I was very happy with my stay of 5 nights here. It was easy to access, quiet, clean, and well equipped. Ada was very friendly and helpful.

There was a landslide on the 99 and my family where stuck on the otherside of it and could not get home. I messaged Vahid as they needed somewhere to stay last minute and he was responsive straight away and allowed them to check-in the same day. He sent clear instructions to check-in and made it stress free (which was lovely given all the other stress going on with the road closed and being stranded!). He even put some breakfast items in there for them for the morning. This was a last minute booking, and the whole booking was smooth and the place was lovely. They arrived late at night and were disorientated and when they woke up and saw the indcredible views they were in awe. Thank you!

Very grateful to have discovered this gem. It was particularly well suited to a group of couples who know each other well and were looking for fun weekend together/ retreat-style. The house has lots of spaces for various activities (large well-equipped kitchen, table for puzzles, sofas by a cozy wood fireplace, downstairs arcade and pool table, lovely backyard, forest or beach walks nearby... and also enough room to get some space from each other, go take a nap. (We all slept well on the super mattresses.) Steve and Carly couldn't have been more responsive or kinder as hosts. Truly a pleasure. We'll be back for another weekend!

The house was exactly as described and as an added bonus you could walk from the property to the Deep Cove shops and restaurants in under 10 minutes. This is a bonus as Deep Cove has very limited parking. The area around the house is very quiet and you would not even know there were neighbors. John was a responsive and great host. No issues with booking or checkin.

Such a cute house. Few minutes walk to the beach. Close to the restaurants. Perfect house for families. Responsive helpful hosts.

We had a wonderful time with nothing but great reviews. The home was lovely, spacious and had awesome views and sunsets out large windows in the living and dining areas. With plenty of space outside, we enjoyed relaxing meals, playing a little basketball and a nice soak in the hottub. We would definitely choose this location again when returning to Vancouver!

Kristin was a great host. Communication was excellent - we especially appreciated the guide which was detailed and so helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us for the Thanksgiving weekend. We really enjoyed our time with family. It was so lovely to explore the island and take in some spectacular sunsets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and peaceful and clean. A perfect stop for our Eras tour adventure. Downtown Vancouver was easily accessible by train. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had an absolutely lovely family Thanksgiving at Wine Down, due in large part to the very well equipped kitchen, large dining table, cozy atmosphere, great variety of board games and responsiveness of the host! Check in and out times were very flexible, taking the pressure and rush off of our family time. Super responsive host with great information. Even though Point Roberts isn’t typically considered a fall or winter destination location, it proved to be the perfect spot and the perfect clean, cozy, spacious home for our family holiday. With its proximity to pretty robust Canadian towns, the local wildlife (bald eagles!), friendly townsfolk and 5 star host, would happily stay at Wine Down again!

This is an epic place to stay. A beautiful home close to Vancouver but with incredible views out towards the islands. The private cliff railway to transport people and luggage down to the front door is great fun!

Choosing Christine’s house really “made” our vacation! Not only was it in a short driving distance to all the ski areas we wanted to visit, but the combination of the beautiful, serene location and the spacious and well-appointed accommodations were just what we hoped for. Christine‘s thoughtful help and advice throughout the entire trip made it. a vacation will never forget we hope to come visit again in the Summertime .

LOVED this gem of a retreat. I mean how can you not love a sauna, kayak, hot tub, fire pit, and a spacious cabin that overlooks port moody. I wish I could stay for a month! And so cool, you take a boat to get to the cabin. I’ve been telling everyone at my work about this place!

Beautiful spot in paradise. The cabin was fully stocked with beautiful linen, bathroom amenities and a fully stocked kitchen (2 fridges). The communication from the owners was amazing. The only problem was the road up, they do have a gator but you need experience to use it but otherwise highly recommended.

Sharon and Craig's place is exactly the kind of experience that makes AirBnB worthwhile. The place was so peaceful and scenic, and the area around the cabin was very quiet and private. We appreciated having so much space to ourselves, and spent a lot of time relaxing on the pergola, both on the hammocks and around the fire pit, enjoying the amazing view and the company of the deer family that visits often. There are a number of trails (including up to some scenic viewponts) that you can easily walk to, and we took their kayak out for a spin as well. Sharon and Craig are amazingly friendly and responsive, which made our trip stress-free, and made us feel welcome right away. They have some great stories, and you can tell they've put so much love into everything they do. As a bonus, we saw whales on our water taxi ride back! We would love to return again in the future, and would highly recommend their cabin, as long as you are comfortable with off-grid living.

We had such a great time at Carraholly Retreat! The boat ride over was super easy, and the place itself was so cute and cozy. We loved the clean hot tub and spent a lot of time relaxing in the sauna - it was such a treat. Perfect spot for a quick getaway from the city. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

Sarah's cabin was beyond what we had hoped for. A perfect space for our family of six. The cabin is full of rustic charm while being cozy and comfy. It was outfitted with everything we needed plus more. The multiple outdoor spaces allowed us to enjoy the awesome setting from every angle. We spent much time on the water with our boat, Standup Paddle boards and the kayaks available. Being off the grid took some adjustment but was a healthy thing. We got into board games, shared cooking and exploring the neighbourhood. We'd love to return.
