We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was well located - easy walk to the slopes. It’s freshly renovated so everything was in perfect condition. We loved the projector in the bedroom for a cosy evening after a day of skiing. The beds were comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were spotless. Checkin is so simple with the code, and no keys to forget. Great!

Soggiorno perfetto! Zaira è un'host eccezionale, attenta e premurosa. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto con dei dolcetti di benvenuto, un gesto davvero apprezzato. La casa era impeccabilmente pulita e fornita di ogni accessorio necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Consigliamo assolutamente questa esperienza e speriamo di tornarci presto!

Joli appartement sous les propriétaires. Belles pièces à vivre. Possibilité de se chauffer au feu de bois (pour le plaisir). Gare et arrêt de bus à côté de la maison. En hiver, navette directe pour les pistes depuis la maison, patinoire, chemins de randonnées, petits commerces et boulangerie. Famille disponible, agréable et bienveillante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

We had an amazing stay. The location cannot be beat- right at the intersection of the trains, busses, and lift. The place was very nice and clean. The best apartment you could get for a trip to Zermatt.

The apartment was very nice and clean (we had everything we needed), with a beautiful view on the Matterhorn. The neighborhood is super quiet and close to the cable cars to Furi-Trockener Steg etc. Elmedina was very nice and reactive, she always answered quickly to any requests we had. I will definitely keep this address for another trip as I found it is an amazing good "price-quality" ratio for a stay in Zermatt!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The Local Flat is clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished.

La casa è molto comoda e bella. La pulizia perfetta. La cucina completa con tutti gli accessori e i primi generi di necessità. In estate deve essere ancora più bella. Sabrina e suo marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili.

Nice cozy chalet, very functional. The host present and available through messaging. All indications well prepared and simple. Kitchen tools and appliances basic but everything you need is there to cook and eat at the chalet. The beds were all super comfortable, towels and linnen well prepared. We stayed 4 and the space was sufficient, down stairs was a bit messy with all the things you need for skiing, upstairs we always kept as a tidy common area. Located in a nice calm neighborhood with a beautiful view of the alps from the balcony. A small walk up the hill reminds you that you're on an active holiday. We didn't mind that, so our car stayed on the dedicated parking spot almost the whole week. Closest supermarket 5-10 mins walk and the center like 10 mins. Very convenient. We would go there again.

Alessandro was an incredibly responsive host. He made us feel very welcome and was very clear in his communications. The Chalet was perfect for our group ski trip - perfect ski-in/ski-out location. Plenty of local restaurant options within 5 minutes of the Chalet, and fairly easy access to get into town, whether with the gondola, electric taxi, or sledging down (highly recommended). We would absolutely stay here again and can easily recommend the Chalet to anyone with a larger group, whether coming to ski in the winter or enjoy some hiking and scenery and local foods in the summer.

Casetta di montagna perfetta per passare giornate sulla neve. Zona molto tranquilla. Raggiungere Pila in auto sono 10/15 minuti. Casa dotata di tutti i comfort, periodo invernale molto calda. Host molto reattivo e orario check in flessibile. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

The place is exactly as described and depicted. It has everything. We (10 adults plus few kids) had a perfect ski week! The funiculaire is a cheat! Provided that you can ski a red slope, otherwise (for the kid's lessons for instance we had to walk or take the bus to the main télécabine a few hundred meters further down). The jacuzzi was a beautiful addition after a tiring day in the snow. Only things to note, the salon could have been bigger but most importantly, the small road that led to the few neighbouring chalets (including this one) could have been salted to avoid the ice! Other than that, the village is very small and friendly, has nice slopes to play and one can access Verbier very easily for more... Overall, we do recommend it and we would definitely go back.

Het verblijf is sfeervol ingericht in de riante ruimtes en staat in een rustige omgeving. De verhuurder is ontzettend gastvrij en ook de omgeving met de paarden is prachtig. De hoeveelheid materiaal aan keukengerei is ook riant, waardoor je zeker niet tekort komt. 3 mogelijkheden om koffie te zetten met Dolce Gusto, filterkoffie en een percolator. Wij hebben met 3 ouderen, 2 volwassenen en 3 pubers genoten van een heerlijk verblijf. De Conad supermarkt is op 5 minuten rijden en heeft een ruim voldoende assortiment. Er zijn leuke dorpjes om te bezoeken, maar ook Milaan of Turijn is nog prima aan te rijden. Kortom, in alle opzichten een absolute aanrader.

Villa bellissima, facilmente raggiungibile, tanti supermercati intorno. La comunicazione con Nicolò è sempre stata veloce e chiara. Ottime vacanze

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille, dans cette belle maison, bien chauffée en cette période de Noël et confortable.

L’appartement de Marianne est un vrai petit bijou. Très bien aménagé avec une cuisine toute équipée et un super lit très confortable. Parfait pour un séjour à deux. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier très calme tout en étant proche des commerces. L’accès aux pistes de ski se fait en 1 minute chrono par un petit chemin à travers les chalets. Un vrai plus ! Nous n’avons pas testé le spa mais la disponibilité est suffisamment grande pour y trouver un moment qui nous convient. De plus, la communication avec Marianne a été très facile et agréable. Une hôte à recommander sans hésiter. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

L’appartamento è situato in una bellissima posizione, circondato dal verde. La struttura è stata ristrutturata ed equipaggiata con grande gusto e razionalità. Non manca nulla e c’è una bellissima atmosfera. Roberta, che ha chiaramente dato la sua impronta al luogo, è un host attenta e cordiale.

Nice view of Matterhorn. Very quiet. Kitchen very well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Great shower! Not really "ski-in ski-out" by any means. 8 minute walk to ski bus, a bit challenging with ski boots on. And where ski bus drops off, another 8 minute walk to actually get to a lift. But probably better than many if not most Zermatt locations. And skiing at Zermatt was just so wonderful that we put up with the walking challenges. Very nice bakery on way to ski bus every day! Kitchen very well equipped for meal prep and eating there. Modern appliances. Instructions for using stove and oven should be better; we eventually figured out how to use though. Overall, had a very nice stay and would certainly look to stay again if return to Zermatt.

The host was really helpful and available, the place looked and exactly like the pictures and was really clean. Great spot, you can reach everything by foot.

Annette welcomed us with kindness and friendliness. The apartment is very convenient and really close to the main street and the pistes. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the nice heating to go back to , after a day is skiing.

This was our first time in Zermatt and we are so glad we stayed at Claudia's place! The condo is situated just off Bahnhofstrasse street which is where all of the shopping/bars/restaurants are. We were there to ski and found this place to be super convenient to the Gondola and to the Sunnega Funicular. It is an extremely walkable city and Claudia's place is on a hill so you will get your exercise! If you prefer you can get one of the city cabs that you can grab anywhere. The condo was a perfect ski retreat. We enjoyed the kitchen very much. It was well equipped and perfect for our family of 5. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The rain shower was so awesome and great for when you come off the slopes. There was some construction going on whilst we were there in the upstairs apartment. Claudia was very communicative about this before our stay. We had zero issues with this as we were gone all day and construction was pretty much wrapped up before we got home. Great stay!

Franziska’s condo is a fantastic place. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Zermatt. The place is much nicer than the pictures show! The kitchen and bathroom are very beautifully renovated with top-notch appliances. We had a great time staying in this apt for a week and cooked delicious meals in the kitchen. The laundry machine in the bathroom is a huge plus. The building is a few min walk to the Sunnegga train/lift and the town center. At the end of our ski days we found a little shortcut from the ski piste and skied right to the building! (You would have to be a skilled skier to do this and there needs to be enough snow around the building!) Also not to forget the view from the apt balcony: it is jaw-dropping and awesome!!!

Appartamento caldo e confortevole, perfetto per tre persone. Fornito di tutto il necessario, come da descrizione. Peccato aver fatto solo due notti. Da tornarci sicuramente!
