We had an amazing stay at Leeann's Villa. It was perfect for me and my friends celebrating my birthday in Greece. The Villa was beautiful and the host was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend Leeann's place and would love to come back with our family.

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

The place was amazing ! We had a blast. Communication was excellent and the hosts were fantastic. We spent the weekend in the house and we had all the necessities to enjoy our time there

This home is beautiful inside and out!! We had a wonderful time staying there with our family. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests. We would most certainly stay again if we are ever in Athens. Wonderful host.

Villa more beautiful than on the picture! The pool is amazing!!! The garden and the house are very well maintained. The localisation is perfect : quiet and close to everything (less than 5 minutes by car from restaurants, beach, supermarket...).

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The villa was absolutely beautiful, with a great view. The only downside is that it is up a massive hill which makes walking anywhere pretty difficult. The pool was incredible and we enjoyed our time there as a big group.

After 3 glorious days we could extend for 3 more and fully enjoyed the house the pool and the beach. Some windy days made more cozy times inside. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living rooms are bright and comfie with wonderful art and sweet details that give a warm welcome feeling. The Posideon temple the villages and fabulous restaurants around makes for an ideal visit close to Athens and the airport with the feel of the islands.

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

Ήταν όλα τέλεια .Ο χώρος όπως και στις φωτογραφίες πεντακάθαρα και τακτοποιημένα όλα .Η πισίνα ήταν καθαρή και πολύ μεγάλη .Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σας το πρώτεινω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

We stayed at this beautiful Villa between March 13-15, 2025. The place was really great for our small family reunion of 3 families. Nothing to complain about the place. It looks even better in person. Pool and the front yard is amazing. The views from the front rooms and balcony are amazing. The villa is about 15 minutes from the temple of Poseidon. The town is another 10-15 minutes by car. Artemis was kind enough to hook us up with a minibus company for our trips. Overall our stay was fantastic and the Villa will be in our memories for ever.

Ioannis hosted us on very short notice. Extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Perfect host who greeted us warmly and was very positive and helpful. Great local recommendations and an overall perfect stay and experience. Thank you!

The villa was as stunning as the pictures. Katerina is absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. Everything worked great!

Both the hospitality as well as the entire experience staying at this location was incredible I have an online business, and therefore the Internet, as well as cleanliness is extremely important given that most time will be spent inside working as well as exploring the surrounding areas. Both hosts and cohosts were extremely hospitable, always caring about how to make the experience better and driven to make sure that we have everything that we needed to have a great stay

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser hervorragend ausgestatteten Villa! Die Lage ist absolut ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Pool war frisch und sauber, ideal für eine Abkühlung zu jeder Tageszeit. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der atemberaubende Blick von der großen Terrasse – einfach traumhaft! Ein großes Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeberin Foteini, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns mit ihrer herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Art rundum gut betreut hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren über Weihnachten in der Unterkunft. Zoe hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und die Wohnung weihnachtlich geschmückt. Auch sonst hat er auf alle Anfragen reagiert und geholfen. Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit genügend Platz, kurzem Weg zum Meer und dem kleinen Ort mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Zum Flughafen sind es entspannte 20 Minuten und bis zu einer günstig gelegenen Metro Station (Nomismatokopio) nach Athen sind es ca 40 Minuten. Ich könnte es mir auch gut für den Sommer vorstellen.

We had the most wonderful time. The villa is so beautiful and spacious. We had all we needed to cook and have a bbq. Lovely fresh linen and towels. The pool was lovely and private. Hammock was a great bonus. Views were beautiful and very easy to find from the airport. Thank you so much Gina

Quand ma fille est arrivée, elle a vu la piscine, et a dit "waouuuu". Cela résume assez bien notre séjour à la villa. Tous les ingrédients étaient là pour passer un agréable sejour: -une villa magnifique toute équipée avec de grands espaces, et des chambres confortables. -une grande piscine rien que pour nous, avec des bouées, des transats, etc -une belle vue et pas de vis à vis -la proximité à toutes les Comodités (magasin, boulangerie, restaurants etc...) -une super plage accessible à pied, et plein plein plein d'autres plages toutes aussi belles les une que les autres, à quelques minutes en voiture. Enfin, un grand merci à Rose et à Gilles. Un accueil chaleureux et en personne ! Nous avons aussi apprécié toutes les petites attentions à notre arrivée... bref c était TOP ! Foncez, vous ne le regretterez pas !

Unforgettable experience This was our second time at Ma Maison. What a spectacular place. A unique villa right in the heart of Athens yet secluded and quiet. The heated indoor pool is magnificent (a true pool with great size and depth), and all the spaces are enormous and unique. The amenities cover every need, and the most important feature is that it is sparkling clean. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay.

The property was large and very comfortable with plenty of different spaces to relax and have privacy. Pool was huge and so welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend for families and large groups. Close to many beaches and dining using a car.

Enjoyed a lovely stay. Villa was perfect for our large family including kids of many ages. Great pool and outdoor space and very easy to navigate. Quite a bit in the area was walkable including local beach and restaurants. Hosts were extremely responsive and proactive in communicating, which was very helpful and reassuring. Location was great for proximity to airport and as a base to explore Athens and surrounding areas.

What a fantastic host, George is very responsive and is on hand if anything is needed. Beautiful home with a lovely pool and surrounding gardens. The pool is a tad chilly but is refreshing in the hot weather. The place is very peaceful but the odd plane can be heard due to the flight path. This didn’t cause any issues for us. The house had everything we needed and George very kindly provided us some food for our stay which was a lovely touch. Car hire is definitely needed to get out and about as nothing is walkable and it’s nice to explore the nearby towns and restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay and is perfect for larger groups.

Tasos was a fantastic host and helpful before and during the stay His villa and views were beautiful and more. The local restaurants and owners were friendly, food and drinks amazing. Could not recommend highly enough. An hours taxis ride from Athens or 90 mins on the bus.
