Beautiful older home with tasteful renovations, for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, affordable stay in Evansville. This is a great stay with pets because of the fenced yard and hard floors throughout. Keith was responsive and was able to accommodate our early arrival. Happy with our stay and will keep in our list of favorites in Evansville.

Experienced a family emergency and needed a larger place for family. Tiffany worked with me for a same day reservation. Neighborhood was great and house had a small fenced in yard for new puppy we had to take.

Cozy home with plenty of room and lots of seating! Loved the charm of the house, beautiful archways. The basement even has a great recreational space which was fun for all! The appliances were brand new and worked great! We enjoyed walking in the evenings and there is even a nearby park if you feel like taking a nice stroll/adventure. The location was wonderful as we were visiting our families who live on the east and west sides of Evansville.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the planes take off from the airport while sitting in the backyard (never bothered us when we were indoors.) Huge backyard was our favorite part, we had a fire in the fire pit and sat in the gazebo when it was sprinkling. Inside felt spacious and everyone had room to spread out. Looking forward to staying here again when we come back to Evansville.

House was set-up real nice. Kids loved each seperate bedroom. Kitchen, family foom layout was nice and cozy. Tyler was very proactive with his communications.

Our stay at the Hobbit House was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much thought and care went into curating each room. Every space had its own unique vibe—whether we wanted to relax, feel inspired, or just have fun. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, making it easy to unwind, and the location was great for exploring Evansville. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a cozy, fun, and well-designed place to stay, this is it! We’d definitely come back.

David's place was an absolute treat to stay at! Visiting family in town, it allowed the kids to be entertained! David made sure to be a phenomenal host and had snacks readily available to make you feel right at home. The sleeping arrangements were of an abundance, and the mattress quality was spectacular! We look forward to the many bookings we will acquire with in the near future!

Absolutely magical, beautiful space. Well kept trails, easy access to the river. Everything id clean. Everything works as it should. Lori is fun and phenomenal, and very responsive. The cabin is well built and beautiful as well. Great place all around!

The home is beautiful! The home has a very spacious, open concept floor plan , lovely decor, and very well appointed kitchen. My husband and I along with our adult children had a wonderful stay. The property is also beautiful and we were able to enjoy the lovely fire pit during our stay in December. Kimberly was truly a gracious hostess! We hope to stay again!

Such a wonderful house! Host even left things in case you forgot anything. More than enough towels. Rooms were very large. Pool was very inviting with the slide and diving board! Also played a little basketball with the kids! We are already planning on when to come back. House was very nice! Had a great time!

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!

The Flats are incredibly comfortable and very clean! The hosts and property managers are very responsive and helpful. We’re short term renting due to local storm damage and they’ve made this process so much easier on us. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of space to spread out. I highly suggest staying at the Flats, whether it’s a few nights or a few months!

This space has such a great, urban vibe with all the amenities you could need. Parking is conveniently available steps from the front door. Nathan was a super responsive host. He made the whole process very smooth. I would stay at this unit again.

Pictures do not do this place justice! Simply stunning! Felt just like home! Thankful for such a wonderful place for my family to stay and enjoy all the Henderson has to offer. Could not ask for better hosts!
