Appartement très propre et bien équipé pour 2 personnes. Très bonne réactivité de Katja et merci pour la flexibilité des horaires nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt et de partir plus tard. L'appartement est très calme et très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville, nombreux restaurants à proximité. Nous recommandons cette location

Very good location, fast and easy to communicate if questions. Easy entrance to apartment and a big terrace. Very good bed to sleep and quiet place for sleeping.

Ilya’s appartment was spot on, for my business stay in Tallinn. Communication was always fast and smooth. Free breakfast was also included and the appartment was cleaned every other day. The location is perfect and you have everything close by. Fantastic experience. Thank you!

We stayed for one night and it was really nice! The apartment is located in the city centre and near the Old Town. Everything was clean. The access to the building and the apartment is easy. Also there was an instax cam and we had a lot of fun doing pictures :) I highly recommend staying at Bob W.

Ilya's apartment is ideally located between the ferry terminal and old town, both about 10-15 minutes walk away. The apartment is very bright and clean, with trendy shops and cafes and restaurants just downstair. The keyless entry is very convenient, there is also a luggage storage room should you need to leave your bags before or after check out. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again when visiting Tallinn in the future.

Nice place to stay. This is not the first time I'm booking this apartment. However, the last time I stayed there was a little noise outside, so if you're nervous person, please be ready for that.

Great place in an excellent location near Balti jaam / Telliskivi. Spacious living room and huge bath room with sauna which we really enjoyed. We felt at home upon arrival and would stay there again. The only thing we did not like was that there was no recycling and we hope the host will do a bit more regarding sustainability.

Aleksandr is a good host. I felt like staying at home. The kitchen amenities, bathroom & toilet are pretty clean and the bus stop is just within 2 minutes walking distance. The nearest shopping malls are situated nearby (T1 & Ulemiste centre.).

Great modern, cozy apartament. Clean, near is big mall, host was also helpful.

The place is easy to check in and in a convenient location, only about 15-20 minutes to Freedom Square by bus and there are more services around the city from Kristiine Centre which is a short walk away. The room was as advertised and I had really no problems, anything that did come up was dealt with swiftly.

Great price and location. The shopping mall is in 4min walk. The property is cleaned regularly and has everything you need for a long stay (I personally stayed for a month). Will come again next time I am in Tallinn
