If you're looking for a small place to stay, this is perfect. The price is similar to a hotel room, but here you get a full kitchen. The host always responds very quickly. I've stayed here several times without any issues.

Brooke and Hasib are amazing host. This is are second time staying at their place. Each place was very clean and peaceful and the bed is amazing! Brooke and Hasib are very helpful and amazing at responding fast to any questions or concerns you have!

This home is so cute and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Tammy met us at the home as the cleaning was just being finished up. The place was immaculate. You could smell that the towels and linens had just been freshly laundered. The kitchen was spotless and the living area couches so comfortable. The bedrooms were both comfy too. Maybe could use a brighter light bulb in the back bedroom as we were working from home and it was a bit dim. We opened the back door and that brightened it up a bit. Tammy was aware of a few small loose knobs in the bathroom and pointed it out to us with the understanding she was aware and had repair underway. I don't say that as a negative, but as a comment to her attention to detail and desire to address anything at check in. The house is a quick walk to Donut Bank and the University of Evansville. We were there to visit our students and walked to campus more than once, we would stay here again. The street is quiet.

We had such a great stay in the Halloween house . I was shocked with how spacious and charming the home was . We also had a private porch from the primary bedroom . I booked with them last minute and they did everything possible to easily check in and out. Highly recommend!

Clean, affordable stay in Evansville. This is a great stay with pets because of the fenced yard and hard floors throughout. Keith was responsive and was able to accommodate our early arrival. Happy with our stay and will keep in our list of favorites in Evansville.

We were in town for the OVC basketball tournament. We had a great stay. Everything was as it said it was in the listing. Will be staying here again upon our next stay in Evansville.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the planes take off from the airport while sitting in the backyard (never bothered us when we were indoors.) Huge backyard was our favorite part, we had a fire in the fire pit and sat in the gazebo when it was sprinkling. Inside felt spacious and everyone had room to spread out. Looking forward to staying here again when we come back to Evansville.

Our stay at the Hobbit House was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much thought and care went into curating each room. Every space had its own unique vibe—whether we wanted to relax, feel inspired, or just have fun. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, making it easy to unwind, and the location was great for exploring Evansville. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a cozy, fun, and well-designed place to stay, this is it! We’d definitely come back.

My partner and I stayed here for one night and we loved it! The place had great backyard for our pups to run around in after a long day of driving. We also had access to all of the amenities that we could want. The home was clean and easy to access. We would definitely recommend this home to others looking to stay in the area!

My wife and family came down for a few days to watch our daughter play soft ball at college and stayed here and absolutely loved it. Super comfortable super clean well definitely stay in again.

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!

The Flats are incredibly comfortable and very clean! The hosts and property managers are very responsive and helpful. We’re short term renting due to local storm damage and they’ve made this process so much easier on us. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of space to spread out. I highly suggest staying at the Flats, whether it’s a few nights or a few months!
