The only problem we had was the internet . It was not working at all when we arrived and Chris tried to fix it but it still was in and out The house was beautiful and cozy. Our grandchildren lived only 15 minutes away I would stay again

Kathy was an amazing host. The place was the amazing getaway that we were looking for and Kathy was very proactive and responsive with her communication. She reached out well in advance with recommendations and instructions and was very responsive with any inquiries we had - she was the best host I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with on Airbnb. We had such a wonderful stay here! The media room was so much fun and was the perfect place to spend time together in the evenings during the chilly month of January! Nicole was very communicative and super helpful! Our kids enjoyed each having their own room and it really felt like home for the two nights we were there! I highly recommend this home to others looking for a wonderful place to stay!

This was my first time in East TX for work and I was pleased with the home locations well as the surroundings. The home itself is great! Nice and clean, peaceful and just the right amount of space. To top it off Kaylee is an amazing host and communicated throughout my stay. I will definitely stay again if in the area and highly recommend this home!

One of the best family vacations we have had! We enjoyed coffee on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake every morning. During the day our whole family played in the lake on the foam float, kayak, paddle board and paddleboat. The dock was a huge hit with the kids as we spent a great deal of time fishing, feeding the ducks and turtles. At night we made s’mores over the fire pit by the lake. We felt like this was our own private lake most days with the beautiful smooth water. Brent and J.C. are the best hosts and we can’t wait for our next trip here!

Would definitely recommend this place to people that want to try small living. Mini homes were fun and designed with great character beautiful yard. Nice fire pit, beautiful boat, dock, Had a beautiful kayaks paddle boat. did some fishing. I will definitely come back. I have a German Shepherd that weighs 100 pounds and a Pomeranian that weighs about 8 pounds. They both had fun in the big open yard and ran in the lake. She even gave us a little extra time on the last day which made it a lot easier to pack so we weren’t in such a rush. I gave it nine out of 10 there was no firewood or else it would’ve got 10 out of 10 the firewood was only $25 so that wasn’t too bad but other than that, I loved it. thank you for the stay.

My husband and I spent two days in Joshua’s Cabin. It was serene, quiet, and the views from our porch were to die for. Emily was an amazing host. She made sure to reach out in person when we first arrived, but left us to enjoy the place otherwise, which I appreciated. There are trails, fire pits, games and movies on site. And the little town of Edom is just a hidden GEM. WE WILL BE BACK! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is definitely one of the best airbnbs we have rented, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed spending Valentines weekend. The location is easy to get to, very private and there were several fun things to do. We enjoyed fishing, walking, and grilling; however, the hot tub was hands down our favorite past time. It is very large and well cared for with plenty of towels for bothering showering and tub use. The home itself had so many cute details that made our stay so enjoyable. There is a nice master bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom (no tub). The upstairs loft area has a full/queen bed along with a set of stairs that one can climb to access another loft with two twin beds. We had to reach to the host one time with a question and she responded immediately. The walk to the front door from the vehicle is slightly tricky to navigate when coming in late like we did. Maybe, bring a flashlight if coming in later. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This is hands down my new favorite cabin. Russ is such an amazing person and his property was nothing short of amazing!! His communication was top notch! My son fell in love with it and now wants to visit all the time. The morning view with a cup of coffee was the best start of the day. Caught (and released) about 4 bluegill fish steps from the front porch. Even with the rain, it was so serene with the sounds from the tin roof. If you need to dash to the store, it was less than 20mins away. I will absolutely be back and recommend to friends/family.

Cute rustic cottage in country setting. I recommend getting there in daylight for sure! There are 2 really friendly dogs on the place that are sweet as they can be! Very quiet and safe location

This was the perfect space to unplug and celebrate Thanksgiving! We loved the peaceful surroundings, especially the trails and the chance to feed the fish—it added such a unique touch to our stay. It was the ideal setting for making lasting memories and truly enjoying the holiday. Highly recommend!
