Fishing off the pier, watching dolphins and manatees, plus watching the cruise ships leave Tampa was exciting. Patty did a wonderful job explaining all the details (via phone) before we checked in. Our Family plans to go back!

Awesome place to stay! Super fun outdoor space with plenty of seating, and as you can see in the listing, an outdoor bar/TV, hot tub, and pool. Diane and her co-hosts were very helpful, especially when we couldn’t get the hot tub working. Only thing to be aware of is that the roosters can get crowing very early in the morning. Excellent stay and would absolutely come back.

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

Ashley was a fantastic host and the house was as described. The neighborhood was a little rough around the edges, but for the price we paid it worked out. It was only 12 minutes from downtown, which was nice. The house had plenty of space. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed for 6 nights while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Lovely historic home! Was spacious and clean, with nice little extras in the kitchen. Perfect location.

The space was perfect for a solo trip and the location can’t be beat. Loved being able to walk to Hyde Park Village to shop and dine and to Bayshore for morning walks. Hosts were very responsive and checked in to see if I needed anything.

Very clean and inviting home! Great spot for things to do, Manatee Park was a great recommendation. The pond behind the home was pretty and fun to watch the wildlife. We were also pretty impressed with the fridge, a rare old beauty!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The home offered comfortable beds, plenty of seating, and a well-equipped kitchen with a private patio. Check-in and check-out were effortless, and the house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful, and it’s conveniently located near stores, the highway, and local attractions. We did noticed some minor maintenance issues, but it didn’t impact our stay. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

This Tampa, Florida house was so beautiful so peaceful shopping places was very close by the beautiful backyard the swimming pool very peaceful area me and my family really really enjoyed it. We were there for a Cheer competition and it went wonderful I would go back again. I am looking forward to come back and visit and visit their house again. Me and my family loved everything about it beautiful clean neat everything that you’re looking for if you’re trying to go to Tampa Florida for a vacation the hostess was very responsive and very pleasant. I enjoyed my whole day.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our host was very welcoming and we had no issues. The unit itself was clean and provided all the necessary essentials including a kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. The queen bed was comfortable, but the bedroom itself was rather small. Plenty of closet space with extra hangers. The actual complex was nice, although definitely showed its age and could use some updating. The on site restaurant was good and offered many food and beverage options. The pool area was small and had lots of kids running around, but there is also a small (non swim-able) beach with smoke lounge chairs and thatched tables which was perfect. Overall, this is a place we would stay again.

Melik was a wonderful host. Our stay was a spur of the moment one and he was able to accommodate us promptly. He went above and beyond. The place was very clean and comfortable. The pool is an added bonus!!! I'll not only be recommending this place to my friends and family; I will absolutely be coming back to stay. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Christina was very helpful as we were in town for a cruise and they kick you off the ship at 8 am and Christina accommodated us in every way. Loved the place and the balcony. At night they start a fire and light the tiki lights and you can sit out there and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the rocks will your toes in sand. If I’m ever in Tampa I would stay again.

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Ryan was so very attentive and helpful ! He was able to accommodate a last-minute weekday stay when our original trip planned to Washington DC was rerouted to Tampa Florida! Was just my young daughter and I and I have to say Ryan’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect, every amenity you could need it was very clean. The bed in the pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced at an Airbnb. My daughter very much enjoyed his very friendly cat that hangs out by the pool the Riverside view and seating to relax on the deck by the river is just stunning. Although we spent a majority of our time in Clearwater, the location was easily accessible to all highways and everywhere we were looking to visit. Ryan even saved me on a rental car recommendation. We very much enjoyed our stay, we even extended to an additional day ! We will be back, Ryan! Thank you so much for making my daughter and I feel so comfortable on a last-minute change of vacation plans!

Another great stay!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Being in Lisa’s home was like staying with friends who left you their house with everything you could possibly need (including yoga mats and hand weights so I could keep up with my normal routine!) Lisa was a very responsive host and proactively offered recommendations. The neighborhood is so peaceful and both pet and family friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. If you are looking for a place to stay in the North Tampa area just stay here! You will not regret it!
