L'appartement est idéalement situé, les sites d'intérêts à Varna étant facilement accessibles depuis ce point. Nous avons apprécié la convivialité d'Elena et le fait que l'appartement soit équipé de plein de petites choses qui ont facilité notre séjour (serviettes, literie, produits d'hygiène de base, sachets de thé, etc) En revanche si vous avez besoin de silence pour dormir envisagez de choisir un logement un peu plus éloigné de l'allée principale, qui est très touristique et animée le soir. Personnellement, ça ne nous a pas gêné outre mesure. Merci encore Elena !

The apartment was stylish, clean and as described. For now the view from the balkony is good. The beach is in walking distance. Great for vacation or longer stay.

I came to stay here for a few days with my mom, first week off season. What an amazing getaway. (1) The location was perfect - exclusive beach access, nice areas to swim around, quiet and peaceful, and just 5-10 mins away from the hustle if you wanted a busier scene. (2) the space itself was so clean, so spacious and we had such beautiful views of the sea at all times. This felt like such a luxurious stay. I def would recommend staying here.

Владислав е прекрасен домакин и комуникацията с него беше лесна. Апартаментът беше чист, уютен и имаше всичко необходимо!

We were more than happy at this place. Everything you need , you can find in this apartment. It is spacious, clean, cozy, quiet, comfortable, at walking distance from everything you need - sea garden, beach, restaurants, city center, etc. A huge pro is that there is a parking lot. We were working from home and the wifi connection was stable and reliable. The host was proactive, friendly and kind during the whole stay. They leave some nice treats, hints and recommendations for the guests which was nice and useful . I absolutely recommend this place!

If you are lucky enough to find this place available, don't hesitate to book it. It has all you might need for a wonderful stay, the hosts are ready to help at any time. It is ideal for families with children that want to enjoy some time in the nature, close to the beaches. Definitely recommended

Чудесно настаняване, много чист и уютен апартамент. Имаше всичко необходимо. Мястото беше много тихо и спокойно със хубава градина. Благодарим за гостоприемството на Нони! Със сигурност бихме повторили отново . :)

Ivan's house is an amazing place in a quiet street in Shabla with gorgeous garden and at a great location. All the utilities were listed, the place was very clean and every room had a spare pair of sheets. Ivan was super responsive before, during and after our stay. The house is big and spacious, and had parking spots in the front. Super grateful for the welcoming stay and will visit again for sure

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

Stayed at Villa Tatalia with 4 friends and had a great time. The pool and the views are amazing and look even better than in the pictures. The house itself is huge, we could have easily brought more people. The place is a bit hard to find, so Boris offered to guide us there when we checked in. That also meant that you feel private on the property, which was nice. Id stay here again when in Bulgaria, and recommend it to everyone looking for a unique place to stay with a great view.

Leiligheten var akkurat som beskrevet og behagelig å bo i. Det er flere dagligvare butikker i gå avstand, i tillegg til et par spisesteder. Det tar ca 10min å gå til bussen som går til sentrum. Verten er veldig hjelpsom og er rask til å svare. Har bare positive ting å si om henne. Greit å vite: Anbefaler ikke leiligheten for de som er dårlig til beins ettersom heisen ikke fungerer. Leiligheten ligger også opp en bakke. Men dersom dette ikke er et problem, er dette absolutt en god leilighet å bo i ❤️

Great studio in a beautiful modern building. Very clean and cozy. Good communication with the host, being proactive and available for questions. Really professional and can definitely recommend staying at this place.

Highly recommend! We had an amazing month-long stay here with our two young children. The host is friendly and responsive; the apartment is very clean, well-appointed, and even more spacious than the pictures show. As we were travelling with children, we really appreciated the crib and highchair that were available for us to use. Huge terrace for relaxing and playing, great shops and food nearby, walkable to the Morska Gradina. While being in the middle of everything in Chaïka, the apartment itself is still very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place! Will seek this place out again for our next trip to Varna.

Прекрасно място за отсядане! Местоположението беше идеално – в сърцето на града, но все пак тихо и спокойно през нощта. Апартаментът беше изключително чист и уютен, точно както беше описано в обявата. Домакините са помислили за всеки детайл – от удобен матрак и меки кърпи до кафе и чай за сутрешната ни закуска. Домакинът беше невероятно любезен и отзивчив – отговори на въпросите ми в рамките на минути и ни даде чудесни препоръки за ресторанти и забележителности в района. Входът беше лесен и безпроблемен, а инструкциите бяха много ясни. Определено бих се върнал отново и препоръчвам това място на всеки, който търси комбинация от комфорт и отлична локация. Благодаря за чудесния престои.
