We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and incredibly comfortable for both us and our fur baby. Its proximity to Benaulim Beach, as well as nearby restaurants and supermarkets, made our trip even more convenient. Was helped by support staff Satyam who was hospitable and made sure everything went well. The Co-host Phil was also in touch before and during the stay and helped to quickly resolve the WiFi issue. The housekeeping timings were a bit random for our liking so making a standard schedule for it would be really helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would highly recommend this property.

I had an amazing stay at this ocean-facing apartment! The property was exactly as shown in the photos. The caretaker and his team were incredibly helpful, always available to assist us and made sure we had everything we needed. It was also a nice touch that the host came to meet us in person – it really made us feel welcome. The location and amenities were perfect, and the overall experience was absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! This was an amazing stay, it gives you a lovely vibe that would make you feel just at home. The stay has enough fresh air flowing in and the outdoor space has great sitting areas. We enjoyed a lot of time playing carrom outdoors. The host was responsive and specially the caretaker was a great being. Would definitely come back to this property whenever we get time.

5 of us stayed for 10 days and we had such a wonderful time! The apartment has everything we needed and more! The outside space and pool were lovely too. The village had everything we needed and more too! The beach was beautiful. We would love to come back!!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Costas Montage Airbnb near Benaulim Beach. The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever I wanted. The host was very responsive and provided excellent local recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

Anish has an amazing place! He is very pro-active and friendly. Helped in every way he can to make our stay most comfortable. The row villa is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. There's a lot of open space outside for our dog to roam around freely. And we were able to go on peaceful walks in the morning. There is a store and a nice little cafe in walkable distance. This place is definitely a gem. Totally worth it. There's 2 bedrooms on the first floor and an attached balcony overlooking beautiful greens and homes. Kitchen, dining and living room on the ground. Well maintained. Wish we stayed a couple of more days. This is going to be our first preference in South Goa from now! Thanks Anish for the wonderful stay! Notes: Visit the nearby lake. Visit the cafe down the lane[Nik Net Cafe]. Fatrade Beach if you're looking for quiet time.

We will definitely go back and that’s a testament to the way this stay was for us. Absolutely matches the description as shown in the pics. Extremely well organised and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We traveled with aging parents, toddlers, and it was convenient for everyone. They do daily cleaning and make the beds which was just like a hotel stay. And beaches like Betalbatim and Sernabatim are only 10 mins drive. Convenience store is 2 mins away. Highly recommended. Only improvement suggested was if the bedsheets and covers could be cotton. But this is not a deterrent not to try this great stay!

We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

We had a wonderful stay at Sejel's home. The home is beautiful and located at walking distance from the Varca beach. The accomodation was equipped with all the basic necessities. His family was immensely accomodating and helpful. They provided us with curated details about tourist spots and food places to visit, helped us access a rental bike for our journey, and ensured that we got a cab to our final travel to the railway station when there was nothing and nobody around to help. Staying here made the trip immensely more enjoyable!

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

Short Review: 10/10 exceeds expectations - One of the best airbnb experiences I've ever had overall. Fantastic deal at this price point. The location, the property, the host, the apartment itself - I highly recommend it all. Longer Review: The Unit is: - Ideal for solo travellers, couples, or 2 friends. - Clean, homely and had everything I needed. - Close to Majorda and Utorda beach, a cool museum/coffee shop and a several great restaurants. - In a larger beautiful property owned by Astrid and her fam that's well maintained and really green (they live separately in the adjacent house). The place is quiet, private and idyllic. Astrid and her mum Melba are wonderful hosts - the perfect mix of "respectful of your privacy" and "super warm/helpful/doing everything to make sure you have a great stay". I interacted more with Melba and she is a truly gem of a human being. Super friendly and positive and welcoming. (She fed me a bunch of delicious local goan dishes!)

We had a wonderful stay at Allison's place. The home was exactly as described, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that went beyond our expectations. The complex itself is top-notch, with easy access to both the beach and the town. Before our arrival, Allison sent a helpful video outlining how to find the apartment and access it. Her communication was outstanding, and she even checked in with us via text throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Any small issues were addressed promptly. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service or the apartment. We highly recommend this place.

Alok's place was beautiful! It is in a quiet neighborhood but still well connected. The beach is less than 10 mins away. The place was stocked with everything we might need, and the caretaker was extremely helpful.

Fantastic apartment & host! Berty's place is ideal for staying in Colva, particularly for a longer period. REALLY well equipped with just about anything you can think of > fridge, gas hob, water purifier, washing machine, smart TV. It has good AC and hot water. It was all the other small touches as well - needles/ thread, 1st aid kit, liquid for the washing machine, condiments in the kitchen, a few drinks and snacks, hair dryer, iron, spare pillows/ blankets. Cleaner comes every few days. The apartment has a good sized, clean pool and a decent gym with few cardio machines, basic free weights, multi-machine. Location is just a five mins walk to the beach and far enough back so it is always quiet and calm. 3 mins to a small shop,10 mins walk to our favourite cafe (Baytree), 15 to our favourite beach shack (Pinacolada). Berty is a fantastic host. Always on the other end of the phone & happy to help with anything you need. He put up with our frequent change in plans without complaint!

We had an amazing time at Dominic's Airbnb! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Shankar and Dominic were supportive and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend it!
