We had a great time & everything went smooth! Indoor community pool is a close walk, along with downtown (a 5 min drive to ice skating was a fun family activity)! We didn't have any issues & would recommend this rental. We had 7 adults + 8 kids, it was a great fit for us.

The Lamb Guest house was magnificent. Each room upstairs has its own en-suite bathroom. The main floor attached bedrooms were spacious and all mattresses were so comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with high end appliances including a kitchen aid stand mixer! We highly recommend this house for a large family gathering.

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

we stayed at Melissa's home for a long weekend because we were attending an event at the wings event center. it was a 20-30 minute drive from the venue every day, but I feel that it was worth it! The kids loved to play in the pool before bed. The beds were very comfortable. We liked having the grill available to cook meals on as well. Really, the only complaint (if you could call it that) was that there were some ladybugs and stink bugs in the home, but it is an older home in a country setting, so it was expected. It did not bother us to take care of them at all. overall, we had a great stay and would book this home again in the future

We came in for a wedding and stayed here with three couples. The house was a perfect spot for us being close to both the venue and very easy to get downtown. The house itself feels very new and has plenty of room for all. The first floor is also a great area to hang out. We didn’t take advantage of the amenities in the neighborhood like the pool but they are easily walkable and available. Matt is also very proactive and responsive. We had a couple questions when we first arrived and had feedback and what we needed very quickly after. If we come back to South Haven we will definitely be looking to see if this is available!

We do a family trip each year with 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids). This was by far the best house we rented. Very clean and plenty of room for all of us. Michelle is a great host. I reached out to her a few times during our stay and she responded very quickly. Of course the pool is the highlight. Kids and adults had a blast and especially loved the slide and diving board. But we loved that the kitchen is right there next to the pool room so no missing out if your the cook. We used the projection TV in the pool room to watch a movie before putting the kids to bed and the three bathrooms on the first floor worked great. Michelle allows a noon check in and check out. So refreshing compared to most other rentals. That extra time is so appreciated. We hope to return next year.

The house is very well located, walking distance to downtown and the beach! Great for a family, it matched the pictures and was very clean. Anne's instructions were clear and she was very responsive. Overall it was a very good trip and I would stay here again!

We loved this house! It had the best equipped kitchen of all the airbnbs I have stayed at. We ate most of our meals in so this was a big bonus. My grandkids loved the toys and games. The wagon, stroller and beach toys were much appreciated. We used the grill, the firepit and lovely front porch. This home allows you to relax and feel at home away from home.

My two pups and I really needed a vacation and we came wanting to just relax awhile, take some walks and do some rockhounding. I can't believe how lucky we were to find this amazing rental so close to everything! At Elizabeth's place, every amenity one could possibly hope for was there, making it easy to just come in and feel at home. No detail was left unthought of! Elizabeth responded quickly to any questions, was very welcoming, friendly and cheerful. Several really great beaches within minutes allowed for finding plenty cool rocks; there are restaurants, shopping and all kinds of activities. During our 10 day stay, the dogs and I had many long walks while enjoying the gorgeous neighborhoods and friendly people. I couldn't believe how beautifully and plentifully gardens were blooming so late in October. It was the perfect place for us--nice home, comfy furniture, well-stocked bathroom and kitchen and wonderful host! Thank you for having us! We can't wait to come back!

Inviting and cozy home, perfect for me and my wife to escape for a few days, hang at the beach, and explore South Haven. The place was exactly as described, so clean and comfortable. The 4 seasons room on the deck was awesome, would be great for larger groups than we had, but peaceful and tranquil for some morning yoga. The beach gear was incredible as well, so convenient to only have to pack swimsuits and know that they had everything else there. On one of the nights when the evening lows were going to be chilly, Mickie and John proactively reached out to us to be sure we knew how to turn on the furnace. Can’t say enough about this place and would love to stay again!

Kristine was an amazing host and so accommodating. We unfortunately were in town for a funeral and were inundated with a lot of moving parts and Kristine was understanding the whole time. Her home was exactly what we needed during a difficult time. It was warm, inviting and most of all clean. It also was a safe space to house three kids under the age of 4 - which is always a concern for me. I would recommend this home to anyone with children or who simply wants a home away from home!

Michael & Angela are awesome host. Beautiful lakeside home. very clean and perfect for a traveling Family although I stayed alone. nice gameroom for warm months and a great view of Lake Michigan. all the amenities and kitchen appliances to feel right at home. 5 stars are easily worthy.

This cottage has a great location. It has easy access to North Beach and Woodman St. Beach and is just steps away from the best bakery in South Haven (Bunde's). It is an easy walk to downtown as well. This was a perfect spot for our family for a Labor Day weekend get away. Everything was clean. The bedrooms were a little cozy but were comfortable. What you see in the listing is what you get. We would definitely stay here again.

Laura’s place was fantastic! We chose her home because it was conveniently located near a family wedding venue. Although we didn’t have as much time to fully enjoy the space and explore the area, the house itself was spotless and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for us to relax, play card games, and the TVs were great for passing the time. I highly recommend both Laura and her lovely home!

This was a great place to celebrate my birthday with friends. The beach is right across the street and there are cool places and restaurants to go to. It was also nice to relax at the house and in the yard. It's a beautiful home. Mike was friendly and responsive.

This is our second time at Samantha's Airbnb and we'd happily go back! It's the perfect place to host our big friend group while allowing us comfortable and enough sleeping space and space to be in smaller or larger parts of our group. Clean, well stocked, and overall a favorite for all of us!

I have to say thank you, thank you, thank you! After my Airbnb at another property in Michigan informed me that they overbooked and I could not check in until a day later than I anticipated, I was put in a difficult situation, scrambling to find a place that will allow me to stay for one night. Jim was amazing in allowing us to come in and stay at the HollyWoods for the beginning of our trip. I wished I had found his place 2 months ago when I booked our entire week vacation The HollyWoods was far superior to where we ended up for the rest of our vacation. The hiking trails on the property, the fishing pond, the landscaping, the house, the kitchen that included everything you might need, exceeded all my expectations. The HollyWoods turned out to be better than any other Airbnb at which you've stayed. I highly, highly recommend The HollyWoods!

Enjoyed our stay. House comfortably housed our group and had a spacious living area. Backyard was very nice with a view if the river. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great gals weekend here. Clean, roomy house with a great kitchen and large refrigerator. Loved the enclosed front porch! A small problem with a smoke alarm going off during the night. Host responded quickly in the morning, but no housekeeper showed up as promised to deal with it. The alarm finally stopped, and the problem rectified itself. Good mattresses, except for the single/trundle bed in the main floor bedroom. Not comfortable enough for an adult. In all, the house provided a great get away for us, near to the beach and town-all walkable distances. Space and bathrooms enough for our group of eight adults.

Terry provides a clean home away from home for anyone staying in the area. Plenty of activities and every convenience that you need is nearby.
