We loved out weekend at the cabin. Located just up a hill from the beautiful St. Francis river, the cabin was comfortable and had good amenities. Had all we needed to make a good dinner on the grill. Beds were comfortable even if one was not quite long enough for an adult. The best thing was the nature, the solitude and the river. A very short drive to small towns with restaurants. Only 10 minutes to Millstream Gardens. A great value.

This cabin is immaculately clean with very nice touches both inside and out. It’s rustic with all the conveniences and we found the decor very warm and welcoming . Although we did have a concern about our stay, Logan was quick to respond, and in fact, we feel he went above and beyond to sort it out. You can definitely tell that these owners truly care about your stay in their home. As a sidenote: Pay attention to Logan’s driving directions to the cabin as they are amazing! Our GPS worked very hard to do otherwise.

Alberta’s place was exactly as described-cozy, peaceful, private, and clean! The hot tub and fire pit set up was a highlight, and the beautiful surroundings gave such a relaxed feeling to the stay. We even discovered an owl on our first night and got to watch it every day! Alberta was very responsive and eager to meet our needs, and added personal touches to our stay for our anniversary celebration. The kitchen was well stocked, bathroom clean, and the whole place is clearly well taken care of. We definitely would stay here again if we’re in the area! Five stars all around!

We went there for our anniversary and had the best time! The view was incredible and we were able to enjoy nature in comfort. The hot tub was everything!

This is a great place! Our favorite things are the view, the direct access to the river, and the hot tub. Boat access for the river at Sneed's Creek access is a 1/2 mile down the road. The bird and nature watching is high level. We saw bald eagles, kingfishers, otters and even heard wild turkeys on Sunday morning. Great place to get away for our family of five plus two dogs!

The cabin looked brand new! Beautiful scenery! Only complaint is the extremely uncomfortable pull out bed. This thing is NOT intended to be slept on. My husband tried it the first night and my 9 year old daughter the second. They could feel every spring and the bars that ran across. Just wanted to emphasize that there is only one suitable bed. Otherwise everything is as described.

Kim and Kevin were exceptionally gracious and helpful. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Was a very peaceful place to stay with beautiful White River views when enjoying the riverside swings. Definitely a place to unplug if that is one of your getaway goals. Also a great space for reunions or larger gathering with the separate lodge and additional cabin in site. Beautiful property.

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, well maintained and very clean. My kids enjoyed walking by thr river and making smores at the fire place, lived watching the view from the deck in the sun. Cant wait to go ahgain, or try one of the other cabins

I had to leave early due to family emergency but I really loved the cabin and the view.

It was a lovely experience at a cozy little cabin. Very secluded, but not too far from town. I will say the price was a bit steep for us as just a couple with a small child, but it was absolutely the best and one of the only accommodations available in the area. Very good deal if you’re traveling with a few more people or you have older children since there are three beds. We will definitely consider staying again if we are back in the area!

We had a great time at Robins cabin. The natural spring and cave on the property were awesome. It was a perfect getaway for my family. Robin was a superstar….she informed me my daughter left some jewelry and mailed it to me. That was so nice and honest. We definitely would like to stay there again.

Four nights & we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The location is beautiful & peaceful. Michael is very friendly & was always available, but was also considerate & gave us ample privacy. The cabin was extremely well maintained & cozy. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available. I would recommend the cabin to anyone & would love to revisit if we’re in the area again. Truly a great spot. Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at.

This was my 3rd time staying at Tammy's Cabin. It is always clean and is just the right size for me while I'm traveling for work. Love sitting out front with the birds singing and the wind blowing through the trees.

Our second stay at this beautiful hidden gem was yet another successful family vacation. Kathy and Robert are such amazing and generous hosts. Despite several challenges that arose such as a hurt elderly dog and several damaging storms that knocked out power, Kathy and Robert jumped into action without missing a beat. They made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed every moment of our stay. Whether it's a peaceful retreat or a family glamping experience you're looking for, this place offers so many options. Hike, bike, fish, and explore their private piece of Midwest wilderness. You can't beat the experience for this price. Myself, my husband and our two little boys enjoy this place so much, it will be a yearly vacation to look forward to. We already miss the sites, sounds, and lovable pups. And if course our fabulous hosts who are now like family. Until next year....

If you want to get your family together, this is the place! Tom and Abbey are fantastic hosts and great people. We were treated a tour of the working farm-- our grandsons even got to help collect eggs from the hen house. Two of the bedrooms are quite large with luxury en suite baths. The third bedroom has a full bathroom next door. There's plenty of room to spread out, and plenty of seating to spend time together. Two fully functioning kitchens, with one equipped to suit most needs. The ranch is 60-ish acres and quiet, except for the occasional peacock, chicken, guinea or goose sound. We can't wait to go back!!!

This was our 2nd stay at the Rustic Retreat, it's just a great place. Just as described. As mentioned in the description, there's no Internet or cable TV but they have you set for entertainment with the largest DVD selection I've seen since Blockbuster closed lol. Games and books as well. So peaceful to just sit and disconnect for a weekend. Kitchen is well stocked too. Definitely recommend.

This place was perfect for me and my family, right on the river and next to the calico rock trout dock.

We had a great stay. Cabin was cute. Owner stopped by and introduced himself. Very friendly. We didnt have any issues with check in or things not working. Just be aware at this moment the road has larger rocks and it was a very bumpy ride. We have verizon and had just enough signal to text, make a call and look things up online that we needed to. Overall great stay!

Wonderful private location. Cabin was beautiful and very clean. The cedar wood smelled amazing. Everything you would need was provided. Owner was very friendly and very helpful; very responsive to each of our questions. As a side note- pack your flip flops for the shower as you share the public bathhouse with the other campground guests.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Hillcrest hideaway. We spent the majority of our time on the deck watching birds and reading. It was secluded enough to feel very private but still close enough to town if we needed anything. The house itself was VERY clean and organized. We also loved the book of local recommendations so we could easily find places to eat/visit. Highly recommend if you need a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed here many times and will be back. Michael is so kind and caring. He makes you feel welcome. He also does a wonderful job maintaining the place as well.

This is a great place! We were impressed with the cleanliness. We absolutely loved the big glass windows! We definitely want to come back again!
