Joseph is the most thoughtful and gracious host. The rooms are very spacious with all amenities. We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay at his Little Paradise. He was very friendly and available all the time to help and guide us. The home made breakfast was nice and yummy. The location is very close to Kovalam beach and we highly recommend this place to people who is looking for a great and comfortable stay at Kovalam.

The place is nice and rooms have a cozy balcony with great seaview on Kovalam Beach. The staff was very accommodating, they also give the chance to had a shower after check out before my flight. Thanks

Where do we Begin?, As it started this was supposed to be a trip to travel and explore Varkala, but that was not to be, Seashells blanketed us to the point that we didn't leave our cozy room during our time there, from the homely food to the cute landscaping, it was worth every penny. As a man, I have to say that the bathroom was my favourite part, I can't say the same for my toddler who wound up exploring the whole place. The beautiful little beach was just a short scenic walk away from our room. All in all, I'll be coming back here. P.S, I would recommended anyone choosing this property to spend atleast and entire day here, just relax and let go.

We stayed at Ayushkamy for three weeks and had the most relaxing, rejuvenating time. Vinod was a wonderful host and runs the place with an ethos of integrity, care and respect for all beings. He has created a lush, green paradise that you can't help but feel nourished by. The planting is really beautiful with many coconut palms and stunning plants and flowers allowing soft shade from the sun. Similarly the layout of the site is very well designed, the little huts arranged so that it feels both intimate but private and each has it's own view over the sparkling lake. The highlights of the days for me were the yoga classes every morning on the mats under the palms lead by Vinod, watching small fishing boats out on the lake and white herons, eagles and kites etc doing their own fishing and the beautiful staff who fed us lovely healthy food each day and we're all so warm, welcoming and delightful. Thank you so much Vinod and everyone, we loved our stay and hope to come back soon! 🙏🏻😊

Had an awesome stay at Nithin’s place. The photos are exactly how it looks in real. Loved the spacious room and bathroom, everything was upto the mark. All the rooms are pool facing and the what i liked the most was the spacious and huge balcony it has❤️ Overall an awesome stay i had in this place and yaa please do try their food from restaurant, it is just simply awesome 🤩 food preparation do take time as they make everything freshly once you order but it is totally worth waiting. One thing that i wanted to communicated that while booking from airbnb it does not show option for including breakfast, so if nithin could list in such a way that would be helpful for others!!

We had an amazing three-day stay hosted by Nikhil! Despite arriving early at 6 AM, he graciously offered us a complimentary early check-in, even though the usual time was 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for a wonderful experience. Nikhil went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and enjoyable. He provided us with great contacts for activities like kayaking through the mangroves, arranged a scooter rental for us, and even organized a cab for our airport drop-off. His genuine and helpful nature truly stood out. The rooms were impeccable—spacious, neat, and with breathtaking sea-facing views. It was a perfect blend of comfort and beauty.
