Apartamentul este foarte spațios, bine dotat (extrem de utile masina de spalat vase și cea de spalat rufe...si absolut tot ce va trebuie in bucatarie), vedere superba către mare si marina! Balconul este foarte generos, geamuri mari astfel încât te bucuri toată ziua și toată noaptea de mare:) Strada este liniștită și una dintre cele mai frumoase strazi din Balcic. Accesul la plaja se face pe scări sau cu masina (se ajunge repede). La coltul străzii se afla restaurantul Blue Lion (mancare gustoasa la preturi foarte bune) ceea ce constituie un MARE avantaj. Dacă veti călători cu copil mic aveți în apartament scaun de masa + pătuț pentru copil + inclusiv olita și colac de wc și protecție la toate prizele. Gazda foarte prietenoasa, ne-a ajutat cu sfaturi despre locurile interesante de vizitat + recomandari de restaurante. Recomand!

Kamen is a great host, very communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting his place.

This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's quiet, has free parking for the car, the beach is close and there is a small shop nearby where you can pay with the card in case you don't have local currency. We stayed for a week and would love to come back again in the future!

Comme ce n'ai pas la première fois qu'on y séjourne nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de ne pas avoir l'appartement de la première fois qui est magnifique en hauteur avec plusieurs balcons et calme( a l'écart de l'entrée principale comme l'appartement initialement donné) Nicolay à trouvé un compromis en nous changeant de logement trois nuit après. appartement fonctionnel, piscine et plage a proximité. le beau temps au rendez-vous. vacances au top.

Piękny apartament z kojącym widokiem. Cisza, odpoczynek i komfort. Czysto, wszystko działa, łóżka wygodne, AGD sprawne. Baseny w obiekcie przyjemne i kameralne. Niestety strefa spa nie działała..

Very nice and quiet place.

The house was exactly as described, in a well maintained private complex. The house is spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed . The pool was very clean, the kids loved it. The closest beach is quite small, but there is a bigger one within less than 10 minutes walking distance. It’s much quieter area than the big resorts, exactly what we were looking for. Danail was very helpful, he gave us lots of infos and tips, where to go, and what to visit. Thanks for everything.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s located right on the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning. Right in front there is a supermarket where we found all the essentials we needed. Restaurants and shops are all around. Just in front on the beach there are both the private areas with paid beach chairs and the free public area. We didn’t feel like paying for chairs every day when we wanted to stay just a few hours in the morning, so having the option to choose worked out well for us. We travelled with our daughter so it was very practical to be able to go up at the apartment in 2-3 min to get things we forgot 😅. The equipped kitchen is also very useful when travelling with children - you can easily cook something for them, prepare snacks for the beach or heat up take away food. The building is quiet and the windows offer good isolation from the noise outside. All rooms have AC. The (paid) parking is just behind the building. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Ev çok merkezi bir noktada. her yere yürüyebilirsiniz. evin içi çok yeni değil fakat ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Teodor sıcakkanlı bir evsahibi. asansör ve ücretsiz park yeri yok. Genel olarak keyifli bir konaklamaydı.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn die Freundlichkeit der Gastfamilien und angebotene Hilfe während unseres Aufenthalts (haben uns bestimmt 5x ein Taxi bestellt) machen den einzig negativen Punkt absolut wett. Die Unterkunft ist zwar teuer, lohnt sich aber absolut. Wenn man die Taxen etwas im Voraus bestellt, ist das das perfekte Haus. Vielen Dank nochmal für die liebevolle Herrichtung:)

The flat was wonderful and spacious with 3 separate private balconies with spectacular views. Yuliyana was a fantastic hostess who was very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly recommend this Air BnB listing, especially given its great location in Golden Sands that is also a short taxi to Varna.

Die Gastgeberin ist nett und pünktlich. Alles in der Wohnung ist Top, die Umgebung ist ruhig, nach zum Meergarten, Strand und Zentrum. Hab mich sehr gut gefühlt und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm! Völlig empfehlenswert!

Prachtig verblijf, uitmuntende host en brandschoon huisje! Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Romantika. Het is een knus huisje dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. De inrichting is stijlvol en gezellig, en de faciliteiten waren ruim voldoende voor ons verblijf. De locatie is perfect, in een rustige en fijne buurt, ideaal voor ontspanning. Wat ons vooral opviel, was hoe ongelooflijk schoon het huisje was. We hebben nog nooit zo’n schone B&B gehad, alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Dit maakte ons verblijf extra aangenaam. Daarnaast willen we de host graag bedanken voor haar warme ontvangst en behulpzaamheid. Ze stond altijd klaar voor ons, reageerde snel op vragen en gaf ons uitstekende tips voor de omgeving. Haar gastvrijheid maakte dat we ons meteen thuis voelden. Kortom, Villa Romantika is absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een ontspannen en zorgeloos verblijf in de buurt van Varna. Wij komen zeker terug!

The apartment is as advertized. The location and neighborhood are nice. There are stores and a market close by. Everything worked and internet was really fast. i had a great stay in this apartment.

Руми добрая, отзывчивая хозяйка. Описание соответствует действительности. Красивый двор, чистая комната, тихое место. Так как и хотели. Никаких проблем за 2 недели не было. До моря 10мин, пляж отличный. Магазины, рестораны в шаговой доступности. Спасибо Руми за отличный отдых. Привет мужу. Увидимся в следующем году на 3 недели.

I stayed in Mila’s place for 1 week and it was amazing experience. The complex where apartments are located is just great - cozy, clean, with private pool, kids playground and restaurant. Apartments itself has a huge terrace where we spend most of the time. Not many people around, very private and green territory, pool is very clean and nice. The only issue is - not so much equipment on the kitchen - only one big pan and one pan. If you plan to eat outside it’s not an issue, but if you plan to cook and it at home I would highly recommend to take some extra stuff with you. Mila also provided us additional baby cot and microwave oven based on our request what was extremely nice. I general I would totally recommend this place to everyone and I definitely plan to return there

The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in photos. Amazing views, central location with everything you need really close by. We were lucky as most of the neighboring apartments were not occupied, so it was really quiet and private for such a central location. We really enjoyed the terrace, where we watched sunrises and sometimes even dolphins!

Konstantin i njegova majka su jako prijatnu i kulturni ljudi. Smeštaj je vrhunski, lolacija odlična . Iznenadila me je usluga kao u hotelu (zamena posteljine i peškira i 3x za 10 dana čišćenje) uz malu doplatu dobio sam i mesto u podzemnoj garaži da mi auto bude na bezbednon i ne stoji na suncu preko dana. Sve u svemu ja sam zadovoljan , a nadam se da su i domaćini bili zadovoljni sa nama . Moja topla preporuka za Cabacum apartmane kao i Konstantina . Ako budemo ponovo letovali u Bugarskoj to će sigurno biti na istom mestu .

Wir waren als Famile (2 Kinder, 7 und 17) zu Gast im Apartment. Die Größe des Apartments war optimal und die Kinder haben gut auf den zur Verfügung gestellten Schlafcouches geschlafen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was für einen 10-tägigen Aufenthalt benötigt wird (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck sogar ein Bügeleisen und vieles mehr). Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und wir haben Nichts vermisst. Das Apartment ist am Hang gelegen, sodass der Fußweg zum Strand, bzw. zurück, für jüngere Kinder ggf etwas anstrengend ist, aber es dauert nicht lang zu Fuß (ca 15 Minuten). Auch eine Vielzahl von Restaurants ist in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check In und Check out war unkompliziert, da eine Schlüsselbox vorhanden ist. Die Kommunikation im Vorwege und während des Aufenthaltes war reibungslos. Stanislav antwortet schnell und hat auf jede Frage eine Antwort.

Wir - als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Töchtern - haben uns in der Villa Sophia sehr wohl gefühlt ! Die Kommunikation mit Sophia und ihrer Mutter lief wunderbar. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht und die Lage waren super. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders schön war die Laufnähe zum wunderschönen Pasha Dere Strand mit dem Forest Beach Lokal. Wir haben gut geschlafen und die Abgeschiedenheit und Privatsphäre haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir können es sehr empfehlen für Urlauber, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen und dennoch in Strand-und Stadtnähe sein wollen.

Огромное спасибо гостеприимному хозяину за предоставленные апартаменты! Место в котором чувствуешь себя как дома, уютно и светло. Квартира прекрасно подходит для семейного отдыха. Мы отдыхали в июле 2017 с двумя детьми (4г и 1г). Квартира на 1ом этаже 5ти этажного дома, удачное расположение обеспечивает прохладу без кондиционера в любое время суток. Квартира новая, ремонтировали не для сдачи, поэтому хороший качественный ремонт, мебель новая, удобная кухня, на которой имеется весь необходимый инвентарь, в гостиной комнате полноценный двуспальный диван, в спальне 2 односпальные кровати. Отдельного внимания заслуживает терасса с качелями и сад с розами, диким виноградом и мягким газоном. Прямой проход к бассейну имеется но скрыт естественным ограждением, также можно дополнительно поставить загородки в виде скамейки например (наш малыш не сумел найти выход к бассейну). Проход в бассейн через холл, т.е. надо выйти из квартиры и пройти по коридору. В доме всего 40 квартир и надо иметь ввиду что почти в каждой дети разных возрастов, так что весёлая компания юным отдыхающим обеспечена, тишина взрослым после 11 вечера :) Дом находится вдали от центральной оживлённой улицы - 10мин пешком, до ближайшего магазина 5 мин, до моря нагружённые коляской и ещё одним неторопливым 4ех летним ребёнком шли примерно 15мин. Также по дороге к морю 2 спа комплекса с термальными бассейнами и спорт сооружения, ледовая арена уже открыта, дорого но интересно покататься на коньках на чёрном море. С удовольствием вернусь сюда ещё раз всей семьёй.
