Modern style home in a beautiful and peaceful location. Great design elements including furniture and floor to ceiling windows. We loved relaxing with the tranquil views and enjoyed time on the lovely covered deck area. It was wonderful to eat outside even when occasionally drizzling and not worry about getting wet. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We were able to buy all of the food we needed at the tiny market a couple of blocks from the home.

Very nice house, which is perhaps even better live than in the pics. In addition, Jari is a very polite and friendly host. The entire group of ours was very pleased with everything. I can warmly recommend the house and the host!

I travel extensively and this was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Apartment is better than the photos and Pihla is excellent at responding.

Oula’s place was just right for our requirements. As a party of four all requiring separate rooms, it fitted us perfectly. Lovely peaceful surroundings and a short drive from the centre of Helsinki. The place is stunning with lots of things to do inside. The BBQ was a great touch and the sauna and jacuzzi worked great. Our first impressions of Finland were made greater by staying here!

Bellissimo cottage in una zona tranquilla vicino a un lago. La natura nei dintorni è splendida. Helsinki è raggiungibile in 30 minuti di viaggio in auto ( o treno da Espoo). Auto indispensabile. Casa ben equipaggiata, disponibile caffè, the, spezie e qualche scorta di cibo ( pasta, riso…). Disponibile biancheria in abbondanza Consigliata!

Wir konnten im Marius Häuschen am Wasser super entspannen. Täglich sagen die Rehe guten Morgen und wir konnten mit dem Ruderboot rausfahren. Die Sauna ist top. Es gibt viele Pfannen und Möglichkeiten zum grillen. Es gibt keine Kochmöglichkeit, allerdings sind Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle bereit. Für uns hat es super gepasst. Mariu ist hilfsbereit und war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this wonderfully decorated historic home. We enjoyed the market across the street and the easy tram ride to everything. The hosts provided great suggestions and communication could not have been better. We hope to come back someday!

Stort boende, väldigt tyst, högst upp med härligt ljusinsläpp. Så skönt att det finns kryddor och annat som man kan behöva. Joonas är en oerhört proaktiv och kommunicerande värd!

Superbe logement confortable, calme et accueillant. Les 84 marches n'ont jamais été un problème pour nous. Bus et tram, juste en face pour aller en ville. possibilité également de le faire à pieds. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Il a contribué à notre agréable séjour en Finlande.

The most beautiful things about this flat are its big almost panoramic windows and this stunning view from it. You feel like not being in the city but in a magic winter forest. The building and the flat aren't new but have their own charm. It is cozy there. It is also interesting to have this experience here of living in an authentic Finnish place. The flat is not far away from the metro station and this station has machines to buy tickets. The flat has everything you need: dishwasher, kitchen utensils and even a washing machine. Bed cloth and towels are of a very good quality. Sampsa, our host, is very helping, friendly and has answered very fast all our questions. Thanks a lot!

The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos. Very stylishly renovated and furnished. Our group (6 adults) slept comfortably here. We are also grateful that we had the chance to charge our electric car here. Nora was a kind host who replied to our inquiries quickly. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful house!

Tänne on aina ihana palata – paljon upeita muistoja tältä! Sängyt ovat erittäin mukavat, ja saunan jälkeen hiljaisuudessa nukkuu uskomattoman hyvin. Koirat saavat juosta aidatulla pihalla vapaasti, mikä on iso plussa. Varustelu on hyvä, ja kaikki tarvittava löytyy. Ainoa huomio isommalla porukalla on, että tiskikone ja pihasauna vaativat hieman vuorottelua. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihana paikka rentoutumiseen!

Fantastic stay in Helsinki. Walkable, convenient, quiet residential building less than 1 mile from everything! Super hosts!

Todella siisti, hyväkuntoinen ja viihtyisä asunto. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen ja perus ruoanlaittoainekset. Parvella oli hieman lämmin omaan makuun nukkua, mutta onneksi parven pieni ikkuna tarjosi viileää ilmaa yöllä. Asunnossa ei ole ilmastointia. Sijainti melko lähellä Tikkurilan asemaa, joten liikkuminen helppoa. Asunnon ilmoituksessa kehuttiin ilmaisia pysäköintipaikkoja kadun varrella, mutta tarjolla olevat pysäköintipaikat olivat vain 2h tai 4h paikkoja. Meidän reissua tuo ei haitannut, mutta hyvä tiedostaa jos ei päivällä pääse autoa/kiekkoa siirtämään.

Trevlig och fräsch lägenhet mitt i centrum. Perfekt läge för en stadssemester! Boendet motsvarade beskrivningen och där fanns allt vi behövde. Värdinnan Elina var trevlig och gästvänlig. Ett minus var ljudet från spårvagnarna som körde nedanför på gatan och störde nattsömnen.

A group of four of us stayed in Tanja's home for our short trip to Helsinki. It was a reminder of the classic Airbnbs/couchsurfers I stayed in over a decade ago - a great host letting us share their home. The Christmas tree was still up so felt very festive and homely! Her communication was superb, making sure that we were OK with the sleeping arrangements and asked us what activities we wanted to do while in Helsinki so she could prepare some tips. The flat itself is very well located for accessing everything a visitor would want to in Helsinki, very close to tram and bus stops while also being a reasonable walk into the centre. If coming from either the ferry terminal or the airport, this place is very easily accessed on public transport. Tanja provided precise instructions for getting to and accessing her property. There is a lift in the apartment block, or you can tackle the stairs - there is also a sauna to relax after a day out sightseeing. Strongly recommend! Thank you so much!

Vi hade en hemskt trevlig vistelse hos tina. Tiina var vänlig och snabb på att svara. Boendet var lugnt och fint.

A beautiful and secluded location outside of Helsinki but just a 15min train to the centre of town. The perfect location to experience both the metropolitan and natural sides of Finland. We loved our stay, surrounded by snow and trees over Christmas. Eevamaria and her family has a Christmas tree setup for our stay which made it even more magical. The house has everything you could need and was perfect for our group of 6 people. Eevamaria was incredibly proactive at providing instructions and answering our questions before and throughout the stay. Would highly recommend!

The place is perfect for a stay in Helsinki. The location is great and most places are a walkable distance away. Had a great time there!

Katja je skvelá hostiteľka, útulné bývanie (výborné matrace, žiadne dosky, ale pohodlný matrac na ktorom sa výborne spalo), vybavenie kuchyne malo všetko čo sme potrebovali na pobyt. Apartmán bol čistý. Príjemné tiché prostredie, v blízkosti obchod a do centra autom pár minút. Parkovanie priamo pred domom. Katja s nami komunikovala rýchlo a bola ústretová a milá. Môžem vrelo (za mňa aj 2 kamarátov) odporučiť Katju a jej bývanie.

Great place - just like a home from home. Really cosy and comfortable stay with easy proximity to the tram, supermarket and nearby bars and restaurants. A little more peaceful and quiet than staying in the centre. I would highly recommend!
