We loved our stay. The space has nice energy and is decorated well. The area is really pretty so we spent a lot of time walking around the neighborhood and by the river. Sean let us check in early and I really appreciate hosts that don’t throw fees at you every chance they get. 10/10 recommend this place and we hope to stay again soon.

Very nice place

We had an amazing stay! The studio was fantastic, especially that chair and light, which made it perfect for reading. Kale was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for places to explore. The convenience of everything was also a huge plus. If the weather hadn’t been so cold this past weekend, we could have easily walked to all the attractions. I’m already planning to return to enjoy the studio and the surrounding area when the weather improves. The rooftop is so charming and cozy. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

I had the perfect weekend getaway at this Airbnb. The place was exactly what I needed for a solo trip—quiet, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge. The host was fantastic, responsive, and really accommodating. When I needed to extend my stay for an extra day, they were quick to help. Although the unit I was in was booked, the host arranged for me to move to the unit next door and even let me check in as soon as I checked out of the first one. It made everything so much easier. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay!

Lovely location cozy space perfect for what we needed

It’s very clear that a lot of love went into renovating this historic home. There is so much charm! The beds were cozy and the bathrooms were lovely. We will happily stay there again in the future.

Clean, affordable stay in Evansville. This is a great stay with pets because of the fenced yard and hard floors throughout. Keith was responsive and was able to accommodate our early arrival. Happy with our stay and will keep in our list of favorites in Evansville.

We were in town for the OVC basketball tournament. We had a great stay. Everything was as it said it was in the listing. Will be staying here again upon our next stay in Evansville.

A big thank you to Suzan as the property manager for making our stay special. My family of 6 stayed here for almost 5 weeks while waiting to close on our house. This place has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It is clean, reasonably well-located (near Eastland Mall) and pretty well equipped. The flooring and kitchen range are new as of summer 2022. There is a fenced in back yard with a patio and some chairs to hang out. On the left side, you get a decent sized garage for extra storage. There was plenty of space to store your belongings for a longer term stay. You'll find that Suzan and the owners are friendly, generous and responsive. They were pretty quick about helping to make repairs and make replacements as needed. The neighbors were also friendly and offered to help us many times. We loved our stay and have only good things to say about Leslie. The furniture is comfortable in EVERY room, and I cannot say that about every place I’ve stayed. The water pressure in the shower is GREAT. The heater kept us cozy warm. The beds and bedding arw wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet. The place is very homey, and all the appliances work great. Leslie was very responsive and flexible. We will definitely stay again!!

Thank you for providing an amazing home away from home with tons of charm and character for our visit to Evansville. Everything was exactly as described, and the location was peaceful and close to everything we wanted to do. We would not hesitate to book another stay here the next time we're in town.

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!

The Flats are incredibly comfortable and very clean! The hosts and property managers are very responsive and helpful. We’re short term renting due to local storm damage and they’ve made this process so much easier on us. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of space to spread out. I highly suggest staying at the Flats, whether it’s a few nights or a few months!
