It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. Our stay at the villa was fantastic! The location was excellent, with general stores nearby for convenience, yet the surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation was comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms and washrooms. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely welcoming and provided us with great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to others!

We will definitely go back and that’s a testament to the way this stay was for us. Absolutely matches the description as shown in the pics. Extremely well organised and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We traveled with aging parents, toddlers, and it was convenient for everyone. They do daily cleaning and make the beds which was just like a hotel stay. And beaches like Betalbatim and Sernabatim are only 10 mins drive. Convenience store is 2 mins away. Highly recommended. Only improvement suggested was if the bedsheets and covers could be cotton. But this is not a deterrent not to try this great stay!

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

Colva beach is walkable from this property. The host is extremely responsive and helped us with our requests. The house is clean. I'd definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a calm area with easy access to the beach.

Longer Review: The Unit is: - Ideal for solo travellers, couples, or 2 friends. - Clean, homely and had everything I needed. - Close to Majorda and Utorda beach, a cool museum/coffee shop and a several great restaurants. - In a larger beautiful property owned by Astrid and her fam that's well maintained and really green (they live separately in the adjacent house). The place is quiet, private and idyllic. Astrid and her mum Melba are wonderful hosts - the perfect mix of "respectful of your privacy" and "super warm/helpful/doing everything to make sure you have a great stay". I interacted more with Melba and she is a truly gem of a human being. Super friendly and positive and welcoming. (She fed me a bunch of delicious local goan dishes!)

I had an amazing stay in this cozy and well-equipped apartment! The place felt like a home away from home, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, and a fully functional kitchen—perfect for those who love the convenience of home-cooked meals. Pratik is super host and his parents are very cool and responsive. One of the best parts of staying here was the convenience. There’s a general store right below the apartment, making it super easy to grab any essentials without going far. Whether it was snacks, toiletries, or last-minute groceries, everything was just a few steps away! The location is another highlight. It’s close to the beach, which means I could enjoy beautiful morning walks by the shore and stunning sunsets in the evening. Plus, there are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food.

Safe and happy place

Taber's place was lovely! It was clean, felt safe, there were no check in, check out hassles. Taber provided all the amenities mentioned in the description; the kitchen was well equipped, there were sufficient towels and blankets provided, the bathrooms were extremely clean, the hall had a lovely collection of books etc. The best part was the little balcony area from where we could see the river which is just perfect to wake up to. Me and my friends felt very much at home and we even extended our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again!

After we booked the stay, our host Shweta answered a lot of questions that we had in mind because we had a kid with us and wanted to ensure everything is as per our need. The flat is located right next to Birla Mandir. It is in one of the gated societies where you get your dedicated car parking. The flat was very spacious and have all the amenities needed. We cooked our own breakfast and tea and prepared meals for the little kid with us. We had our own car so going from the flat to nearby places was easy. All in all it was a lovely experience staying in Zuari Rain Forest Stay.

We had an amazing stay at Omar's place. He has been very helpful and responsive. We stayed for whole one week and it felt like home. Looking forward to visit his home again. Thank you Omar for hosting us.

Great host. Amazing property. They had one care taker always around the property for our convenience and everyday cleaning staff used to come. A very good place to stay near colva. Well maintained property with awesome balcony space. Great for a 2 person stay. The host was available when ever you need and suggestions or queries. Great stay.

Alok's place was beautiful! It is in a quiet neighborhood but still well connected. The beach is less than 10 mins away. The place was stocked with everything we might need, and the caretaker was extremely helpful.

The place is just amazing. It was exactly what's shown in the pictures. I really loved the sunrise and amazing views from the terrace. The place is just full of serenity, peace and happiness. Our stay at the place was awesome! Shankar and Jagdish were very responsive and helpful at every hour of the day. When we checked in we had a couple of questions and Jagdish came over to answer those questions and assure us of the security of the place. Even though this could be done on the phone, he took the effort of coming over. The overall place was clean, chiç and well maintained. The cleaning service is done every alternate days and is done very efficiently. Just a couple of things that could be bothersome - The washrooms are a little crammed up with very little leg space. My husband, who is over 6 ft, wouldn't fit on the toilet space. - The bedsheets may have not been completely clean as my husband and I both had itching on our legs after a nap. However, our overall experience was amazing and I would definately recommend this place for peaceful time in Goa.

The place felt the perfect house to live in Goa with your family or friends and our experience was nothing short of amazing, comfortable, fun, peaceful and beautiful! Sid was super helpful, very responsive and definitely a SUPER HOST! Our stay made our trip even more memorable. Lastly, it’s a place I would want to go back to and if you’re in Goa, I would recommend staying here because it’s so comfortable and aesthetically pleasing and beautiful! Bonus points for it being in a Resort so full time CCTV surveillance and guards at all times makes it feel safer and secure.

Been there in Dr Ransley's flat for 2 days. the stay was good and comfortable. host is very good nature guy and always helpful. would like to recommend this place if you want a good stay in Colva near the beach. the flat is sufficient for 4 people as it have one extra bedding+ sofa cum bed along with one bedroom having queen size bed.

We had an amazing time at Dominic's Airbnb! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Shankar and Dominic were supportive and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend it!

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.
